Sorry to say, but they dont have nearly the variety of items Pat Catans had. They even shortened the store. I wish them well though.

Great experience with the framing department. My item was framed with a very good price and was ready to pick up when promised. I love shopping here. The store is very clean and organized. Im a wheelchair user and it is easy for me to enter the store and shop. And the wonderful staff helped me to the car with my purchase. This store has an automatic door.

Love walking around, you never know what you are going to find.

Very neatly designed, wide aisles, well marked. Very few employees, but also very few customers. Got some neat stuff, tho.

This is my favorite craft store. If you become a rewards member you actually earn money. I just received a 50 dollar voucher from earning points. Great discounts and friendly service.

Love this place! There is a downside though... I get stuck in there and spend way too much money with crafting ideas running through my head... Unfortunately, this time they did not have what I was looking for (chalk paste), but they did have the stencils, a wide variety. They even have a large section of science experiments and Legos, so my son doesnt fight me on going to the craft store LOL

I loved it it was my first time going they have so much stuff definitely wont go home empty handed🤗

This store is great so much stuff I WILL be going bake there and you wont go home with nothing there is flowers, fabric, decor, baking stuff, stickers, and all sorts of things.

Lots of choices as far as crafts, decor and the prices are decent. The bathroom had one working light and looked like something out of a horror movie. HahaThe staff is friendly and I usually find something worth while and always have a coupon on hand in my email.

Michaels is definitely not as extravagant as a Pat Catans, as they are missing some certain areas and supplies, but maybe itll grow and add to its inventory.

I like the store and the items they offer. This store in particular has the rudest staff ever! I may be willing to go out of town just to avoid their sales associates. Or spend my money at Hobby Lobby.

They are advertising this mega clearance sale. But in fact, very few items are actually clearance. You are better off going to Hobby Lobby and using their 40% off coupon on a regular priced item.

Excellent service in the custom framing department. Wanda made my experience efficient, effective, and affordable. She was very knowledgeable about the various options and helped create an excellent design for the frames going into my office.

I found everything I needed for a wedding I was asked to make ALL of the flowers in 2 months time. (Did I mention Im not a flourist?)Prices were awesome, flowers looked amazing, plus I got a 40% off coupon with each purchase for the next time I came in! Hobby Lobby who? Love love love! Winning!

Tons of stuff but more expensive than Pay catans used to be.

This was my second visit since their opening and it was much better this time. I found an awesome yarn deal and great discounts on fall decor. It appeared much cleaner this time,,floors were shiny as opposed to opening day. But all that taken in, I will definitely return for seasonal decor as well as for yarn.

Although the last day of February, there was not much in the array os St Patricks day decor.

Michaels is my first and only choice for all my artistic supply needs. Always stocked with what I want and the service is stellar.

Swapped out Pat Catans for basically same store but higher prices..I was in there yesterday and still ornaments there were 60 percent off were anywhere from 5-8 bucks..when that is the price they should of started out at to begin with before the sale..i might go back when Christmas stuff is like 90% off. Too bad as well cause they have really cute stuff.

I found the Thanksgiving items I was looking for at 80% off. One item did not have a proce tag or # on it to look up and was the last one. The cashier looked it up online and I was able to purchase it.

I usually like Michaels but in this store tonite when I asked for help the girl was not that friendly. Then at checkout the young Male cashier and other member were talking about a call-in. Think they should not be discussing this in front of other customers plus I had to wait as they were discussing it!! He did apologize but sure was no speed in checking me out.Not real happy with that store. Strongsville store is better.

Extremely friendly people, had everything I needed and didnt care that I was there last minute.

Very over priced at an additional 70 % off clearance prices they were just at where it should of been in the first place.

There was an issue today with a sales sign not applying to any of the merchandise in the isle. The manager was kind enough to give me the sales price to the other similar items in the isle.
