Sometimes an unfortunate incident provides an opportunity for a business/person to shine. I’ve found this to be the case at Advance Auto store in Worth. A recent purchase/installation of new wiper blades that resulted in a cracked windshield showed the integrity, honesty, & will to go above and beyond for a customer! Julie, the manager, and Luis the district manager took immediate action to resolve the issue quickly and completely . In doing so have earned a delighted 😀 customer for life. 👏👏👏Thanks so much to all

I walk in looking for a wheel stud for a trailer with a part number stamped on the head and get told they literally have hundreds to search, they need more information to go by.Thanks for the Great Customer Service!

We have used other machine shops in the past, but since finding these guys, we would not go anywhere else. Their customer service is great! The techs are very helpful. Recently when dealing with an extended warranty company for one of our customers, they graciously allowed time for their techs to be available for an adjusters visit. Not all shops are willing to spend their employees time like that. We appreciate that and them!

This store is awesome! Very orderly! I always enjoy dealing with Vanessa behind the counter and Chris. The machine shop employees are expert craftsmen!

Didnt liked, limited parts selection

It could be a helpful place, but they value their time more than others. Order supposed to be ready within 30 minutes; 5 days later I still cant pick it up. No call no email (beside that they charged my credit card already).

I own an auto repair shop and we have used many machine shops in the past with mixed results. There are no mixed results here. You will get machine work done right, for a fair price, in a timely manner. I would never go anywhere else unless I have to.

Too bad you cant give them black stars for minus rating. Called the store up looking for some oil that one of their Ohio stores said it would take them a day to get. I figured I call a store where I we expect to be a day later and have them bring it in. When I told the clerk what (major and well regarded) brand of oil I am looking for, he promptly replied I never heard of it at that point I asked him how can he work at an autoparts store with that amount of knowledge and hung up on him. Rather than researching the brand name so next time he wont sound that dumb, he took his time to call me back and threaten me.

BAD EXPERIENCE, took my car to a shop to get it diagnosed, came here to buy a MAF sensor and installed it myself. I was sold a faulty sensor because my car got worst when installed, tried to return it or exchange it and they refused to help me because its an electric part.

Website say they close at 7pm I order my parts online for pick up show up at 6:25pm and it’s closed what a inconvenience if you’re in a jam and need your parts.

If they dont have it, they can get it and theyre very knowledgeable too.

Ive used this shop for over 30 years, and have always gotten a fair deal. They are helpful, get what you need quickly, and do not push you to buy the more expensive options. They also have a complete machine shop on premises for pressing bearings, resurfacing drums and rotors, etc.

Even though they didnt have the rear windshield wiper that I needed for my Equinox, the guy was nice enough to tell me where to go to get one without going to the dealer. I respect that and recommend them.
