Hate to give a mediocre review but stopped by to ask a few simple questions and the guys working there are more interested in chatting and playing around than doing any work. One guy who seemed to be the owner was doing all the work and the rest were just watching videos on the computer or looking at each others phones laughing and talking about hunting. When I asked for help they said it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later I asked if the manager was in and one of the kids said he was the owners son and he was the manager. That let me know right then and there that I didnt want to have them work on my car so I left. Wont be going back there at all.

I had a great experience,I am a man of my word if a company does right by me I do right by them and show my loyalty and appreciation,so this review will encompass that,I had issues with a custom stereo done by custom sounds and tint,a tech named Josh Wadsworth who should not be working on vehicles or for that matter working with the public tore up my harness,tore up my wiring,put a radio mic behind the radio when it should have been located to where the driver could speak and be handsfree,auto fx went above and beyond redid my wiring,got my voltage from 2v to 14.4,tuned my radio and and helped me immensely and got me out in less then a day,this company and the techs and the owner I am proud to have taken the time on my vehicle and their patience and respect.

Professional, fast and true to their word. Good people. I have taken my vehicles to them for about 15 years now I guess! Never an issue.

Had a hitch installed on my car. It’s rattling against the muffler. Took it back to have them fix it, it’s still ratting. Had them quote some audio equipment and labor. Much higher than anywhere else I went. The guy that works up front is super nice. However, it appears most of his staff is very young.

Truck leveled and trifold truck bed cover installed. Work was done in good time and most everything in house. The alignment was done by a partner, but I would like to see that come in-house if possible. Will use them again

Went there today for the first time to get a fuse, after hearing how amazing this place is. When I get there I walk up to the door and it is locked, business hours say that it closed at 2pm and I was there at 1:40. I knocked on the door and nothing. All I needed was a fuse.

Great job! Auto F/X installed tint on my 2013 Kenworth. It really cuts down on the suns heat.

Took husbands truck in to install remoteStart. Gave Tanner the keys and walked us out to our truck. He hit a couple of buttons on the key fob......truck started..If Tanner wasnt a honest man, he could have taken our keys and call a few hours stating it was ready without doing any work.So impressed with his honesty. So on a Friday I was suppose to get the windows tinted, truck sat for 4 hrs and I called and they said they had no idea I was in for a window tint. I come by to pick the truck up and they apologised and I understood. It’s saturday now and there open 9am to 2pm, I’m here to get the windows tinted and we had an appointment for 10am, doors are locked and nobody showed up to do anything. Wasted a bunch of my time, the owners son is nice, but not sure what’s going on with there service. Bad timing?

Went for a tint job. Beforehand I asked if they could make the front strip across the front of the vehicle to appear to be rounded instead of straight across. I was assured that was be no problem and they would get it done. They pulled my vehicle out and there was a straight strip across the front. I told them thats not what I wanted I wanted a round. And proceeded to tell me thats the only way it comes out of the computer for that model truck. When I went in the same place before 6 months ago and had it done to the same model truck just a difference color.Because of this they lost my business. I was going to be them a total of 22 work trucks in for lights, tint, and bush guards. But not anymore.

Very personable and give good knowledge. Its their business. Car was tinted and done in the estimated time. Well pleased and Tanner did a great job.

I NEVER give one star reviews, especially to local businesses but I’ve been left with no choice. I had them put led headlights on my brand new jeep, i also had them put in a sub and amp. I don’t love the installation job on the stereo equipment but it was effective. I was given some incorrect and bad advice about it from them as well but that is on me for not taking the time to research it, it isn’t something i would give a bad review for Though, normally i just wouldn’t go back. But this headlight nightmare is ongoing. I’ve had to call them a total of 8 times and they do not return calls (they already have my $3000 so why would they) I’ve had to go up there 3 times and i am still driving a jeep with one headlight. The owner made me feel like he did me a favor by installing the light in the first place. I did not ask for a favor and I paid handsomely for these headlights. When getting the replacement headlight (which also doesn’t work) i watched the gentlemen sit on the phone in my jeep with his shoes and feet propped up on my dashboard, I don’t even do that to my own vehicle and would certainly not do it in someone else’s!! I guess my next step is to request my original headlights to be put back in and my money to be refunded because i can’t spend hours a week dealing with this. They are probably really awesome people but they are to big and too busy to provide decent customer service and they don’t really care about your time. I wouldn’t have gone to them in the first place but my husband and I are too busy to do it ourselves with our own business and I had hoped this would be a reasonable and painless ordeal, i was BEYOND wrong. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with the time, staff, and materials to do the job right or at least not take on a job they are unable to complete correctly. I’ll update tomorrow with how many times i had to call to get someone to talk to me or call me back... in the mean time I am driving around with one headlight on a 2016 Jeep for the 3rd week in a row.

First thing is first, the address in google maps is wrong, its up the street at the corner same side of the road. Now these guys are good, not only good but professional and do business right. I had work done on my car which other audio companies didnt know how to do. Auto FX was able to figure it out and gave some of the best customer service I have ever received. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing work done on their automobile.

Really nice people and did a very good job on my window tint

A recent visit was the second time I had work performed by Auto F/X. They did a great job, despite my difficult requests and time constraints. Furthermore, one of the parts I ordered was shipped incorrectly and they upgraded the part with a more expensive part they had in stock with no upcharge. The sales counter guys were very direct and presented me with a printed quote without any high pressure sales tactics. The work they did on my truck turned out just as expected and the service was professional.Im looking forward to more truck upgrades with these guys, and I would recommend them to my friends!

Depends which one youre talking about if youre talking about the one in El Reno theyre very fair very knowledgeable and do an excellent job if youre talking about the one in Yukon there cheats they do a decent job but they will overcharge you in the pricing.

The experiences have ranged from bad to worse. I’ve had floor mats ordered that were pushed back after ordering. I had a bed cover that after setting up for install, got a call and was told it was back ordered for 6 weeks. Today was a bedliner and a phone booster, dropped off at 9 and was told that it would be ready by 5. About mid day Was called and told it would be an hour later at their closing time. It’s currently 6:40 and still waiting. Not once has anyone mentioned knocking if anything or trying to work a customer service angle. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

Terrible service... Completely aweful.I went to inquire about some issues with the instrument cluster of my 2004 GMC pickup. I was refused service by means of the manager saying, very rudely, we dont do instrument panels! When I asked if they knew of anyone that might be able to help I got a no as he literally turned his back on me and walked away.I understand that you have enough service not to need my business... Though I do repeatedly rebuild trucks... But a manager with that type of attitude will never see me, or any of the my gear head friends, in his place of business ever again.

Trying to book an appointment over the phone is a nightmare. Called and spoke to someone at the head desk, then was told to wait until another gentlemen from the shop could give me an estimate on a install. Sat there and another man answered that was apparently front desk as well, then again back to the first guy and told me to leave my name and number and the technician would give me a call back. Never heard back from them.EDIT: I called back just recently to give it a second shot, was given the same response, never got a call back. I have no history with this business, I was a first time calling customer. Stays at one star even after a second chance.

---This rating is for my most recent experience(4/20/16). I have taken these guys 5 vehicles over the last 6 years based upon a reference. During those visits (last one in 2013) they did great work with great customer service.---(4/20/16) I went into Auto FX around 10:30 am. I asked them if they would be able to remove tint off 2 windows and tint 3 windows today. The gentlemen working told me they could do it, quoted me $160 and said bring it in at 2:00 pm. I brought the car back at 2:00 pm amd asked how much time they needed to get it done as I would be walking to a restaurant and wanted to know how much time I needed to burn since I was on foot. I was told 1.5hrs. I returned to Auto FX at 3:17 and my car had not even been pulled in. I went in and talked to Billy and just asked for my keys. He was nice and apologized however that does not fix what happened nor change my current rating. I always referred people here but will not continue to do so unless something changes. It is sad too since they are a local Yukon company as I appreciate locally owned businesses.I recommend Adams or somewhere else.

Good products but customer service could be better.

I knew going with them was going to be worth it because they are a little pricy, anyone that has had work done can tell you that, so I figured it would be done right. However, what I wasnt expecting was constant little things happening that should of never been a problem. I had a 3.25 lift and a light bar put on a jeep and on my way home from picking it up the sway bar came completely undone and caused me to get it towed back to them. While they didnt have an explanation other than it may not of been put on right I just let it go.About a week later my 50 inch light bar also came undone and came down on my windshield. Thankfully it didnt shatter my windshield but just looking at it showed that where the bolts went in was almost completely stripped. They basically installed it to where it was just a temporary hold because the screw wasnt even long enough. But I just let it go and sold the light bar.It wasnt until now that I came and got my wheels changed that it was brought to my attention that almost every single tire stud that holds my wheel is completely stripped. The manager and technicians at Hibdon tires told me that auto fx should not of even put the after market wheels and tires with stock lug nuts. All this did was strip the studs. So now Im having to fix all these mistakes.I just wanted to let people know of what can happen. If you continue with them just make sure and ask to see if they can double check everything. And dont take their word for everything, theres nothing wrong with looking over your vehicle before you take delivery.

Went in for radio install. Took 2+ hours, chipped the paint all over my dash, broke a non functional hole in my dash, left grease all over the seats, trashed the floorboards with plastic, and misplaced plastic on my dash so it not sticks out. Paid 125$
