I I am from El Paso and brohke down outside of Yuma and had my car towed to AutoZone and I refer to a gentleman named q but he was busy so he recommended five star (Flavio) and is a gentleman on the phone and he plays that part very well as I didnt even get to meet him or shake his hand. He tries to make you believe he went out of his way but he charged me $430 labor for starter which is almost double and I am now sitting 2 hours from El Paso at 3 in the morning broken down as the car just died and it wont turn over now. He cant do anything about it and he knows its as he just took advantage of an out-of-town person that he knew wasnt going to give him any more business. I wish I would have met Q I would tell him not to refer this gentleman to anybody else despite the ratings which are probably just friends. thoroughly unhappy at this particular moment sitting on the side of the road in the dark

Flavio is very professional, showed me exactly what the problem was, what he needed to do, and gave me a very reasonable price (cheaper than my last mechanic). His time frame for completing the work was faster than my last mechanic. After completing the work, he showed me the old parts that were replaced and that gave me peace of mind. I have no doubt his business is trustworthy, reasonably priced, and dependable.

Flavio is great. Very polite, honest and knowledgeable. He runs a good shop and works on a wide range of imports. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my BMW X5 even though I didnt have an appointment and charged a very reasonable rate. If I lived in Yuma, I would get all my future automotive work done at Five Star Import.

Flavio fixed the problem I was having on my 2011 Mercedes E350 Diesel. I live in El Centro about 70 miles away and it was very good for me to find a good mechanic that works on this type of car. No one works on Mercedes here in town. My other option would have been a shop in San Diego about 120 miles away. They know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend for any one in the are of Yuma or cities around to go there.

New to Yuma and needed a mechanic to work on my BMW. Checked Google and was referred to several mechanics in the area. One was a dealership that referred me to Five Star and Flavio. I was very pleased with my experience. This being my first BMW bought used I was unfamiliar with many of the systems on the vehicle. During my appointment Flavio walked me through the process and did a through inspection of the whole vehicle with me present, I also had occasion to meet several of his existing.customers with high end vehicles that stopped by his shop to schedule work on their autos. Flavio intoduced me to these customers and we found common ground on our likes of these high end vehicles. Without exception these customers were impressed with the quality of his work and held him in high regard. I have found MY mechanic in Yuma.

Never answered or returned call

This place is cool if you have 3 months or so to wait to get your car fixed. Owners hardly there on time or when the shop opens plus he never answers his phone so its even harder to tell

After hunting for a Mechanic I found the perfect one!😁 I am excited to take my other cars when needed, Flavio and his staff are the perfect example of what customer service should be. Thank you Flavio my car runs Awesome!!
