Good parts counter always have the parts I need

Went for alignment and to fix ride quality had a appointment for it.Over a week later Truck is done 99% of what was asked to be done was not. Steering wheel was filthy. And I mean seriously dirty 2 rags worth of cleaning to get the grime off. Alignment was done bill was almost 3 times the standard rate of a 3 axle and ride quality is worse then when dropped off . Alignment was done but if a hard right pull after a alignment is what you get then Ill pass. Overall trying to get someone that understands specs is hard. If you want a toe and go this is your place if you want to fix your issues then keep looking none were resolved and what was not resolved was charged for. Im not rich and Im not poor Id pay whatever was needed to get the job done correctly and at 1 week say it needs nothing still make noise like bad spring pins and be told they are good.. incompetent is the word . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for repairs. I will not be back and want nothing to do with them utterly disappointed

Very helpful and had no problem going outside and getting under my truck to make sure they had them in stock. Seems to be both my hangers are rotted through completely. They are busy and Im scheduled 2 weeks out but the price seems good. Ive been here before and its nice to see they are still a great place to deal with.
