I really like this place. Their store brand items are really good quality and price. You never know what youll find here. Always something good. Its a nice, small store so its easy to get in and out.

Wow, havent been in for quite a while. Very nice & bright. Seemed well stocked and the cashier was friendly.

We bought shreded cheddar there, used it as soon as we got home and it was moldy. It was not past experation date. Didnt bother taking it back. Staff not friendly.

The store became and filth pit, Corporate came in and performed a redo. It lasted a couple of weeks and now its starting to look like it did before. Sad, there a couple of good people working there that seem to care. If your seeing this management please please hire more people and clean it up again! Thanks

The clerk was patient and helpful. They have an app to download, you can clip electronic coupons. We saved 3.00 on 2 items with them. They have remodeled lately. I seen as many 1.00 items as i did, and a refrigerated section, they put in a new register across from the old.

Always have what I want/need. Most employees are friendly unless of course you interupt there smoke break. And sweep the floor once in a while, if you have time to lean you have time to clean.

Not as much selection in each category. They have a little bit of everything, and sometimes things you dont see anywhere else. Prices are decent too.

I really hate to be /THAT/ person, who has to bring a bad review due to an absolute poor experience.Lets start with, yeah, it used to be a great place and I have spent a lot of money here because they do have great deals; Im not trying to make it all out to be bad. Sufficed to say I will not be returning and letting my local friends knowing not to come back to this store either, not that employees really care about that kind of thing...Anyways, lets start my 1-star review... with the store itself. Cluttered, Merchandise shoved everywhere and in the wrong places. In all the retail places Ive worked, we have zoned before we left. But this place looks like they just pick up and leave as soon as the last customer leaves. The customer service is awful (not all of them-- there have been some wonderful women working for them, always cheerful), more particularly talking about the dude that works there. Im surprised he keeps his job with his poor attitude and lack of customer service. Ive had nothing but bad experience, after bad experience with this dude.Ive had a lot but the last two... In my opinion were the worst. Maybe about a week or two ago as I was checking out he accused me of stealing. At least thats how he made me feel. They have a green sign outside saying that you cannot take in large backpacks and I have a small backpack that I use to carry VALUABLES and stuff I NEED. So, no, I shouldnt have to leave my valuables with someone I do not know, nor would I want to associate with in my own life. When I got up to the front of the line, he was like That green sign out there...? You cant bring your backpacks in here. What happened to you cant accuse the customer of stealing? Cause in my past experience in retail you can get fired OR sued by the person you accused. In all my time shopping there, I have always had some sort of bag with me and have NEVER stolen. So that disgusts me.And today, I went in and made a small mistake with my payment and had to redo it, after that... I accidentally made another mistake, to which he UNPROFESSIONALLY threw up his arms and let out a little grunt... like his /JOB/ is inconvenient! Im sorry but you work for your money, if you dont get customers then you dont get a check. Sorry if your job is inconvenient to you but maybe its not the job for you then. My girlfriend has also had awful experiences with this guy too.Im sorry that I have to do this, cause Im not the kind of person to just do this for the drama-attention. I just want everyone to know my experiences. And though no corporate will probably see this, thats okay. Im fine with that. Im just someone leaving a review about my most recent experiences with coming here.Thanks for reading and I hope that nobody else has the unfortunate experiences that I have had with this place.

Poor it used to be so nice but now its dirt and takes for ever to get checked out.

Aside from the nice lady at the front register, my visit left a lot to be desired.The place was ridiculously dirty.There was merchandise all over the floor, which if it was a busy day would be fine. The problem is that it doesnt look like the floors have been swept or mopped since the store opened. So merchandise on the floor gets dirty when it touches it.Secondly, Im not sure if they have a back storage room, but surplus product is in boxes, stacked on carts (and falling over) in the middle of aisles leaving that section inaccessible.I like the idea of having a Family Dollar here, but I wont go back just based on the complete lack of cleanliness. Shame on them for not being more tidy.

It could be cleaner and more organized...but I wouldnt expect much more from this store.

Staff is ok they try to help if needed. The place could use a good cleaning though always looks untidy and not clean. Its an ok store if you have to stop.

This store is under new management!! It was a mess but the new team has cleaned it up and no more long lines and waiting!

I went in planning to use coupons specifically for family Dollar from their website for a few items and was told none were the accurate sizing and on their Irish spring there was a tag below stating there was $2 off on all of their brands including the bars and the manager told me how I needed the app instead of the coupons app online which has worked before and stated that the coupon tags should have been removed last month!! Not my fault they werent removed and had to pay full price for my items! Also lays in their flyer said they were two for $5 and I was told by the cashier that they were the ones advertised who also told her manager! Was charged full price of $3.50 a bag, bought two and will try the app in the future, but a bit disappointed in the way of deceiving customers with false advertising and not carrying items specific to their own coupons!!

The nastiest store Ive ever been to. Cluttered, dirty, just plain nasty.

I was not impressed with store at all. Everytime I have been here there is stock all over blocking aisles and shelves. Customer service is fair. Last time it took them 15 minutes to find a mop in their back room for me to purchase since they had not stocked them, I have been in here several times since and mops still are not stocked.

I hardly ever go to the store. It is always dirty. And you really dont say that much on their products theyre usually in smaller packages and when you figure it out it cost about the same as the local grocery stores.
