One of my favorite stores in town. Great selection and honest prices. A one of a kind local business, who couldn’t support that? The owner and employees are pleasant and fun to chat with. I highly recommend spending your money here locally, for all of your gaming, collecting and so much more needs.

Have been going here off and on for years now, definitely my favorite store to browse once in awhile. Prices are slightly above online on most occasions but you pay for the service, the instantaneous product, and the quality of the game. No games ever seem to have more than the smallest scratches.They always have a new rotating stock of games, and usually seem to keep from too many of the common clutter games off the shelves. Every game Ive ever purchased from here has worked flawlessly and I havent had to resurface anything personally to get it working.If I could critique anything it would be to get a better label maker for your price tags (as they are honestly incredibly annoying and the gunk gets stuck on almost everything I buy until I scrub it off)

Fantastic store! Things were alphabetized as best as possible, which makes looking much more simple. Owner was courteous and willing to help out as much as he could. There was so much variety and content everytime I walked around I felt I saw something new, definitely worth the stop!

These guys really really know video games. They always help me immensely, helping me find games that I didn’t know about, but are within my range of things I love. They take the time to actually talk to you, and find out a thing or two about what you like. Also you can sell games here, it’s fantastic. Fair prices every single time, I recommend this place to any / all of my friends looking for used or new games and even stuff that isn’t directly a video game but has to do with them like controllers, posters, action figures, etc - it’s like Comic-Con up in here and I love it

Great selection of current game systems across multiple platforms as well as some older ones as well. Prices are competitive so it is a great choice and option for all locals to stop by and support. They also have selections of used/previously owned for a better price. The staff are super friendly and doesnt pressure you. They are all behind the counter so feel free to walk up/down the aisles to check out all the merchandise. Super clean and supports distancing so feel a little better as you enter.

Friendly staff, nice environment to be in, everything is well organized and easy to find, and reasonable prices on games.

Love this place. Guys that run it are good dudes and always know the latest games and tech and try to keep an much as possible in the store. Cant complain about the prices either. Cost big money to run a store like that and not be online only. I love being able to walk in the store and talk to a real person that makes it worth every dime!!

1 up games has new and used classic games, consols, accessories for most any system. you will get an honest opinion here not based on sales. i bought my playstation 2 slim from 1 up and its still working perfectly. they will even help with knoledge on how to get the best picture/performance out of your new classic consol on modern tvs. i have been shopping here for years and everytime is a treat just to be in there. i usualy leave with a new ps2 or a switch game i cant leave there. give 1 up your buisness instead of wallmart or best buy. hope you guys stay healthy and safe.

More pricey than other stores however, its the only place to go if you want to get all of your favorites in one shot. They also have great gaming nerds. Worth spending a few extra dollars.

Place is great. Came in looking for a PS2 corded guitar. They had two in stock untested and tested them for me. You are doing your self a disservice if you are not buying from these guys.

1Up just moved to a new location and it’s even better than the last one. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful! The owner gets a little sassy sometimes when people ask about emulations or complain about them not having a specific game (their inventory depends on what people bring in, it’s not really their fault that people don’t like to give up their rare games). They have a great selection of collectibles and shirts too! So glad Yakima has this place

Locally owned and operated. I purchased a 3rd party controller and the switch update doesnt support it. They gladly took a swap out and provided me a guarantee that the new controller would work. Highly reccomend them. They even have messanger on Facebook so you can message before going in

Feels like I bought out half the store when I was there. The staff were super helpful and understanding of my specific needs and even told me of the packing store close by to ensure that my collectables were handled properly. If Im ever back in the area Id definitely go again.

I found some great rare titles here and got a good deal on them. Im used to Seattle retro shops that get fairly combed over. They definitely needed more organization (or maybe just more shelving) but Im willing to dig for treasure. A definite must stop for my next trip to Yakima.

At first I did not like this place. I wanted to by a game boy and found them cheaper and asked if he could price match. But said no and would not negotiate on anything....BUT!!!! I have been back a few times and been very happy with how he has turned the shop around. Very helpful and always has what I am looking for. And there has been a few times when I have bought a few of the Disney infinity characters and he has thrown in a free one or 2.The owner takes care of his customers And I feel like he is looking out for “us” The customer as much as you can without hurting his business!!

I flip flopped on this place. It was a great concept, then the pricing got out of line. Then the service was great, then this, then that.I dont intend to besmirch the people who work there, but I just cant recommend this place. That said, it seems to get great business, and has a wide variety of material available.
