I love supporting local. They serve high quality coffee and delicious blended drinks. They even offer locally baked goods as well. Staff is always super friendly.

Decent enough. Went for the first time and the coffee seemed similar to the other roasters that have a very strong blend even though I chose the light/medium blend. Customer service was adequate but definitely not friendly. They did nothing to make me want to visit again but if your on the city center or at the farmers market and want a cup of coffee it will do.It seemed like they assume everyone is a regular and knows their procedure…I would suggest they work on being more welcoming and interactive with their customers!

Love the espresso and drinks! Everything is super yummy, but I do wish the customer service was a bit more warm and nice. Every time I come in I feel like they’re either scared of me 😂 I understand being shy, but it’s like every time! I don’t bite Highline!!

I have always ordered almond milk lattes from here, and they never fail to be delicious. I don’t add flavors because they’re amazing without needing to add extra. Anytime I order from Starbucks, it’s always bitter and requires syrup to mask the taste.

Super disappointed by the coffee and the hot chocolate. It purely just does not taste good at all. Further, the cups filled up maybe 3/4 way, far too sweet of additives and the milk was not steamed correctly at all. Hot chocolate did not have any chocolate flavor. Was hoping for something higher quality since its a local place, but Id rather have gone to a chain coffee

Highline is a bright, welcoming space in Downtown Worthington that serves fantastic (and ethically-sourced) One Line coffee along with some baked goods. They have a few outdoor seating spots, and they feature art and handmade goods from local artists.

Excellent coffee, pretty good service. I just got the plain old medium roast drip and it was better than a lot of other places I’ve been. I’ve been to other shops that also use one line beans and they don’t make the same level cup of coffee. I also saw an Uber Karen try to argue with the staff about what a cappuccino is and they calmly explained to her what it is. Over and over. She did not get it but I’m not sure why she thought she knew more about coffee than they do? They made her drink correctly so idk what else she wanted. Anyways it’s pretty good so come get you some.

Great made to order coffee drinks and tasty breakfast pastries, prepared and served with social distancing. A Worthington original! In more normal times a great place to gather and to relax or work with some java.

I stopped by to order a latte (still online only). There was no one at the doorway table, only 2 women sitting on a bench down the block. I had my mask in my pocket and planned to don it as soon as I placed my order. The sun was bright making it difficult to see the screen. I was poised to hit submit when a woman opened the door and asked if I was here for a pick up. I said no, just trying to place order. She told me masks were required, and I told her I would put it on if anyone approached the table, and I would certainly have done so had she been putting an order out for pickup. She ordered me to step back away from the table....again even though no one was approaching. Had she not been so abrupt, had I realized she planned to engage me in an unbidden conversation, I would have placed my mask on. When I stepped back, the bright sunlight made it impossible to read my screen. I told her I had changed my mind and proceeded to La Chatelaine where I donned my mask, stepped inside, was greeted warmly and purchased a delicious coffee and croissant and left a tip...all for less than the latte.

I was looking forward to having a cup of coffee here for the 1st time. When I went to pay they wouldnt accept us bills here in the United States of America. They only accepted plastic because of covid. I walked out.Socialist!!!I wont be back

Great, homey (read : small) place to get a cup of coffee with some space to get some work done if you need to. Their espresso was out of the ordinary good. Super thick and rich, definitely one of my favorites. Im new to the area, the barista said they used beans from a place in Columbus called One-Line. If thats the case, Im buying some cause seriously it was some good stuff, Id love to start my morning with it. Cool place though, worth a look!

Worst customer service ever. I first attempted to oder my coffee online as I have the past few months. When I couldnt find the ordering app I called the restaurant, the lady said inside was open and I could order inside. I left work drove to coffee shop, gave my order, tried handing cash only to find out they wont except my cash because of covid. I tell the lady no one mentioned that when I called, she said sorry, but didnt offer any other solution. As a repeat customer, I will never spend another cent with themSurely you could have asked me to come back the following day to run my card for the coffee or you could have given me the .80 cents cup of coffee that I was getting ready to give you $5 for. Surely you cant be avoiding that many germs by not accepting cash when every week you get a shipment of coffee beans milk and other supplies that countless hands have touched before it gets to you I hope that my loss of business was worth the trouble

Their Mocha warm is AMAZING and I adore the art studio in the back (Shift Studios) THERES really beautiful jewelry, leather works, and local artists are always featured on the walls. Very quaint, lovely and great artistic atmosphere!

We absolutely love getting coffee here! They use local One Line Coffee which I would argue is some of the best coffee beans around. You can get a quality cup of black coffee, or they have many specialty lattes to choose from. Definitely worth supporting.

I had the iced mocha and it was very good. It was awesome to see how well they have their socially distancing ordering set up!The service was fast, the coffee was super good, and the environment was very safe. 5 stars for sure. I can’t wait to go back and try some other coffees.

A true shop with light roast, medium and dark and a HUGE HEART.The reason I love this shop is because of the availability. Every day I have the option to choose an Ethiopian to a dark Colombian. Throughout the year it can rotate as they use one of the best roasters in Ohio; granting an advantage to taste new offerings and provoke a bag purchase. YES, they also offer 12 ounce bags of whole beans and of course you can request them to be grind it if needed. This is huge, because it saves me from mail order, or having to run directly to the roaster.Now that they’ve implemented online ordering I’m saving 10 to 15 minutes a day in the AM - before I start work. I simply go to the site load my cart, and then show up at the window. It’s that simple.Cold brew: Method Espresso (One Line!!!)If you take it black this is the perfect level of rich and full. If you like a splash of something try oat milk. It gives a subtle sweet and smoky taste. Promise, it’s good!Drip: usually there is 3 options - light, medium, dark.I had the light, which is Ethiopian and the notes are huuuuge! So flavorful. If you buy a bag, I recommend making iced coffee using 21 grams and 300 ml water (150 cubes, 150 brew water)For the kids: I would have died for the steamer when I was strolling the neighborhood on my Dyno!!! Mom’s and dad’s we know you’re busy and working from home... grab something for the kids. It’ll shut them up for 10 minutes!!!The menu options are vast and yet all valuable to our tastes.

Highline is really tasty, kinda buttery in a way. This is a walk up coffee shop now with very minimal seating, however, if youre local to Worthington, its a great stop if youre walking your dog, taking in the historical sights of Worthington.

One of my favorite coffee places. You dont have to go to the Short North to get great gourmet coffee beverages. Their menu changes with the seasons so give something new a shot.

Took 20 minutes to get a cappuccino. A 6 Oz cappuccino. Thought about walking away but I had already paid. Ladies order in front of me was forgotten. An americano. Which should take 10Seconds to make. A cappuccino takes 1 minute max. Get it together. Ridiculous.

The cutest coffee shop! Definitely recommend but I always say finding a spot to sit is a hit or miss.

I did not know they were only serving coffee by appointment, therefore I did not get to try it. I am rating 3 stars because my date did not know this either and she frequents the store, leading me to believe this is not very well advertised to customers.

Good, independent coffee place. Interesting baked goods for morning breakfast. Not huge but enough seats usually in the morning. Not too far from I270, which makes stopping in to meet people easy

Wonderful service, handmade gourmet drinks and comparable prices. All blended seamlessly with a comfortable atmosphere and an adorable leather and jewelery boutique. And such a quaint town to explore, shop and enjoy.

We were looking for a nice little cup of coffee on a sunny afternoon and this was one of the only shops that was open. It was an unexpected treat with some delicious coffee and a lovely pastry. The interior is extremely small and theres no really room for sitting but overall the coffee was delicious and I really enjoyed my experience there

After moving our offices from the Short North to Worthington, we were worried wed be missing out in the coffee department. Not so, thanks to Highline! - great coffee (One Line), friendly service and reasonable prices. Very excited that theyll be expanding this spring which will provide additional seating.

If you want to use the wifi, be sure NOT to get a paper/to-go cup AND to get a receipt!! the wifi password is on your receipt. you cannot get a receipt if you get a paper cup. as mentioned in other reviews, customer service is lacking. upside is theres decent coffee and its cheaper than starbucks

Friendly & wise baristas, small but excellent range of baked goods, set in the corner of an airy room offering both counters ( for the laptop toters ) and a few low slung, comfy leather chairs. Recently added is a back room that features wonderful jewelry & leather worked goods- and the creators are on hand onvcd a more or less revolving basis. Whether or not you are in the market, having them present seems to amplify the local, relaxed vibe. I never pass up the chance to visit there, as its good for my soul.

Great place! It is small, so not the best place to go with a group. However, for one person to stay or a few people getting something to go, the coffee is fantastic and the owner is super sweet and helpful.

Reasonable prices and solid baked goods, however owner needs to improve customer service. Accidentally spilled my drink in such a tight spot and was not offered to have it remade even after I added a 20% gratuity. Myself or other people have accidentally spilled drinks at a multiple other coffee shops and I have witnessed them being asked if they wanted it remade. And I helped cleaned the mess myself! Customer service is why I choose small shops over chains, dissapointed.

This is a great space to relax and do your work. Its mostly quiet, with a great homy atmosphere. The baristas are always kind to me and will carry a great conversation if not busy. The coffee is fresh and tasty, they even serve Jordan skiny girl sweetener for people on diets. Overall I am happy with the service and the food.

Talent, Personality, Great Coffee, and now Great Space. Ive visited Highline Coffee a few times now, always ordered their signature Caramel drink, and always loved it. However, his time I decided to test the Barista and ordered a simple no-frills cappuccino. WoW! Simply the best Ive ever had. WoW!
