Very pleasant never rush and always weight you box before scanning when you bring them in a box. I go here 5 times a week and never never my box arrived damaged. I drive 15mins to this store when i have one 2 mins from my house. Service and care is priceless

They are always working their butts off whenever I go in. Staff is super helpful, Kind and patient. Ive been to this store about 40 - 50 times sense 2020 and nothing but good experiences no matter whos clocked in. Maybe its because Ive worked alot of service industry jobs so I understand the grind, but I cant imaging them deserving a low rating. Nothing but good people here.

I AM FULLY AMAZED AT THE INCREDIBLE SERVICE I GOT I WAS IN THERE THIS MORNING AFTER CALLING THEM 9/29/2021 AN I HAD 83 PAGES TO FAX IN 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS AN IT WAS BUSY THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME WAS SHUB, SO POLITE, HELPFUL AN KIND. DID HIS JOB WELL AN EVEN GOT A DISCOUNT FOR SO MANY PAGES BEING SENT ...I WENT TO STAPLES IN AUBURN TO DO SO AN IT WAS GOING TO COST ME OVER $165.00 AN DIDNT ACCEPT CASH AN CHARGE $2.00 A PAGE INSANE... I brought an Amazon return to the Park Avenue UPS store today. It was raining so I protected the return in a paper bag.When I looked for a place to discard the ripped paper bag, the clerk told me to take it with me.Really? Customer service to the max!!

Never had a bad experience here. Easy in and out. The owner is friendly and helpful. Small/annoying parking lot but otherwise a good spot to ship something quick without waiting in the massive line at the downtown Worcester post office.

Worst parking lot of any business ever. It’s so dangerous. The way the store is situated makes it impossible for them to take customers in the order they arrive (not that they try very hard besides that) which is very annoying. This place needs reconfiguring in every aspect.

Large Print and Delivery Job for Business Documentation.Communication - 10/10Ability to do the job - 10/10Customer Service - 10/10I called in to the store with a very large and complicated print and deliver job. 10 Business proposals requiring many specific steps done in exact order that had to be completed and delivered the next day. Special thanks to Andre and Jamie for stepping up and providing a level of service that I am personally not used to. The owner Jaime was very unprofessional in resolving a package situation. There was a girl who refused to just print a label for me even though Amazon said show the label. it was a heavy package I have back problems.she treated me very unprofessional an this guy who claim to be an owner didn’t correct her or nothing to resolve the situation I will never bring Buisness to this store again.

Delivery person leaves packages outside and NEVER delivers packages to peoples apartments at the Leicester Housing Authority, even when they say perishable!!! The people that reside here are elderly and or disabled and CAN NOT carry these large packages upstairs. Can you please explain because the doors are open, they just leave it at the front door of the building?

I want to complain about a female associate in 210 park ave, who refuse to help me scan a QR code and said that QR code is not for her store. But it is absolutely a UPS QR code!! GOD!! Thanks to another male associate, he helped me solve this problem when I went in the store again after 1 minite. And also, I went in the store for printing service, the female associate charged me 3 dollars plus 10 cents for just one page!! Afterward, I checked on the UPS website, it said I only need to pay 16 cents for a page! I am really disappointed about this female associate and I dont know whats wrong with her!

Operations hours says Saturday until 3pm. However it was closed when I got there around 2:15pm. Perhaps its due to Covid-19 but they should at least say something about change in operating hours rather than making the client come all the way, only to realize its closed!

Went in to print an attachment from email. Owner made me use the self-serve computer and charged $3. Next time, a clerk told me to just forward the email to them and charged me 21 cents. Went in a third time and owner tried to put me on the self-serve computer again. I asked why I couldnt just email what I needed printed so as not to pay for computer use. He told me its $3 to print from email no matter what. I walked out and will never patronize these crooks again.

Ive been selling shoes and shipping from them. I have a feeling one employee who when he is working my packages never get to the person, when the guy isnt working my packages get to where they need to go.But I have a feeling he steals. If you even go in and its a younger guy with a comb over part and glasses make sure your box is fully packaged dont let him do any work. Im pretty sure he has stolen 2 pairs of my shoes worth $1.5k

Stopped in to simply drop off a package, and was immediately impressed at how clean, organized, and well-staffed this UPS store location is. A gentleman named Nate assisted me at the counter - he couldnt have been friendlier. The older gentleman with the silver hair (perhaps his manager?) - wasnt so warm. Perhaps he was annoyed by my questions. Regardless, 5 stars for Nate and the cleaning crew!

Nate you rock. I had to send a document by the same day but could not get any notary around me. I called this location and they told me that Notary is available until 5PM. My document collection took time so I went there at 5:30PM. Still Nate was courteous enough to do the notary and his customer service attitude is outstanding. I usually dont write reviews but his positive attitude made me write this review to appreciate his help during urgent time.

I’ve lost 4 pairs of shoes at this store(three pairs within one month)!!! I do admit I am stupid that I trusted them, I think the tracking information wasn’t updated because of some incidents such as bad weather, however the packages have not been delivered even though it’s already over one month. I don’t believe it is a coincidence.I don’t mean to use “steal” to describe the situation, but at least you should provide a solution to this problem, to those “missing” package!!I would never come to this store any more!!!!

A pretty good store, but with one of the employees I was treated quite unprofessionally, he did his job but had such an unprofessional attitude. I had to fax something (second time I had used their store) ..out of state and was commented by him rudely after I apologized to him. If is was not for his co-worker my fax would not have gone through, in which she had to reset their fax machine. I will never go back to your store again, you have lost a customer. I am a little disappointed.

Jamie, the store manager has been very fair and helpful to us over the years. He has been very supportive of my sons competition robotics team and makes sure our robots have traveled safely across the country to California year after year. I have found him to be extremely pleasant and have recommended others to ship their robots through his store.

I have never been to a mailing place where the clerks are so incompetent! Cannot recommend this place to anyone! They have to start training their clerks better on how to deal with customers. They made me miss an important deadline that end up costing me money and losing a potential business, but on top of everything blamed the error on me and dismissed me quickly over the phone!!!!

I had a Sephora package shipped to my address. It’s an apartment complex that my family owns & I’ve never in my 10+ years of living there have had my name on that box, but last name that’s shared by EVERYONE in that building is there.(Morning of original delivery) They didn’t drop it off, they called to ask if I still lived there & if they should drop it off. I said yes. Came home to the package not there even though I confirmed it was.(Next day) They leave a notice on my door telling me I have to go pick it up the next day, I don’t drive. I have to pay to get around & I already paid for this shipping.

When I went to this UPS store three years ago the man who helped me ship my 50+ lb box home was a really great guy. He was super personable and helpful, I figured UPS would be great to work with over the next three years of my college career, but boy was I wrong.This year UPS has honestly had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their drivers do not deliver packages to the correct locations, they do not follow the three delivery attempt guideline, they occasionally leave the package notification on the window, but then they do not deliver the package when you follow the instruction on the label. Each time I contacted customer service it wasnt UPS fault or there was nothing that could be done because their only job is to attempt to deliver. It didnt matter if the package was delivered to the correct location or actually ever delivered. UPS refuses to take responsibility for anything they do.So after this year of complete lack of customer service I knew that I would not be using UPS again anytime soon, unless need be. However, I had to return a rented textbook and UPS was the only company they use so I took the box and label etc. to this store. The man at the desk was literally the least friendly human being I have had the displeasure of meeting. He acted as if I was stupid, he practically growled at me when I told him I did not want to purchase one of their envelopes and the box I was using was perfectly fine. He mumbled into his beard so I couldnt hear or understand him. He was just an absolutely displeasure to meet. Eventually he agreed to ship the textbook in the box I had provided but not with out being absolutely rude about it.Thankfully today I am finally moving after graduating from University. I will never have to us this UPS store ever again, nor will I be using any UPS services unless required.I will definitely be taking my business to FedEx from now on.

Ive been renting a post office box here for over two years. The staff have been amazing, Sebastian always greets me and makes my day, Nicole always has my packages ready and Jamie the store manager, runs the store with great customer service and true professionalism. I always bring my mail and packages here and they even help tape them for me without seeming inconvenienced. They have different size post office boxes, as well as lamamation and sign making. There are cards for different occasions as well as copy machines, different size boxes and computers to use. I try to avoid the store right after work or first thing in the morning due to the rush, but they work fast and they im now what they are doing. I enjoy using this store for all my parcel needs.

I’ve had a few post boxes here off & on for over 5 years. Never had a problem until a package was stolen by an employee at this location. Box was successfully scanned at hub and at store location. Signed in by an employee. From the time I was notified of successful delivery to store until I went for the package, was a difference of 3-4 hours. Upon arrival, no slip in box and box can not be found in store. The employee searched and just shrugged shoulders and stated “your package just ain’t here”. The driver that dropped the deliveries for that day was immediately contacted to see if any extra boxes were on his truck and he said no. Seeing the lack of enthusiasm for locating package I requested to speak to manager and I was directed to the guy standing right beside him. This guy showed less interest than his subordinate. Didn’t even bother explaining anything to him. Requested the DM and was able to meet with him the following day. This DM said all the politically correct slogans and did all the correct procedural steps but I was left with the feeling of this is no big deal. He completely insisted the retail store will handle it.First, I don’t think it’s fair or right that the retailer should be held responsible when the issue arose within the confinements of the DM’s store. The issue was clearly found to be a thief in actual location of delivery.When the manager was attempting to remedy the situation he stated the UPS store would reimburse me once I provided invoice. I provided such info and then I’m told go to retailer and stated only if retailer doesn’t refund funds will he step in to do something. The manager had the ability to remedy the issue but chose not to because he isn’t sure if his store would be reimbursed by anyone else. Not my issue. Someone in your store stole my package.Instead I had to wait 2-3 weeks for money to be returned. Item was a commemorative item. Retailer attempted to locate item 2x in the 2-3 weeks it took for a refund and was not able to locate in their inventory. So because of this I’m without my commemorative item. This place sucks. Not because of what happened but because of how they dealt with the situation.I’ll never have a box delivered here again.(THEFTS DO HAPPEN AT THIS STORE. THE DM IS WELL AWARE OF IT.!!!!) ( HE STATES ITS AN IN HOUSE ISSUE THAT HE’LL RESOLVE).

This store is terrible I wish I could give it 0 stars I sent a package with 1000$ worth of insurance only half of my package got there and they lost the other half saying insurance wont cover it because they dont have proof the company didnt receive it and they dont have cameras to prove I sent it. Dont trust them to pack your product for you if you do use them but Id advise going to a different shipping company such as FedEx instead. Aweful aweful store.

Dont use this store or UPS period. Try another company and you are even better off taking a flight to the destination to drop off the item if you want a next day delivery. They didnt know where a package was and when we called one of the guys told me to calm the f*** down and I will get my package. They said it was due to a snow storm but the website didnt have anything saying they had delays in worcester due to the storm.

Without listening to my request, the staff just yelled into my face the sequence of No..No..No...I calmly explained the situation again; however, that guy kept doing the same thing by yelling into my face No..No..No... Again, I tried to explain to him that he misunderstood my request; he yelled into my face with the same sequence No..No..No. So I just said Bye and hung up. What the heck was such attitude to the customer?

This store messed up on a package that was shipped out of their store. UPS headquarters themselves could not track the package. They lost a package and refused to rectify their error. I highly recommend going else where for your shipping needs.
