I called Osooza mobile auto repair on Monday because my driver window stopped operating. I was told it could be one of two parts and they would order both and return the one they couldnt use. They said they would be at my house between 10 and 2 on Tuesday. Didnt ask for any money up front. They arrived at 11 am today (Tuesday) as promised. They promptly installed a whole new window assembly in less than an hour. AND...... the cost was less than half what I was prepared to pay. Great people, they do what they say and charge more than fair prices. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be a. massive understatement. I cant recommend this company highly enough. I will tell all my friends and family to look no further when they need automotive repairs.

Nice people. They came out and set up my auxiliary brake for my towed car. He showed up a day ahead of when we agreed but I was here, so it worked out okay.

Driving from Phoenix to San Diego, the serpentine belt in my Mercedes ML350 went out. Called David at 4:45pm and talked to him. He said no problem so I had my car towed to him.He looked at it and said no problem, would take 30 minutes. Sure enough, he was done in less and charged me less then I was expecting. VERY reasonable!! Highly recommend!

Me and my Moms van broke down in sams we called a lot of mechanics until they responded appearantly they were closed but they got out of their way to help us, they arrived and checked our van then they towed it and took it. They even helped us by picking us up the hotel. Please help them out because they diserve it.

David is fantastic! Always explains everything in detail and doesnt try to take advantage of you and do things you dont need.

My mother in laws car broke down while we were in town visiting, shes 83 and not savvy about car repairs. I called David and they were amazing! They came to where my RV was located at the scheduled time. Did efficient and thorough work at a fair price. Good communication. Good, honest people to deal with. Highly recommended.

He seems fair on what he chargers and did get my RV running again. But 2 out of 3 times he was over an hour late and didnt bother to contact me to let me know that he was running late.

Fair price to come out, included towing in case he couldnt repair on spot. Came out on a Saturday to check out my vehicle, changed battery and some nasty looking connectors. Went out to get replacement parts and came back to do change on same day. Would call again.

Very pleased with services provided. They showed up on time, diagnosed my vehicles problems and repairs were completed ahead of projected time frame. Ive got them on speed dial for any future automotive repairs.

Had a Chevy Cobalt with alternator problems. He came in less than 30min towed my car and got it fixed that same day! Was friendly and honest, prices were fair, would definitely recommend to anyone with car problems.

Great guy dose good work

My car broke down and I was completely stranded in Yuma. I didnt know where to turn my extended warranty sent me to a shop they Intern sent me to David and wow that was the most amazing experience. My lady is disabled and she couldnt get in the tow truck David came to get us but she couldnt get in his truck either so he asked his wife to take me to get her and then she took us to the hotel the first was full, I called David and she came back and took us to another..... Wow!!!!! Thier hospitality thier friendliness and honesty was amazing.... Not only that they fixed my car better than they do at the dealership I have no regrets complaints or words to describe the pleasure it was to meet David and his family. If I ever go past Yuma I swear it will not be without stopping and shaking his hand and thanking him and his family for all they have done for me and mine.... Such an amazing experience and lasting friendship. I wish we where closer because he would be my mechanic for life, I honestly shed some tears typing this because people of this quality are slowly becoming more and more hard to find.

Our son was in Route to his Navy base in San Diego from Texas and broke down with a bad water pump. David went out of his way to help giving our son a ride to get a room and picked him up when the car was done. There was no hidden fees it was exactly what he said it would be. Quality people, highly recommend!
