Plenty satisfied with my experience shopping here; called in beforehand to ask for advice and recommendations regarding motor fluids and the staff working here were friendly, helpful and accommodating, also willing to offer suggestions. The one element preventing this business from a 5-star review is that they lack the proper safety precautions, both staff and customers circulate the building with masks only around their necks.

Ill be honest, if I could give it zero stars... I would. I used to work for advanced auto and then for ORiellys back in high school/college so I understand when youre busy and it takes a while. However I was the only customer in the store, and all the employees were standing around talking and not a single one offered to help me find what I needed. I went up to ask a question about a certain color I needed for spray paint and the employee at the counter could not have been more disinterested to answer my question. Inquired about ordering it from another store and they said it was too much work... Maybe I walked in there on a guy having a bad day; not sure. Dont think Ill be going back though.

The store was as expected for an auto parts store. It was warmer than the last one I was in which was a plus. They seemed a little short staffed for a Saturday. The assistant manager was running stuff and there was a worker that had been on break. While he was on break it got a busy spurt. He came in and right away started helping out so it was pleasant. Nothing negative about experience. And the assistant manager was very knowledgeable.

My husband had an issue with my brakes in my Infiniti and Norman,Gabriel and I believe his name was Franky are excellent at helping others getting the proper parts the first time and beyond excellent customer service for this store.Thanks a bunch guys for making a rough day a little easier

Ordered a part thats supposed to be there next morning and its not. Plus wont do refund until part arrives.

Worst place on earth to buy your auto parts. The staff will put your phone call on-hold indefinitely and when your call drops, they will never call you back. Visit the store in person, the front desk staff are extremely rude and will threaten to call police when you express your dissatisfaction on their services. Order your parts; they will lie and delay your parts without apology. The only female staff and the male staff (with big beard) member are very rude and have no manners whatsoever; cannot relate with customers. I had to cancel my orders (over $600) through my credit card company. I wonder how these tugs got hired. I will NEVER recommend anyone to visit that store. Please visit AutoZone or any other auto part dealer instead. Advance auto at Millbury street worcester Massachusetts gives me nightmares!

Good store but service slow always only one person

When I arrived, there was only one employee there. A line formed, and he did best he could. They didnt have what I wanted... The rest of the employees arrived and finished the line up. I hope that I came at a bad time.

They Always have what I need not like autozone

I was here at 6:00 p.m. on the dot. Store hours indicate you are open until 8:00 p.m. but the door is locked, theres no note to explain why, its not a holiday or weekend. Its Monday October 17th, 2016 and youre closed early. If I get a ticket between here and the next parts store are you going to pay it? I was told by the officer who just let me go on a warning for a headlight out to come to this location because it was the closest. This is more stress than a person needs on a Monday night.

This is a smaller store. I did find the part I was looking for but they dont have as many products as bigger stores. Associates are friendly enough but not very helpful. This is the closest one to my house so Ill probably keep going there.
