My 2021 Silverado had a serious engine breakdown. The service team got me in Immediately, the parts needed were in stock, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and I was on the road in 24 hours. Dishonest. Sold us a $86k Ram 3500 HD limited however they told me it had the high output Cummins with the Ellison transmission after a year and half of nothing but PROBLEMS with the air ride suspension another dealership discovered that the truck in fact did not have these upgraded features which now we loose 10k GVW. This was the whole reasons we bought the truck!!! If I could leave a zero star I would. Never again. Better dealerships than this one.

Happy with resolution.Called and asked for O2 sesor to be put in. And oil change with 15 point inspection. Car came back with just O2 sensor changed only. Now have to bring back in. Not sure whose mistake it was. But wasnt mine. As Lucas knew I was taking on long trip soon.

Marthaler Chevrolet is awesome! I was having an awful time with the KC branch of a nationally known Chevy dealer who had stacked the fees. By the time I had negotiated the fees off the vehicle, they acted like they were cutting me a deal and wouldnt budge on their excessively high listing price.Marthaler Chevrolet lists a fantastic price from the get go, I compared it with other prices on autotrader and they not only were competitive, they were the best. I ended up getting the same ZR2 Colorado for $6000 less than I could here in KC. Tyler was upfront and honest about the pricing, no outrageous dealer fees, he gave me a fair trade without having to negotiate, and it was as really as easy as sending him pictures of my vehicle. On top of all of this, Tyler arranged to deliver the truck to my house in KC, 6.5 hours away, free of charge.This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. The whole transaction took place in my driveway in about 40 minutes, including the test drive where I still had the option to turn down the deal. I can not reccomend Marthaler Chevrolet enough, this is a top notch dealership and Ill be back!

The struts to the back door of my Yukon Denali would not open with electronic lift. The problem was the struts had lost their lifting power. Brought the denali in first thing in the morning and it was fixed in about three minutes.

I was treated very well. Everyone very nice to me. They were not pushy. They told about financing and extended warranty but didn’t try to talk me into getting. The salesman I had was very very nice.

Had an oil change in Worthington Marthaler 03 31 21 . Had a rear tire blow out which is no ones fault. But I checked tire air pressures b4 I took car in & again checked air pressure in tires which were still at pressures that they were at when I took the car in to be serviced. Meaning they could NOT have been checked for air pressure also windshield fluids were NOT refilled. But I can refill myself. My point being after I have my car serviced I MY SELF DO CHECK EVERYTHING THAT I HAD IT SERVICED FOR

However they want waving and beyond and were able to clean up the muffler from the soot caused by the drainage of the muffler and there is also some cleaned the inside of hood of the car and they clean those things up like brand new. I messaged Chris late last night telling him i was interested in my car i just purchased. Use this service center at your own risk! My truck broke down on I-90 about 15 miles from Marthaler, had it towed in after a couple hours getting me there around 3:30 on a Friday, said they could look at it right away. Around 4:30 a technician looked it over and confirmed my fear, something internally was amiss and he wouldn’t be able to do anything until Monday, that was the last I saw of him (4:45). Walked in to use the restroom and was handed a bill for $72, no options for repairs, just a bill. I’m 3.5 hours from home with no rentals within 60 miles, I got a smug reply from the young shop manager which only added fuel to his previous actions. Needless to say, I got home very late, got up early and went out and bought a Duramax the next morning, borrowed a trailer and picked up my broken truck that afternoon. I was in the market for a truck anyway but after that experience, I’ll never buy from a Marthaler!
