Worst experience. I am paying on a table I do not have yet have been waiting 5 months the salesperson Kimberly Baker was great at the sale when she was getting her commission but has never kept in touch about the progress of getting the table and is agitated when I do call her. I told her I wanted to cancel the order she told me unfortunately you cannot because it is special order and then when I get upset over paying for a table I do not have says “I am not going to Argue with you. I have purchased most of my furniture from havertys only because of the style did I go to Ethan Allen. Never again. Just bought chairs from havertys who are great.RUN FROM ETHAN ALLEN!!

We ordered a sofa, recliner and two accent chairs in mid-November. We received the sofa and recliner in March. Still waiting on chairs and it is now scheduled to arrive in June. Ethan Allen has excellent quality and workmanship. If your not in a hurry to get your furniture and willing to wait for 6 months or so then visit them. Although I am pleased with the furniture and quality I am not pleased to wait 7 months for my furniture.

All the major pieces in our home are Ethan Allen (also a lot of artwork and lighting). Made in the US. All custom. We couldn’t be happier. Excellent decorating professionals.

The day we visited we were dressed less than casual. I was assuming we would be ignored, but the sales consultant was incredibly nice to us. Answered our pleathera if questions, showed us all possible options, and did not pressure us.Furniture there is made of quality and on trend looks. Prices are on the higher end, but is priced for quality. Furniture purchases, in my opinion, should not be made is haste, and I appreciate the space and respect we received during our visit.Must check out when shopping for furniture.

I purchased a new mattress from Ethan Allen, the Signature Platinum Plush after having owned two Temper-Pedics in the past ten years. In the short time Ive had the Ethan Allen mattress I have slept better and had less body aches when waking up and I am so glad to have returned to an innerspring mattress again. Full disclosure, I work for EA but I am not exaggerating when I say that this mattress is the best mattress I have ever had.

Ethen Allen is wonderful - we have worked with Tracy Pence on different project for the past 4 years at the Worthington EA. She is fabulous!!

The couch is beautiful that we bought. Expensive but its excellent quality. Unfortunately, it took a long time for delivery. The saleswoman was correct in terms of the delivery time. we had to accept it or pay a lot more.

Long ago, we bought furniture from Ethan Allen and still have most of it. It was and still is great furniture. We are wanting to add to a bedroom suite we have and being so happy with what we had we stopped by to see what they might have that might work for us. Not a thing! The store and its merchandise is completely different from what we remember. They offered nothing I would put in my home. If you like neuvue modern, chrome and plastic, you will like this place. That is not my style. Never was, never will be.

The staff has a major attitude problem. Everyone in this location seems to think they are superior and above everyone that walks in the door. So pretentious! Ironic considering they probably work on commission. Unfortunately they will NEVER see a nickel of my money! I would not recommend this location to anyone. I personally hope this location goes out of business. With the lousy, unprofessional people they employ I’m sure it will eventually happen.

Wayne was fabulous! He knows his merchandise and his creative skills are fantastic. Wayne is more than an interior decorator. He envisions a room, lays the foundation and then knows the right people (such as painters, etc.) to come in to finish the job. I could not have been more pleased with the job that Wayne did for me.Also, not to forget the delivery people. They set up a date and time, they were on time, they knew exactly where each piece of furniture was to be placed and set everything up beautifully. The furniture we purchased was just as advertised. We are enjoying the Couch, love seat and recliner immensely

They are receiving 1 more star than they deserve because of the quality of their furniture. I expected (and have received elsewhere) far better communication than they were able to muster. Promised delivery of 8 weeks turned to 10 weeks then to 12 weeks. The entire time, I was the one who had to proactively reach out to them to pry out a status. If youre ordering custom furniture from here, expect to tolerant and patient because otherwise, you will be very disappointed.

Expensive but great customer service. The one woman who helped me look at multiple items was very friendly and not pushy at all. Would recommend as they have a huge selection of pieces to look through and inspire ideas from.

Cant believe people are complaining about the quality of EA furniture. My kids are still using furniture I bought from EA 30 years ago. Expect longer delivery times, but well worth the wait.

Everything was lovely! But we did have to have them swap us for a piece of the leg on the couch was badly chipped. But they fixed it thx.

Beautiful furniture.Having sale now! Very nice staff too.

Quality and service is terrible. We bought a dining room table and chairs 5-6 years ago. Within the first year, the table started cracking. The store came out to look and determined they would not cover under warranty even though the cracking was in the middle of a plank of the wood. At that time, 2 of the Windsor chairs needed repaired as the legs and cross bars had come out. Now, 5-6 later, 2 or 3 of the chairs are broken - again, - and now the store was less than interested in helping out. Customer service is non-existent and the quality of the furniture is no better than Ikea.
