Everyone with whom I was in contact to effectuate the consummation of my purchase was extremely helpful. Each one, Aaron Snider (Finance), Sergio Robles (main contact), Jose Ochoa (Salesman) treated me with the greatest of professionalism. They even assigned Jose to pick me up from the airport which was 40 miles away so I could fly in to pick up my truck since I lived so far away from the dealership. This dealership obviously has great leadership otherwise the rank and file personnel would not be so helpful. Kudos to Wheeler Chevrolet.

Made appointments for the day around having my car serviced. Made an appointment to have my oil changed at 9:15 am. Dropped off my car then walked to dentist appointment. Returned at 11:00 and went to cashier assuming it was done. Had Dr appointment at 11:30. Didn’t finish my car till 11:45 and I had to cancel my Dr Apt. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change with an Appointment is ridiculous. Ask to talk to service manager but I was told he was too busy to talk to me and I was giving his card.

The purchase of my vehicle was quick and easy, but the dealership has yet to give me my GM rewards points and I cant get any help. The dealership also scratched the dash inside my 2021 Tahoe and they have yet to resolve the issue or fix the scratch. Once you purchase the vehicle its hard to get any assistance.

To say that your body shop in particular, is absolutely remarkable would do at disservice. It is beyond remarkable. Will Pittman runs the best body shop in California. Aside from that hes a remarkable human being who knows how it feels to get in an accident and this is absolute best always to allay fears and provide extraordinary service. He and his entire department are to be applauded. And I must say everyone at the dealership are caring, trustworthy, and Sensational in every respect. Two hours later I was at the Dealership and Sergio met my family out front with what I could assume was a friendly smile (COVID Protocols were top notch). After a brief walk through of the vehicle he gave us the keys for a test drive. We were happy and wanted to purchase the car. Sergio was very easy to work with, friendly to my entire family (kids included) and did not pressure us into anything we did not want to do. The financing went very smooth and again we did not feel pressured to buy anything we did not want, we worked with Joel who was very thorough, worked with us and got us close to our perfect payment. I work a typical schedule from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri so car shopping is extremely difficult for me to budget time wise. After work, the last thing I want to do is go to a dealership, have them haggle me, and lets be honest, I was going to trade in my Audi S4 for a Volkswagen Touareg at a Chevy/Mazda Dealership. Quite frankly, it sounds like a recipe for disaster. However, call me old fashion but I do appreciate a phone call and my sales person Aaron Snider called me after I sent an inquiry via CarGurus about the 2014 Touareg TDI they had on the lot. Do I go home after work on Friday or drive all the way to Yuba City from Rancho Cordova to take a look at a car that I wasnt even sold on? Well, he made it a bit easy by telling me he would be there when I arrived, have the car pulled up, and ready to test drive.So I decided to drive an hour and half up to Yuba city through prime time traffic in Sacramento. I will say he didnt disappoint when I arrived and the car was pulled up the front. I was literally handed the keys and we went for a ride. **Advice if you are buying a used car, make sure you inspect it in the daytime because I was not able to get a thorough inspection at night. Fortunately, it only had tree sap on the hood and the paint overall was fair considering it was a used black vehicle. He was able to get it corrected when I had my car detailed.** Overall, Aaron never really pressured me into buying the car, he asked me what I was looking for and the more I talked, the more I just sold myself on why I should let go of my Audi and drive an SUV. Keep in mind, I do a lot of outdoors stuff, have 2 border collies, and plan on towing a track car in the spring time. The Audi at that point was impractical and the Touareg was able to hit pretty much all of the points I needed.Overall experience at this dealership was great.1. I had aftermarket parts on my Audi removed and returned.2. I was missing a compressor pump to inflate my spare tire. They did not buy me a used on ebay as I suggested, they bought me a brand new OEM one from VW.3. Jason (another sales associate) gave me a bunch of snacks while I was waiting for my Touareg to get detailed on another visit.4. Communication with Aaron is astounding and he will give you updates during the process. He notified me when my parts were taken off, when the pump arrived, and checked in on how the car was driving.The experience has been great so far. In less than a month, I have already put nearly 2,000 miles on the car. I had to fill the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) once already, drove down to/from Anaheim towing a 5x10 Uhaul Trailer for work, and towed a BMW 3 series on a trailer. The only problem I am having with the car is getting the Homelink (garage door opener) and rear passenger headliner lights to work. I hate keeping my garage door opener in my car since I park it on the drive way or I forget it on the counter top when I leave for work. The last thing I want is someone to break into my car and have access to all of my expensive tools in the garage. Its just one of the nice features that worked on my Audi that I am trying to get to work again. As far as the mechanics, the car runs really well. Like I said, I already put about 2,000 miles on it with no hiccups. I am pretty particular so I will probably do an oil change with my brand of oil and also do a full flush of all the other fluids. If they have a vehicle that I need or in the market for a Duramax, I know where to go! Thanks again Aaron for the amazing service!

Didnt diagnose my truck to my satisfaction

Services were added (rear axle fluid change) and services requested were not completed (transmission fluid and filter change). When calling and explaining what happened everything was blamed on me. Wheeler was not capable of taking any responsibility and in the end i was stuck with the bill and a truck not fully serviced. They have lost most trust and i will never spend another dollar there. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about my horrid experience with the Wheeler dealership.

Took Truck in for Air Bag recall, truck was taken in at appointed time and repair was completed ahead of schedule and they washed it for me.

Went and looked at the vehicle 3 different days was told price was $18,999, sticker was placed on car second day. When I made my purchase it was $1500 more because I did not have a lease, to me this should have been stated somewhere before filling out papers for the sale. The sale price should be the sale price. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Very unprofessional experience I had at wheeler. I first dropped my vehicle off Thursday 09/03/2020 because my truck has been making a noise while driving after telling me that there was no issues until I persisted on a drive with the tech and while driving with him he finally heard the noise they informed me I needed to drop it off again to for diagnostic test. I explained I needed to be at work in the morning and would there be someone there to drive me to work. I was reassured someone could take me immediately to work. Today 09/04/2020 I arrive to drop off my truck and waited 30mins for someone to be able to take me to work making me late. Later in the day around 2:00pm I called to check if they figured out what was wrong with my truck, if they where keeping it and if I needed a rental. He talked to the tech and they said they half way figured out what was wrong, but the tech would tell him more when he figured it out completely and that it might be the drive shaft. When I got off work I went over there to check and my truck was parked on the street with the keys in it! And no one had time to tell me to tell me what was wrong or even come out and explain anything just said they needed parts. So my complaints are not being told what was wrong with my truck- maybe driveshaft ? I work in the automotive industry and know that would be an unsafe vehicle to drive, but no one explained whats exactly wrong and being the only vehicle to fit my family how do I know its safe and drivable. No one really had time to come talk to me? Is my business not important?My second complaint is parking my vehicle on the street with keys in it? What if it was stolen! I hope thats how they leave there cars. They didnt know when i was coming.

Service department three weeks they would be passing on servicing our vehicles. The fact that they do not take fleet is a big deal; the big deal is three weeks to say no thank you. Frankly, service management being away on vacation is not a proper excuse, has more than a person who takes of business. Especially when someone told use there are getting everything set up—one star for Wheeler Chevrole. This was after three weeks of service failing call us back.

I have worked with Wheeler for years and they were great in the past. In recent years they have gone down hill in the service department. The service reps appear to be lacking in knowledge and the customer service is heavily lacking. After 10 years of working with Wheeler, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, which is sad but much needed. I will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.

Our experience with Josh Evans in Sales was very pleasant, helpful, and handle our needs in purchasing our Trailblazer. He worked hard for us trying get us the best affordable price. Along with the gentleman (sorry didnt get your name) that directed us toward Josh, thank you for your help. Took my cruze in for an oil change today at wheeler Chevrolet. They broke my window visor that was less then a year old. the service rep came out to let me know what had happened and stated he was going to take care of it for me, then moments later the owners son came over and informed me they wont be responsible for an aftermarket part and he was sorry. He made no attempt at customer service or fixing the problem just a not our problem have a good day. If thats the kinda service your after then wheeler Chevrolet is perfect for you if not i would suggest somewhere else where they attempt to value customers or at least there vehicles.

Brought My 2008 Chevy Suburban in for a low oil pressure problem andthe Techs Found other problems that They supposedly fixed.Brought the vehicle Home and the Original problem did not get fixed ! Thats $1500 dollarsThey flushed from Me !

Worst customer service ever!Service makes the car worse each time, after 6 failed attempts!Detail department cannot clean the car after 4 failed attempts.Finance will not return calls?Management will not respond to emails or calls.Most Wheeler staff simply do not care.During out last visit we tried to escalate an issue & were told that management does not talk to customers by the finance department....FAKE Google review by Carlos Santana is from the Wheelers own sales department!Ask around & you will find out what kind of poor reputation Wheeler has overall.There a couple of great employees; Jason & Jennifer so kudos to them.

Frank and Eddie were very helpful! They got me a car that was perfect for me and I fell in love with it right when I started driving. They really know how to help people and I’ll come to this place again When i want another car.

We were in there the other day looking for a used car and worked with Randy. He is very professional and had lots of knowledge of the vehicles. We will be buying very soon and will only work with Randy.

I took in my company vehicle for a oil leak. They supposibly fixed the oil leak for a very hefty price. After driving the vehicle for 30 miles the oil leak came back with a vengeance. It was alot worse. I take it back. They call me and say its going to cost me $2000 dollars after already paying for a oil leak. We decide to take it to our auto shop guy in Sacramento that is a family friend. He Opened it up and told us the oil pan was left loose and that nothing was wrong with the pan itself he fixed it for $200. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE. IF THEY FEEL LIKE THEY CAN SUCK MONEY OUT OF YOU. THEY WILL. SOme of their reviews on google also match their employees names. DO not trust their positive reviews.
