Thats what make me remember his name. He was gentle with the car. They won my trust. It was my first visit.

Such a rip off. He charged me $96 and didn’t even do anything to my vehicle. All he did was diagnose to see what the issue was. He told me in order to fix my AC was going to be $1,000!!!!Huge rip off.

Please read reviews before hiring a service . After he cheated me, I came here to know what others think of him .he was proving his dishonesty by telling how much he knew things we didnt know when he clearly didnt state a service he eventually charged us for. Insisted he was doing me a favor and even hanged up on me by phone when I called back to let him know I felt cheated with his business transaction.Its too bad. Avoid him like a plaque

17 years ago when I moved to Worcester, one of the people I worked with recommended them as a repair shop. I have no idea how many times they have fixed multiple different cars for me and my family. I remember that once or twice something was not right. They repaired the problem right away.

Went there to get a new clutch installed. Pricing was fair, but thats because six months later, the car stopped working because they didnt install a new throw out bearing. They used the old one. Will never go back or recommend.

I went last year to have the heating for my car fixed. While it was being serviced, the older man, who I believe was The Moran, told me unsolicited and inaporopriate sexist stories, preached about how much millenials suck, and overshared his conservative political affiliations. Afterward, he didnt even fix the problem I had with my car, and charged me for it anyway.Very little professionalism. I was uncomfortable the entire time. And I will never go back, and urge you to avoid the place.

Took my car in for an oil change and it was fine quickly. Prices for other services are close to what the dealer charges you (i.e. car fluids)

Excellent service and very knowledgeable.

Went to get an alignment and the vehicle stilled pulled to one side but they refused to check it. The owner said that his truck is the same way and there is nothing to be done.
