Worse place to shop EVER. They are always empty on the shelves. Never have what I need. The last two times Ive been in there I only felt about 1/5 of my grocery list because they didnt have what I needed. I would give them zero stars. But unfortunately I have to give them one...

I pretty much always been greeted by decent people at Walmart never really had much of a problem there unless I caused it. Which the prices hadnt jumped up so high but youre a control were Just along for the ride

Store looks very well maintained inside and outside. Found everything I needed. Although checkout lines were long and not enough registers open. I would shop here again though but just make sure youre not in a rush because lines may be very long.

This sorry excuse for a store deserves zero stars! The management obviously needs better training in customer relations after I just watched one of the managers belittle a female customer. Sam Walton would NEVER approve of how things are run today as they have clearly thrown away his store operations manual. Zachary would be better served with a much cleaner, customer friendly, Target Supercenter.

Certain items was sold out, but thats to be expected since everyone wants to hoard eggs and milk. Good number of registers were open and lines were moving fast. My ONE complaint is this not having the alcohol/tobacco line as a 10 or 20 item or less line.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called and asked to be transferred to the Bakery. The associate immediately said that the bakery was not accepting cake orders. I said good because I didnt want to order a cake, I was hoping to pickup a pre-baked cake and wanted to know what time the bakery closed. She transferred me to the Bakery 3 times and each time there was no answer and the call reverted back to the main line. So, on the last time the associate says you should just try Winn-Dixie and hung up. Really? I would give them a negative 3 stars if I could.

Worst Walmart of all time. I have yet to interact with a friendly or helpful employee.

This Walmart is always out of several items I need, without fail. I had to go to another store to get deli ham, along with the other items they were out of, when I was told by the employees standing in the deli that the deli closed at two today. . Not very convenient time to close.Cheap prices, but is it worth the hassle? In the future I will drive to the central location, they are much better managed.

This store is awful. It is always dirty, boxes stacked in the middle of aisles. They hardly ever have what you need. This store is probably the worst Walmart I have ever been in.

Didnt have a folding table in stock that their App showed in stock, ready for pickup. Update: Ordered online for curbside pickup. Apparently they were in their warehouse or stock room. Was brought out to me very quickly upon arrival at store.

Store is great just always kind of warm inside. Lately its been getting pretty bad because they only keep 2 registers open and thats horrible for me because I have MS and cant stand for long periods of time also I have a temperature intolerance. Please just remember your disabled shoppers

I liked this Walmart. It had more than I expected. The greeter actually greeted everyone. It was a good experience.

Walmart College Drive is good for shopping. Associates are helpful.

Always get my oil changed never had a problem the guys always friendly. I love the Zachary crew those young men been there for years. Every customer they treat with respect unless you get out of place with them then different story.

This place is usually not that crowded in the hour of 9 :oclock to 4 oclock the hear is pretty good with help in most departments, they have everything, u need, from groceries, electronics, hardware, automotive department, and they have recently updated to online pick up service, which is great, so you just go online, pick out, and then, pick up..! *Pick it out, pick it up!*Thats a phrase trade marked by myself, but I believe they provide a service to that nature which was a great idea if you ask me!

After an experience I had the Zachary location today I thought I should post a review. I have shopped at this store for a while, and Ive experienced libel, data leaks, racial profiling, and blatant disrespect by workers at this location. It doesnt help that the logistics of this location arent stellar on top of other issues. Allowing customers to shop without being harassed would make for a much better shopping experience.

I use the online pick up. It is a great service only thing lately the past 4 orders they have been out of most of my items. The staff is kind and they have been on time. Thanks

It was easy parking and had plenty handicap parking

Selection of items were terrible, very empty and disorganized shelfs, lines moved very slow and very few checkout lanes open in the first place. The only good thing there was the gentleman greeting at the door, he was very nice and upbeat.

Two points:To Joey Buggs no not worse the Walmart in baker 50 timespan worse.Tues 09-28,-2021 I was call by someone claiming to be the manager of this store. After 9 years seeking employment offered a job. Havent heard back after told I was hired.

I love shopping at WALMART the prices are just right for my income,the food is fresh.

The selection here (mostly grocery) isnt great, I feel like Zachary is growing too fast for this location to keep up. But, I can usually find essentials and its close to home so....its not terrible enough for me to drive to the next town over.

The actual store is nice but their grocery delivery is a joke. Multiple times now my grocery orders haven’t been delivered and I never received any updates or alternate pickup options.

Absolute worst Walmart there is. Husband was on the phone dealing with an important matter and forgot to scan one item at the checkout. After being confronted about it he said it was an accident and tried to bring it back and pay for it. They called the police and issued a ticket! If this is how you treat customers that offer to make things right after a simple mistake you can f*!$ right off. We’ll bring our business elsewhere.

Myself and others are about sick of waiting so long to check out. Just a couple registers open. I DONT work for Walmart, they want me to check out Myself so they dont have to hire ENPLOYEES. Give me 30% off for self checking and Ill think about it.

Always empty shelves, long lines, and terrible service. At least theyre consistent.

Pickup was very slow because they only had one person working it, with people waiting even outside the designated parking spots. The gentleman did come out to my car and apologize for the delay and got some help to get the orders out.

Always good.

These are the rudest people I have ever seen in business I dont see how Walmart is the biggest they are the workers are just the rudest crudest that just man thats why I hate to go to Walmart

I really feel like central walmart has been trying to improve, and it shows. They are much more organized and well stocked since the remodel. The shoe aisle was a little tight and there were a few items mislabeled/misplaced items. However, I use their app with the barcode scanner so that helps. I was very pleased with their Christmas selection this year and found it one of the best places for Christmas shopping.

A pleasant shopping trip.

Always a good trip and they have more checkouts available.

Walmart is the most unorganized rudest people I ever met in my life I dont understand how I had something well candy from another store in my purse and they made me take my candy out of my purse and leave up front how do I know somebody did not terminate my candy or something like that this is beyond ridiculous

Very clean, employees eager to help. Software at Walmarts business center has had significant negative impact on typical Consumers recently in this Region. One local store suffered a Money Order machine malfunction recently at the First of the month when rent is due for multiple day outage. Two local stores Central and Zachary both ARE SUFFERING WEEK (S) LONG malfalfunction with CASH-APP and VENMO money applications unable to ADD CASH TO ACCOUNTS. This is a crititical function for MANY PEOPLE UNABLE TO EASILY ACCESS BANK ACCOUNTS OR NEED TO EXOPEDITE CASH TO LOVED ONES IN TROUBLE HEALTH, FINANCIALLY, MILITARY, OR LAW... PLEASE WAL-MART MAKE THIS A PRIORITY RATHER THAN A SOURCE OF CONTENTION. I have always felt that Walmart was both of and for us, the common people of the Country setting an example for the world. I hope this is NOT the new example they wish to portray. Do bettercWallMart !!@×@

This is one of my choice locations bc its less crowded, clean, and there is always an attendant up front and available to assist with self service kiosk trouble.

To many stockers in the way

A few of the folks that work in pick up like Taylor, kiera & mzdeisha(sp) are its saving grace really. This store has issues with how their system makes substitutions and theyve given me spoilt milk before then wouldnt give a refund (long story) but they are better than the Baker, La store on pickup. Being disabled and immune compromised has made pickup a valuable service.

Never use the bakery. I have ordered 3 cakes ( 2 in September and 1 this month) and EVERY SINGLE ONE has been wrong, cracked, and poorly decorated. Every other area I have used is satisfactory at this location but if you order from the bakery expect to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I get it. Maybe not everyone shops at Walmart for fabric. But sometimes BR is too far to drive for just some black fabric.I’ve had the lady paged 3 times. This place needs less lazy associates in their fabric section.

Cashiers should be friendlier. Many have negative attitudes. The customers are always right and customers pay cashiers salary in amin direct manner.

Horrible service. If you need physical assistance, DO NOT expect help. Waited at paint center for 45 min to get a can of paint mixed. Had 3 people call for help over the intercom. I literally started to do it myself. Isnt rocket science. Its sad. Most, not all, workers in Customer Service want to get paid but not live up to their job duties. It wouldnt be an issue if this type of service wasnt a regular occurrence.

Almost every thing is from another country. Sam Walton wanted Walmart to be made in America only. Shame on the new owners for selling out American investments.

Unfortunately as usual not everything on my list was there and stock was in the middle of some walkways. But the store was mostly clean and produce was mostly fresh. All and all not too bad.

I love the self checkout (I prefer self checkout) and the store has things I like to buy.

Shop here often for food toys and miscellaneous items whenever Im there.

Heres the deal....easy in and out today. No buggy....on items purchased were things I could hold in my hands.

Hard to get people in their departments too get info on product availability in store, but theyre friendly when they show up
