One of the best bargain stores in the area. Always has seasonal items at the best prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

I found myself looking for a few random items related to car cleaning, and decided to give Big Lots a try. Honestly, it felt a lot like a large and glorified dollar store. Shelves were generally stocked, organization was decent, prices seemed average. Overall, I didnt see anything I needed, not did I find what I wanted. Probably wont go back anytime soon.

Big Lots has changed for the better!! They have alot more clothing items! Broyhill products for the home! A big selection of make up,bath and body products! Also the store shelving has been rearranged. It is a more bright and inviting place. I have always loved shopping at Big Lots. It is always fun to shop here! You never know what you might find in the next aisle!

The new store design is cramped and messy. The newer staff have had little to no formal training and have a hard time answering questions related to anything other than what they are working on at that moment. However, as I said theyve had zero formal training so this is to be expected.

Manager, I think her name was Lauren, had a bit of attitude but she was fine as hell, so will let that pass

My family and I really enjoy coming to this store. The staff is courteous and the Manager Lauren is very helpful and actually cares about customer service. She always takes time to help us find products and is very professional. We will absolutely be back!

Floors in place are filthy. I needed a spray bottle. Only 2 left. On top shelf way in back. Asked for help and girl just stood there looking at it. I finally got a pole from mop and knocked it down. Told her catch it and she just kept staring so fell on floor. Never have a good experience there. Its my last resort when looking for something. Prices arent very good either.

Widen the isles!! I had to back out of the isles three times! Someone comes in the same isle and the isles are not wide enough for two carts!! Smaller carts or widen the isle!!! Ridiculous set up!!

Its not the store it once was. Im not impressed. Not by the service, prices, or atmosphere. Just a bit to dirty, in my opinion. Staff seems unhappy to be there. Maybe I came on a bad day.

This is a great store.we just moved here and was pleased to see they had a big lot. Every thing in store was 20% off.bought some house slippers for me and hubby.

First time shopping there. Was surprised how reasonable the pricing was. Plus the products I purchased were of excellent grade. The same griddle that was at Walmart for $50, l got at Big Lots for $20. Needless to say Ill be shopping there again.

The poor employees were so nervous because apparently there were big supervisors in there.I have known one of the employees that works there for over twenty-five years. I feel bad that she has to feel like that at work.

Reward program is pointless. Ive shopped there for years and they offer the same deals for non-reward members as they do for reward members. Cant complain with the great prices though.

How do parents who in the process of getting their kids back from cps get sthera to run a program home and the other essicaja gets essentially they other ones rap? Crazy or am I tripping and this is the same difference between an unmarked car

This store needs alot bigger facility. The isle are way to small. In my opinion this company has more then enough money to either build or rent a place at least twice as big as the store is now. If I go to Big Lots for any reason I go to Redlands. Im sick of fighting people as I go down an isle. Redlands store is only 10 minutes away and well worth it.

Big Lots is a great place to get items at a discount. Overall quality of items has gone up over the years, yet discount still remains good. This specific store feels a little cluttered and is often busy.

A very affordable store that carries many discounted items including clothes, toys, furniture and many other household items we use daily. Some stores have a refrigeration section with Frozen food items and refrigerated items as well.

This is an older building, but if you want it save money, you need to shop here. They do not have furniture, you need to go to Redlands Big lots for that. You can also shop on line, and they have a rewards program than can save you even more. I always find more than Im looking for and save at the same time.

Really small cramped isles.. nothing is really price tagged. Employees were just there cause its a job and better then nothing.

At this store youll find all your nessesary needs especially for home, cleaning, or kitchen and bath. Though they have great seasonal merchandise, and generally everything one person would want.
