We were in the market for an SUV that was largeenough to carry 2 wheelchairs while seating 5 comfortably. We have been to dealerships in Yuma before but always go to phoenix due to the inflated pricing until now. During the test drive a couples car broke down and needed to be pushed through the intersection and Jesse was more than happy to help me push it. Then he suggested taking the Yukon XL to our home to see how the wheelchairs would fit! After lunch we decided to check the numbers and we were able to get the payment and rate we needed to fit our budget. They paid off our trade for what we owed. I live 60 miles away in Imperial, Ca. I called and spoke with General Sales Manager Sal Pena (after receiving an email from him offering extra assistance) on Friday 06-25-21, I expressed that my wife and I were interested in 1 of his vehicles and were willing to drive an hour to Yuma, he said he was busy with a couple of customers and that he would give someone my number to call me back in 10-15 min.3 days passed and nobody called back so I drove farther (130 miles) to Escondido dealer and bought our new car in 4 hrs.Im really disappointed, when someone in his position states hell offer assistance and nothing happens, it makes me feel like youre team isnt interested in my attention.I just feel that all customers should be taken seriously even the ones that dont live in the area.

Ive always been a Chevy person, but when I took my vehicle in I was treated rudely by one of the service persons. He seemed very annoyed that I didnt know the name of the person that my husband had been talking to. Al was great. Didnt get the other guys name but I did let it be known that he was very rude to me. We spent a lot of money getting my vehicle fixed. Not happy with how the warranty was handled and may not trust the financial people anymore. We will probably go out of town if we have to replace my vehicle.

We had a really good experience with Levi who actually sold us the car. We bought the car doing a distance contract because one of us lived out of state and had to have the documents mailed out for signing. Levi made sure that we had everything that we needed from him and made himself available to us anytime we needed him. He took extra care with us and that was the great part about the whole experience. Other parts had us wondering if it was worth all of the confusion with the finance team and we stated that. We wanted to pick up the car early and Juan from finance told us that if we sent a picture of the check and tracking number we could pick it up early and if it had not been done before he would not have felt that confident in saying so. The finance manager Luis told called us and let us know that they don’t release cars without the check in hand and that’s understandable, but all the confusion threw us for a loop. When we questioned whether or not we should purchase a vehicle from them because of the unprofessionalism that was shown towards us Luis said, “if you don’t want the car you don’t have to buy it. That car will sell within an hour because we have people looking for those cars all of the time”. That’s something I know you never say to a customer. Luis told us when the check arrived the next morning he would call us and have the tags on the car for it to be picked up. The check was delivered at 9:57 am. At 12pm there was still no call so we called them and went by there and was told that he was off but he was there. Finally he went and got the check from the mail and had one of the salesman come and give us the keys. I had to ask for a copy of the contract which he had the salesman bring to me. He never came out and apologized for the confusion or even introduced himself. We left there feeling under valued as customers, like they did not care one bit, like we had received the worst service ever from a car dealership, and that they really didn’t want to sell us a car. What an experience!

My sales rep Dallon knew the answer to the questions I had and explained so I could feel confidant in the answer. The cars were all prepped well and selection was as good as any dealer in the bigger cities. Everyone was engaged with me and I felt appreciated for being there. The staff was very easygoing and friendly and gave the dealership a home town “I grew up here too” feeling. No heavy handed pressure or trying to sell me something I didn’t want. This is t the first car I’ve bought from fisher and won’t be the last.

Went in for a simple oil change and they found a nail in my tire. That’s no problem. I ask if they can put the spare on for me and they did. I patch the tire and put it back on and go to put the spare back under the truck and the winch that keeps the spare tire on isn’t coming down but three inches. This is a brand new truck and has never had the spare lowered before and these guys break it. When they replace the part I ask if they can show me it’s fixed and they laugh in my face and say we can’t do that. Take your truck some place else people

I bought the GMC Canyon three years ago and have loved it very much, but with getting old in age (80) and in Jan 2021 brought my ankle, I found I was having great difficulty in getting up in the truck. So while your great service people were attending to my truck I walked over to the new car side and traded it in for a Chevrolet Equinox. Now I find the getting in and out of the vehicle much easier and the Equinox fills our needs at our age. Thank you for your service team and salesman that attended to our needs very efficiently.

I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado Custom over two weeks ago and I am completely unsatisfied. I I could give a zero I would. At first everything went great the salesman Jesse Ramirez seemed to go above and beyond to make myself and my wife feel like a priority and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. It’s after the purchase is where everything went wrong. I signed an agreement to purchase the truck if they tint my windows for free and if I bought the assisted steps myself, they would install them for free. As we were leaving, Jesse said he would text us the picture with us and the truck and let us know on the Monday after the purchase that he would let us know when we will get the the windows tinted and he would gives another website to where we can get the assisted steps at a discount. Over two weeks and close to over a dozen texts and emails later, still no contact with Jesse or anyone. So until this gets finished I will not recommend anyone to buy from them.

It was a normal oil change. My truck is 6 years old and I neglected my ac filter. They showed it to me and replaced it. It was a mess. And living in Yuma you cannot have your ac fail. They were very thorough!

The salesman and his supervisor were very helpful and showed us just what we asked for and just doing their job. They would be 4 star (no one gets 5) however I hate the whole car-buying process. Make your best pitch 1st. We declined the 1st 3 offers then they finally came back with #4, which we accepted. Simple truth is - had I accepted #1, #2 or #3, would have been an extra $$ out of my pocket and into theirs. I have never went into another business and negotiated the price.This whole process, and all dealerships do it, is why websites like Carvana and CarMax are booming.Just to reiterate - The salesman, Wency, was great and easy to work with. My only complaint is the whole process - which is the same with almost any car dealer.

We went here to check out two specific vehicles with a few must-have features and the salesman we worked with (Romo) was excellent at listening to what we wanted and didnt waste our time trying to show us other vehicles unlike at another dealership we visited earlier in the week. My experience was good, other than the fact that I was not told ab out the recall on the tire jack. Even though they replaced it because of the recallthey should have advised me of it.

Fisher Chevy/GMC (Levi) did a great job in selling us our 2021 Gmc Acadia.However, within several hours of picking up my Acadia, I notified Levi of 1 minor issue. We paid for a black Lug nut and wheel lock kit ( which was supposedly dealer installed).I informed Levi of our problem, he said he would take care of it.It has been now over 48 hours (and 3 emails) and I have no idea of what, when, wherehe or Fisher will help me.This is sad, its only a $275 issue, but still I would expect it to be taken care of.Otherwise the experience has been nice.

My salesperson Dallan was amazing and did all he could to make my time and experience there as comfortable as possible. My finance guy Frank has been amazing as well and both are great with their communication with their costumers.

Our salesperson was great for the sale but he was pretty distracted when we went to pick up the car. Everyone we met was very friendly. The place was very clean and comfortable.

My husband and I drove on the lot to see what there was available for used Tahoe’s. We were greeted by Heriberto who was quick to help us. I did like one of the ones he showed us, and was going to go forward after I figured out what to do with my current car. Heriberto was off the next day which was no big deal as we just moved to the area 2 weeks ago and were in no huge rush. We came back for an appointment the day after for my vehicle to get appraised and potentially go forward with the trade. Unfortunately Heriberto was busy with another customer and had to have someone else help us. He also informed us that the Tahoe I was interested in had sold on his day off. Now we were introduced to Justin. They had another used Tahoe that just came in that they thought I would like. Well I did, and I bought it. Only thing I did not love about this process was working with Justin. Prior to bargaining, I informed Justin of the many dents and scratches that were a concern to me. He said they will be fixed and I do have it on a due bill (we will see how that turns out tomorrow). We had our 16 month old with us during the process and we were on a bit of a schedule with her. The truck was supposedly in detail and we waited forever. It came out and was clearly not cleaned except maybe an exterior wash. By this time Justin had new customers he was working with. I told him as we were walking out about the cleanliness and he said they will take care of it when I bring it back in. He was clearly rushed and said he had to go in for the second key for the vehicle because “they are kept in the back”. We were in the truck ready to go and he came back out to put plate on and talked to my husband. We leave and notice that where the sale paper was attached to the front windshield, when they removed it, it tore the tint. After some pushing, Justin says they will give us a check to have repaired. 2 days later we follow up again about the second key, and now apparently there isn’t one. I feel like in many ways, he is your typical used car salesman. Don’t get me wrong, he was nice, but I could tel he was pretty dishonest. We will see how well they fix the scratches and dents tomorrow. I looked in paper work and nothing says anything about 2 key fobs so I guess I am SOL for taking his word on that one.As far as finance department, Saul was amazing! We loved working with him. I just wish we could have stuck with Heriberto from the beginning and this would probably be a 5 star review, as long as repairs go well tomorrow.

Hard to believe that I would pay 130.00 for just an oil change. No one bother to check my tires. I am used to when I take in my vehicles, they check my tires with proper air. Make sure my fluids were topped off, DEF, windshield fluid. Wash my vehicle some how while in your shop it got mud splashed all over it. As you can tell Im not a satisfied customer.

I cannot even begin to tell you what an amazing experience I had. Our service technician was so incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond. I came in with my twin toddlers and he found an area that was out of the way where they could be themselves and I didn’t have to worry about interrupting anyone. After going several places, this became the last stop for our vehicle purchase. My husband and I appreciated the no BS approach of the salesmen, and their respectful attitude. Not the typical gimmicky car salesmen. Gave us what seems to be a great deal. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Ryan Weick helped my mom and I both get into new cars on the same day. He was very patient and made sure we were making the right decision when it came to the vehicles we decided to pick up. He was very personable and really thought about us when it came to the decision making. Next time I need a car I will be buying from Ryan!
