Picked up my Aspen today. Wow it was and truthfully it was the absolute best experience ever. The contacted me daily with updates. The agent that handled the entire procedure, was terrific. Great office personal, all around the best in all of downriver. My vehicle was cleaned inside and outside. Glad to give 5 stars. They deserved it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They fixed my car and even fixed something that they werent getting paid for. When I went to pick up my car, it was so clean inside and out. They also returned my call promptly and answered my questions without giving me a hee haw answer.

We hit a deer and the whole front end of my van had to be fixed. They did an excellent job and matched my red color perfectly. They were also very friendly. I will use them again if needed.

Brought my Yukon here after a hit and run and they had it back to me on the date promised as well as call and keep me updated about the status. They went above and beyond the repair and even fixed 2 rust spots that I had. After picking up, I realized that my clock wasn’t working, went up there, and even though it had nothing to do with the accident or dealt with any part they had to repair, Mike took it in for me and made calls/ looked up YouTube videos to try and figure it out for me. This place is great. They got my car done within the time they said it was going to take. I didn’t have time to clean out my car so I wrote a note stating I was sorry for the mess. They cleaned my car for me. I was in shock and very greatful for them. This is a great place. I don’t know if they read their reviews but thank you guys for fixing my car and cleaning it out.

The service was great and they did a wonderful job fixing my Jeep. They even washed the outside and vacuumed the inside of my Jeep out, even though all the work done on my Jeep was done from the outside of the vehicle. They didnt have to clean it all up for me, but it was a nice surprise. Because, I had been telling myself that I needed to vacuum it out really good...then I got rear ended and my Jeep ended up in the shop. While it was there, they cleaned it up for me!👍
