Pharmacy used to be very good. However, they have been severely understaffed for months. If your doctor calls in a prescription you can expect to wait a full 24 hours until it is filled. Usually, that’s fine. But when your child is sick and you desperately need to start their medication, the only way to retrieve it is to go in, wait in a long line of unhappy customers, and pester them into prioritizing it. I love my downtown CVS pharmacy but from now on I will be steering clear of the Worthington location.

The clinicians and doctors here are AMAZING. They helped me out every which way they could, and I highly recommend driving the extra 5 - 10 minutes if you need the minute clinic. Can’t beat quality customer service in a doctor. The store is clean and their is plenty of parking. 10/10 CVS.

I went in the store to pick up a prescription and had a great experience with a friendly pharmacy staff person. However, I was given the wrong brand of medicine, which I didn’t realize until I left. I called to fix it and see how to move forward, and I had a terrible experience with the pharmacist who answered the phone. He kept repeating that he wasn’t at fault (which I never said it was his fault), and he was incredibly unhelpful and rude when I was asking what was needed for me to get the right medication. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I typically don’t write negative reviews, but it was very frustrating.

Walked into the pharmacy at 1:40 with plans to shop while getting a prescription filled. The pharmacy was closed! Couldnt even have a person take the script and say 45 minutes. Dont remember seeing that in any CVS commercial just tough luck for customers.

Went in the store Sunday morning to pick up some over-the counter medicines. The gal working behind the counter rung up my stuff and when I gave her a $100 bill for a $40 purchase she groused about having to give me change-you are my first customer this morning and I cant change that. Let me tell you something MERCHANDISING 101-before you open up make sure you have change in the register! I had to use a biz debit card for the purchase-how ridiculous!!!

Had an incredibly awful experience in February, however I dealt with a pharmacist yesterday who was extremely friendly and helpful. I Knock off two stars due to their continual employment of one of the rudest most condescending pharmacy employees of the modern era, but everyone else seems very nice and helpful...Im sure the rest of the staff cant stand said surly employee either.

So very sad, this store used to be great, but in the last 6 months it has gone straight down hill. Shelves are seldom stocked, sale tags are seldom in place, the isles are cluttered with what should be on the shelf. I used to frequent this store on the average once or twice a day, now maybe once every other week, and only out of absolute necessity. Hope they get it back together soon.

Very kind and courteous people working here, despite being busy seemingly all the time. A number of times Ive had issues on doctors end and theyve been quite helpful. Generally getting my notification text within an hour or so. AWESOME!

I’m not sure why it’s so hard for CVS to provide a receipt for a gift card? They provide a yard worth of coupons (that I never have a need for), yet when I asked for a receipt to show that my GC was activated they looked at me like I had a 3rd eye. Every other store that I’ve bought a GC from provides one without me asking. Please CVS, this is 2018, you can do better!!! Stop wasting paper and print something we need on the paper you do provide!

I called earlier to ask of the would take workers comp because I had a student bit and needed a tetanus shot and antibiotics. They said it wouldnt be a problem. I drove there and as soon as I said that the bite broke the skin, I was told they couldnt help me. I even said I would use my own insurance and not workers comp but the refused. They lied on the phone and wasted a lot of my time. I had to drive across town to find an urgent care. Thankfully, they could help me and were incredibly sweet. The NP at CVS was rude and I was lied to so I will not be shopping at CVS again and will make sure to go anywhere else if I get hurt or sick again.

I must have the luck of the rudest pharmacist. Never fails. Called tonight to pay for prescriptions, got hung up on. Called back and they said sorry, computers are tied up and cant get to you before we close, call back tomorrow, thanks, bye and hung up. Really, you dont close for another 10-15 min.

I have used the pharmacy here for years and have appreciated the service. Friendly employees thag are willing to help when I have a question.

Pharmacy is typically understaffed. Sat at the drive through for 30 minutes and wasnt acknowledged. Otherwise, good. Sign up for in store savings.

On hold for 30 mins with the pharmacist never picked up!! Called back to the front of the store and was told no one could help and hung up. Worst CVS I’ve been to.

Everyone that works here is really friendly and the coupons that we get from being a CVS member really saves a lot of money.

Over priced items, dirty floors and bathroom one of 2 bathrooms had no toilet paper while the other had no soap... With this prime location you would think this CVS would be knocking reviews out of the park.
