I needed to upgrade..so I traded my small Jeep Liberty for a larger Jeep commander..Roy took us out on a test drive..everything was fine..so we worked out the numbers and did the trade and new contract..the very next day the ac went out..so I took the Jeep back..Arty agreed to fix it no extra charge..Both Arty and Roy are very easy going guys no pressure buy.

Please review my prior review. And their response accusing me basically of being insane because I didn’t agree with their assessment of our transaction. I received several phone calls from Mike at the Phoenix office after I posted my review. Attempted to have a conversation where he went straight into attack mode against me. I’m now fearful what type of retaliation I can expect from such a deranged response. Now I understand why negative reviews don’t appear. Nobody would want to expose themselves to the personal attack I just experienced.

I came in looking for a vehicle for a client of mine that was limited on time and couldnt make it in to look at inventory . The staff was very courteous and took great care of me even though they knew the vehicle wasnt for me . We came back in a week later and purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu . the vehicle is running great and I would recommend anyone looking to buy to take a look here first !

They are also a U-Haul outlet. They ordered the wrong equipment for me, leaving me stuck and having to find a Plan B. Well, these guys never processed with U-Haul the fact that I couldnt use the equipment. They charged me for it. And when I later told them they hadnt refunded me they basically said not my job. I asked for the U-Haul corporate number and he got snotty that it was something I could have looked up myself. Stay away! NOTE SEE OWNER RESPONSE BELOW. I guess we have add dishonesty to this report because I did indeed immediately go into the office and talk to the agent right after I picked up the wrong equipment, none of this nonsense about three weeks, thats when I contacted them to ask why they hadnt refunded my money. He wouldnt even leave his desk, even though I was the only customer there, and he could have gone into the yard with me where they had the correct piece of equipment. Then when I contacted U-Haul they asked why the dealer hadnt helped me with the refund. In actuality the dealer was very rude and told me I could have done this myself without bothering them. Hey they didnt even hook-up the dolly which they are required to do, no safety check or anything. They didnt process my return either. Total failure. So now I post this and they call me asking in a threatening way that I should take down my review.

I had a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer I wanted to trade in for a vehicle that had better gas mileage. Artie showed me 2011 Chevy Impala I liked. Artie worked hard with the bank to get me the car with a down payment I could make and low monthly payments thanks Rahimi auto group

Buyer beware! I know, I know, I bought a used car with high mileage BUT they knowingly Sold me a car with a MAJOR issue, namely it doesn’t start because of a problem “reading” the key transponder. I should have known better when I was only provided with one key, no fob. Toyota dealer says need to replace the ignition. $1,200. If they had been upfront (the issue was readily discoverable using a code reader) - I could have negotiated knowledgeably. and I asked the “honest Roy” the salesman why the red “security” light was flashing - he told me it shows the system is operating, an out and out lie.Another MAJOR issue with Manager Artie / red flags were also going off, it took 10 days and repeated badgering on my part to for them hand over the title after I paid with certified funds. A whole series of excuses culminated with They were waiting for the “check to clear” - it was a Certified check!I’m sure in their response to this Artie will accuse me of harassment because I texted ONCE at 3:00 am when I was laying awake worried about where my title was and if I had been sold a stolen car or worse, for which I apologized. All my communications were respectful and businesslike. (I always assume business people turn off their notifications when they’re sleeping/not available.) But then, hey these aren’t reliable actual business people. And hey, I had a right to be worried when I kept getting a different story...on Friday “you can pick it up tomorrow or Monday latest” on Tuesday “they’re sending it down with the next load” followed by more and more stores until I suggested getting a lawyer involved, after which magically the title appeared.They had “lost” the user manual. Hmmm. Who even removes it? Never provided with warranty info on new battery and tires in spite of repeated requests. Another small issue (but they paint a picture of their business practices) a major stone chip that appeared in windshield after I put a deposit was supposed to be repaired on their nickel, sent - to Frank and Son - did a terrible job, still very much there, I told him I’ve had chips repaired before and you’re not supposed to still be able to see it same as it was before. His answer “it won’t spread”.This is just my story. Make of it what you will, but I’ve honestly described my entire experience and I sure would never use them again or recommend them to anyone, ever. And I would advise you always pay a mechanic to hook a car up to a code reader before you buy it! I’ve learned the hard way. BUYERS BEWARE!

I had a car I wanted to sell and Im glad i found this place locally. Emailed them and i talked with Dean. The process was super easy stopped by they took a look at the car. Moments later I filled out some paper work and I was done. I had a lien on the car so after a few days I double checked and it was paid off!

All of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with and helped us get a great, reliable vehicle that fit all of our needs very quickly after totaling our previous car in an accident. They even shipped our “new” car to us from their Phoenix location just 24 hours after we were there so we wouldn’t have to wait long. We will definitely go back to them if/when we need another car!

Before you buy here go to the BBB and do not look at the rating as it has nothing to do with the service. Look at the reviews. You’ll find issue after issue of the fraud these guys do. My daughter who is a single mother trusted these people to treat her fairly and sell her a reliable car. Before she drove it off the lot they told her she would need to bring it back to take it though the AZ safety emissions etc. In the first two days she recorded all of the issues with the car and even got the noises on tape to help. Since the time of the purchase they have continued to require her to pay, but each time she brings the car in no work is done. The manager tried to bully her at every turn. He makes excuse after excuse. This company is shady, if you don’t believe me look at the other negative reviews. The facts are there. If you want to buy a car go elsewhere.

I just saw one of their vehicles on a website that they posted it to. I got a call about 20 min after inquiring about it and talked to someone who was very rude he said they dont offer financing for a car that theyre selling for $3,500 and said Good luck trying to find a place that does and when I informed him that Ive found several other places that have the same vehicle for the same amount that offer financing he then proceeded to say that he can work something out with me but Id have to pay half of what the vehicle is worth upfront. I told him I would talk to the other dealerships first and weigh my options and get back to him; then I remembered a question I forgot to ask him so I called back and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up, I thought it was by accident so I called again and this time someone picked up without saying a word when I expected Hello, Thank you for calling Rahimi Automotive Group how may I help you or direct your call? but nothing I said hello? and then got hung up on again, by far the rudest car dealership Ive had to ever deal with they obviously dont care about the customers and are having ridiculous expectations good luck trying to find anyone who wants to buy a car from a bunch of jerks.

My son bought his first truck from them about 4 weeks ago. They seemed nice and concerned about the vehicles they sell. We Got a 15 day warranty. We had to charge the ac because it wasn’t working right after they fixed it. The power steering pump went out and they wouldn’t cover it under warranty. The check engine light came on and our mechanic said they just cleared the codes and didn’t fix the problems. All this was within the warranty period and they don’t cover anything. Don’t go to them. They have a bad corrupt mechanic

Just bought a great car here. My wife and I were really sick and tired of the other dealerships in town because they were trying to shove overpriced cars down our throats. We would walk in say that our Max price was 10000 and these other dealerships would show us something for 13000. But when we went here they were straightforward and helpful they did not try and push any cars on us and we ended up buying a nice little Kia.They have the best prices in the area and will not try and push you into a vehicle

Unfortunately my experience with Rahimi Auto was not so good. I had not rated it yet because I don’t usually do reviews. However I purchased my car a year ago. Before I purchased it I told them I wanted to think about it however somebody who wasn’t even my sales person told me “I don’t want to pressure you but if you don’t get the car today it might not be there tomorrow.” I was not worried about them selling it but they kept insisting I ended up getting the car. I put half down and the following day picked it up. The same day I took it home the radiator hose busted. They did fix it however two weeks later my battery stopped working. I was told batteries were not covered and that no other car agency covered batteries. So my first out of pocket expense started. I paid the car later full amount owed and never spoke to them again. I was told that the a/c had been put in brand new but 2 months later one of the hoses busted yep another hose. Not long after the car belts where making noise and I had to replace all of them the timing belt and all. Turns out they where so bad I was lucky they never broke while I was driving. After that not long after the thermostat busted. Finally and not my last issue the car had an electric failure burnt all the cable’s on the stirring wheel. Right now the car can’t even be driven because it accelerates on its own. The mechanic they have on site told me he had checked the car and it was in great condition by the way did I mention I was planning on driving the car to Florida I told them that shows how much they cared. I feel like they knew about the issues and just never said anything to get the car sold. I’m upset just for the fact that you go to them and trust they will help you find something good. I feel like they only care about the money and not the customer. My biggest thing is that I have kids and if something would of happened to them when the major issues had occurred l just can’t even imagine or in are area of Yuma hot climate we would of have had to wait for somebody to help us. This was my first car I bought in Yuma and it will be the last I get from a used Car dealer.P.S I am unable to reply to them on their reply but half of what they posted for the reply is not true also what they said they did to the car they did not do but it is up to you if you want to trust these people. By the way the tires where already on the car before I even decided to consider the car. And when I called they said they did a 6 months just like cash now they change their word’s and say they don’t do this often oh and if telling somebody that they should hurry up and decided is not pressuring anybody well what can I say.

I have not had a good experience with Rahimi. I purchased a car and asked at the time about the tires. I was told by the salesman they were good tires. The low tire light kept coming on so stopped by Rahimi and they told me to go to Discount Tire to see if there was a slow leak. They informed me there was a bulge on the tire. I went back to Rahimi and they told me there was nothing they would or could do about it. I have a 30 day warranty but they said it didnt cover tires. I stated it had a funny noise in the front end and they said they would drive it. So far that hasnt happened. The manager was not cooperative at all so left my phone number for the owner Dean and I have not recieved a call back. So far I have spent almost $1000.00 on tires and a spare key of which they only had one of and at this time I found out it was an auction car. There is also a fender sticking out and they said they would glue it and Im still waiting.They said they had to order the glue. It has been almost 3 weeks.
