I have utilized the Grocery pickup on multiple occasions from Yakima Target. When they first started this option, it went smoothly. The last 3 times Ive uses pickup, Ive had multiple items I ordered & paid for nor actually make it into the actual pickup. I understand accidents happen but this is reoccurring now. Today I ordered my order which included a 16 lb of Cat food (biggest item on order). I get home (I live 20 miles from Target) & to my surprise again - the cat food was not put in order yet I was charged $12.99 for it. I immediately tried calling Yakima Target but every single extension rang & rang & rang...no answer. I called back 5x within the hour to no one bothering to pick up the phone.Ive worked customer service most my adult life & pretty laid back about issues but this is inexcusable to make this many mistakes.I finally had to contact corporate & get my order fixed and now must wait for the cat food I ordered to be shipped to my home.Do Better Target...especially with so many competitors that deliver or do pickup.

Just left Target mad. I spend alot there but wont go back because the store is not enforcing mask mandate. Talked to manager who said theyre doing the best they can but NO have someone at door like before to hand out masks on table or turn people away.

The people here are really friendly and helpful. This Target also has a really great selection of beauty products I was able to find that Pacifica perfume that has a lot of tiktok hype but has been sold out at my local target. (It is really nice I highly recommend it). Also I saw they have winky lux which is cool I really like those clear lip sticks that adjust tones to match you.

Quick unload. Orlando helped me out quick and easy.

The cashier Steve is my absolute FAV! I always make it a point to go into his line and he is so kind and helpful!

The pick-up option at Target is great! I ordered one night and everything was ready by opening time the next morning. I didn’t have to wait at all once I parked my car. The employee was polite and very nice. It’s a perfect way to shop during the quarantine.

So i probably come to this target 2 to 4 times a month. and there always super helpful. (as there management probably tells them to be) but tonight i was shopping for towels. i know riveting right. but i love soft big towels. and im looking n looking and there wher 2 amazing employees one had purple hair and the other had a really dope color going on. any way they pointed me in the direction of the softest towels they had as well as helped me finde a new bed spread. 10 out of 10 for them. then i went up to the line (long af)and Ashlyn said come on over n checked me out at customer service. great small talk. and i know people are nice but it actually felt genuine. these 3 women made my night.

Since I had my baby in April, I have been utilizing Target’s free curbside pick up and my service has been great. The app is easy to use and they have a great selection of the products I need. I always recommend my local Target to friends and family.

Fast and friendly

I love target but have issues with products ringing up correctly and customer service being no help. It took two people to stare at our receipt and say it shows it correctly it’s confusing but the math not adding up.

Worse customers service

This location met our expectations of Targets elsewhere. We visited primarily for Health/Beauty products. Friendly store clerk. I do wish that Self-Checkout was open the day we stopped by. We used our Red Card for 5% savings.

Staff were very friendly, helpful when trying to find things. One staff helped me find what I was looking for and even said they would run and get it for me. I had just had surgery so this was extra kind of them.

Easy shopping and staff is friendly when I visit the store. I either just go in for what I need or browse too. I did the drive up for the first time and it was easy. Really convenient since I bought a small piece of furniture. Always love Target and use the app and the rewards too.

The employee was quick to retrieve my order. Took the time to check and make sure it was all there and all while being friendly and approachable. Overall the process was quick and efficient.

It is good quality clothes and materials but the prices are too much

Currently the only place in town that had the type, brand, and size of diapers I needed. Both Walmarts were out. Ordered online and they literally messaged me ten minutes later that it was ready for pick up. Im normally waiting at least an hour or more for any other store to tell me an item is ready. Very impressed.

The new cashier in electronics is a keeper. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s charming, friendly, and accommodating. It was her 2nd day on the job, but she seemed very confident!If she reads this, I have this to say it here: ”Good luck with the new job!”

Extremely busy store, but very attentive to my shopping experience. I dont shop at Target as much, but they always treat people with respect.

I appreciate the variety of items and competitive prices. Friendly staff across multiple visits. I also like that political affiliation is nowhere to be found. Id rather it be kept that way.

I love this Target!! It is great to have a local Target where you can not only get groceries, but also shop for your household needs. There are always promotions going on and their dollar section is awesome when you need to stock up on inexpensive needs!

A product was labeled with an incorrect price and the manager was amazing at helping us out! Everyone that helped us out was nice and willing to help. The manager that helped us was awesome and I am extremely satisfied.

Ease of finding items. Also I saw several employees cleaning in different areas of the store.

Would be nice when spending over $200 in school clothes the cashier doesnt throw clothes in bag without folding. Have some decent courtesy to fold. Quality of service isnt like it use to be. Need more open check stands and friendly people.

Prices are responsible, always clean, Have wips for the carts or baskets, never long wait in line. Respectful employees and helpful.. I noticed some of the clothes for men and women look so faded in color it looks like someone already wore them.

Horrible management team, works employees like animals and continually cuts hours. Employees are extremely unhappy and corporate does not give a dam. I would encourage you to stop supporting this greedy corporate giant and like shopko they will fall. The store manager should be ashamed of themselves and the HR department needs to go back to school to understand what is legal and what’s not. I have field with the state and the city grievance on behalf of the employees and hope the state audit reveals the illegal activity happening at the Yakima Target store.

I like how clean the store is and usually well stocked. Its quick and easy to get in and out of and usually lower or comparable prices with high quality products then most other competitors.

We will drop in and out for bathroom items because prices are good. Location feels dirty and lines can be long checking out.Also saw this passing by: .69 for 1 banana? When its .69 per lb at the grocery store? Wow.

I love everything about Target! I shop there probably 2 or 3 times a week.

This is a decent branch of Target, on the edge of downtown Yakima. Its not as big as some branches but it has everything you really need on a basic level. It does have a grocery.

Great place to shop family orientated

The convenience. Target almost always has what I need at a reasonable price. Even if I need a couple ingredients for dinner. I can make one stop and be done.

Amazing store and service

We are very happy with our shopping experience at Target. We love finding great deals and the 5% discount with Redcard as well as cartwheel! We also love the Target exclusive music and movies all without having to go to wal-mart.

Order pick up was fast and easy. It’s way better than Walmart. At least here, once you get your things ordered, there not damage like at Walmart. The employees are nice and friendly and the store looks very clean

I asked a cashier for a lighter and was treated with a sarcastic remark. I then asked again, and then the response was again negative. Not coming back! Poor customer service...

Clean store, friendly and above and beyond helpful staff. You can find just about anything you need here including limited food items. Plus if you have theyre Red debit or credit card youll revives 5% discount on entire purchase including sale items.

I’m happy about the selection and pricing at Target.

Everything is organized and easy to go directly to the item you want, but it, and be out in a breeze. The only thing is that it costs a little more than say Walmart. But it has great offers and items:)

I like the toys and childrens clothes are close to each other. We were looking for birthday presents. It was nice to look at one and be close to the other things we needed for a young girl.

I have pretty mixed feelings about this store. The store is open, clean, and what you would expect from a big box store. The staff is nice enough and that smell of popcorn is always temping when you walk in! Target had long been a staple of the Yakima valley as a solid choice for a superstore, but I recently had an awful experience. Historically, this has been my go-to place for a big box store.So why the less than stellar review? The service counter has been merged with the normal checkout lanes. Instead of just returns/customer service line, this line is a remarkably less efficient hybrid of the two. I placed an order online and it took longer to pick up my item in this line than it would have to find the item myself and do a normal checkout - which seems to defeat the purpose. To top it off, they screwed up my order and gave me the wrong rug. Instead of taking it to the customer service counter (which no longer exists independently) - I was told Id need to wait in line for my turn. After flagging down a random employee, I was informed that I should go back to find the correct item and wait through that painfully inefficient line again. To up the ante, they had to get a manager to approve the transaction since they gave me the wrong item to begin with. Total time in store = 50 minutes to pick up a rug! Yikes. At least Walmart gets my online orders correct. Hopefully this was an isolated incident that wont happen again (and other reviews suggest that it was), but itll be a long while before I head back to Target!

Very clean store with helpful staff. I will say though, the bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty when Im there. I cant recall a single time that Ive been there and the bathrooms were actually clean.

Pretty spendy for cheaply made clothes. But got a gift certificate for Christmas so only time I never shop here. Only able to get 2 sweaters for Mom for the 50.00!! I ll stick to thirft shops. ;)

Never been to a Target untill now. Found it to have an excellent selection of items, great variety and very reasonable prices, similar to Walmart, but a little more upscale. Staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly, as I had never been to a Target, I had no idea of their layout and the staff not only told me where the product I was looking for was located, but took my there personally.

I love the fact that you can bring in your recyclable items that you bought from the store and recycle them, wish there was a place for me to bring all of them. I would only shop at target.

Im super dissapointed in this store !My daughter went in after she worked her 8 to 10 hour shift (manual) labor job and was told that target had a cleanliness policy and she didnt meet it that they would let her finish her shopping today but not to come back !She swung in after working to get deals on dance stuff for her daughter as she is a single mom and who works 40 plus hours a week .But ... when you walk out the door of this nice store the homeless sit along the sidewalk asking for money .. in all my research of the corporate/ store Ive yet to see your store policy on cleanliness but have definitely seen your store policy on pan handling and soliciting..Dissapointing for sure!
