To start things off this Family run business was recommended to me by a co-worker. As an Aircraft Mechanic stationed here at Beale I am so thoroughly impressed with the quality and professionalism of JP, and the crew at C & M. They went above and beyond when it came to rebuilding my suspension/Drive line. As well keeping me current with anything that was going on with my truck! They also gave me a free tire rotation, and were able to get some suspension components on my truck replaced for free! JP and the crew are extremely knowledgeable, and will take the time out of their day to explain any/everything thats going on with you vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend taking your truck, or car here for any maintenance that may need to be completed. As well if your looking for a great place to have your truck lifted or any serious modifications done.

This is the ONLY place in Yuba my family will take a vehicle to. Theyve worked on everything from my custom Dakota R/T 360 to my moms Jaguar V-12. They even replaced an entire engine in our sons Civic years ago. Service is great, quality of repairs is excellent. Theyve found solutions to issues I had on an older vehicle that no one makes parts for, so I wouldnt have to buy an entire new wiring harness. Saved me big $$. cant say enough about this place.

C&M is amazing! We just discovered them in July 21 when looking for someone to conduct emergency engine repairs on our sons VW after faulty work from a different local shop. The guys at C&M were very knowledgeable and patiently walked us through some hard decisions on the best route to go for the repairs. When we got the car back, it performed better than it ever had. C&M is now our go-to garage for all our vehicles!

Juan Pablo took care of the alignment needs of our Bronco. He was super professional and helpful. The Bronco needed one new bushing as part of the alignment work and he called to get approval for the reasonable cost increase.He did a thorough review of the complete front end of the truck, and noted a couple of other items (front brakes etc.) that would need addressing in the next few thousand miles.Absolutely recommend C & M Auto service

Owner of C&M automotive was very professional and provided a fast affordable estimate. I dropped my car off early after hours and deposited my car key in the outside drop box and my car repair services was completed the next afternoon. Good quality work.

I called because I had a concern about my car. I explained what was going on and they suggested I bring it in to have it looked at. Before we hung up I asked about this button in my car and asked if it could be part of the problem. He said it was a good idea to try the button, and drive the car and see if the problem stopped. The problem was solved and it didnt cost me anything. He was honest, helped me with my problem, and saved me money. That is why I take my car there.

I have had both my vehicles repaired at this facility several times (they are old). I have a 2002 Toyota Highlander and a 1995 Ford F-250 Diesel. JP and Vince have always treated me fairly and professionally and repairs have always been done to my satisfaction, often under the estimated costs given to me before I approved the repairs. I have never had a problem with the repairs done at this facility and have never had to return with a problem once the repairs were completed. They have never had a problem picking up and delivering my vehicles when I couldnt find a ride. I always recommend this facility to my friends without hesitation.

My car has a lot of miles on it and needed some work. I was recommended to come here. Great service, Vincent is alway helpful and polite. My car is running so much better. It’s a good reminder for me that regular maintenance keeps your car running as it should.

Of all the places Ive taken my car over the years, this is by far the most professional, put together company Ive seen. In this area most repair shops run the code and replace the main part related to the code. These guys actually test each individual part to see if its conducting electricity and they are functioning within normal parameters. I highly recommend this shop.

Took my car there twice for alignments, both times the steering wheel wasnt straight. The tech doesnt lock the steering wheel before making front toe adjustments. The machine even says to. I went to Yuba College and was trained to do so. Ill just go back there when the semester starts. At least they arent pressured by a boss to get jobs done fast, but done right.

Always come here for major auto repair work. Shopped around for prices and they are very competitive on prices. Only thing is they are in an industrial area so nowhere to go except a Mexican restaurant down the street. No stores to make the time go faster.

I came in to have a hood latch replacement and a mass airflow sensor changed and when they got back with me they wanted to do nearly $1500 worth of work. They were very congenial about it, although it was FAR out of my price range, and felt like they were trying to take me for a ride. Needless to say I found another shop to do the work for 1/2 the price. Also they were very piss poor at communicating with me, dropped my truck off on Thursday, and they were supposed to call me back Friday, they didnt, I had to call them an hour and a half before they closed, tried to get through 5 times and never reached anyone. When I did get ahold of someone they werent ready, and said theyd call me back in 20 minutes.An hour later I called them back and they still werent ready, the mechanic called me back after they closed to drop thier bombshell price on me. Needless to say I was not pleased.

Very helpful with Fixing my vehicle

The mechanics at C&M do a fantastic job. They dont lie to you and they give you detailed information on what your car needs and how they are going to fix it. They also stand by their estimates even when the work becomes a lot more complicated. They do need to call you with updates a little more when things come up but other than that, top notch service and very trustworthy mechanics.

What a f*****-up place. Took my car in for what was supposed to be a four hour job.., three days later I still dont have my car. They Jerry Rigged the part in instead of using the parts they were supposed to. And then had to take it to a dealership to try to make it work. When theyre supposed to call you back, they never do. If your car is broke.. do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. My car still doesnt run right.

C and M auto is the best.My Honda battery died.When I switched out to new one my stereo kept showing err and I found out I needed a code.Book and dealership tells you to remove stereo and get number off top.Dealership yesterday looked all over and wanted 62.50 to turn it back on.C and M has a lot of experience and fixed my radio in minutes.And didnt charge me.Thank you again.I will refer my friends and family to an honest mechanic.C and M right there on Garden Hwy...

Had an unexpected serpentine belt issue. They fixed it the next day and inspected the pulleys for binding. They answered when I called them and performed a lot of business through email. Would definitely recommend them, great experience.

I broke down and I was over 300 miles from home. I had to sleep in my vehicle and wait for the shop to open. The owner got there and found out I was on my way home and was basically stuck. He made every effort to repair my vehicle and even gave a discount. I would recommend this shop over any in the area. I wish this shop was closer to my home as I would be a lifetime customer. WORST auto repair shop Ive ever dealt with! I wish I could rate them a zero but thats not an option. Honestly, I wish I had something nice to say about this establishment, but I dont. First, it took C&M over five months to determine the issue and fix my 2009 Jetta. After paying Several thousand dollars and getting my car back, I was able to drive roughly 200 miles before the check engine light came back on and it appears its the same issue. Additionally, every time I contacted the shop I was told I would receive a call back with updates that never happened. To top it off, initially I told the shop that I wanted my original parts back to ensure work was done and to my surprise, I didnt even get that. I recommend anyone looking for timely, professional, and actual car repairs to look elsewhere.

Took my car in for a 30k service here, Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Im by no means an expert when it comes to cars but I know enough to know when Im being lied to and these guys were very honest about everything, My car had a few minor issues that they pointed out fixed very cheaply and recommended routine maintenance practices that would prevent them from happening.Overall Im very Happy with the service I received and would take my car to this Automotive shop any day of the week.

I am more than satisfied with the work from C & M.My serpentine belt broke and even a German specialty Roseville, CA shop couldnt figure out why it broke (twice). I gave the Roseville shop two tries then I was done with them.JP was very through and he found the wobbling water pump the other shop missed. Louie was very helpful and professional.I would highly recommend C & M to anyone who has a rare BMW M5 like myself or any car that needs honest and thorough work.

We have been going to C&M for several years now. All of our cars have received great service. They figure out the strangest bugs and fix the problem. Fast and friendly. You cant find a better repair shop in Yuba City.

Personally I feel like C and M auto is the best automotive repair shop in Yuba City. Besides fixing cars to keep you safe, they also help out the Yuba-Sutter community by doing charity work and training high school/college students in their field of work. They also donated money to my old school for new uniforms for the school sport teams.

Service was quick and seemed professional. Prices are very pricey, but I will say they have always done a good job there.

Our Acura broke down on the 99 north of Yuba City on a family roadtrip. Got twoed to C&M and they took fantastic care of us. Not only fixed the car up (which Acura said would require an Acura dealership) but also made sure we had a place to stay in town over night and gave us cell phone contact in case we had trouble further down the road. Highly recommended.

The WORST auto repair shop i’ve ever been to. They robbed me of my money three times and they lied to me and said the problem was much worse than it actually was. I wasted almost 2 grand and the problem still wasn’t fixed. Never coming here again, do not waste your time.
