Its always fun there for me. Good prices with decent quality and some great 🙂 fines...The sales people are good too. They have always been helpful and I have visited at least 5 ocean state job lots in my travels. Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire!!!

I work at the Medway, MA location. The Woonsocket store is clean, orderly and well stocked. The employees are friendly.

First off I couldnt believe how clean and spacious this location was! Not what Im use to while visiting other OJL stores! Very welcoming, organized, well lit, smelled great! Customer service rep seemed less than excited to be working was the only downside to the visit. Other than him having what I will assume was an off day hopefully, which we are all entitled to here and there, it was a wonderful visit and I will definitely be back!

This location has cashiers that refuse to mark the gift card dollar amount for the crazy deal that was just purchased or the balance on the card. They claim their ballpoint pens doesnt work and shove the receipt and gift card to you. OSJL sells permanent markers. Im not sure why they refuse to open a pack. Barry should assist them in this matter. Heres a tip ALWAYS have cashier1 be the woman in pigtails. She is always quick, polite, efficient and courteous, no matter how busy it is.

Store was clean and had a lot of items you dont normally see in walmart/target. Just beware of what items are priced as and what they ring up as. A few items wrag up more then what they were marked. The manager did override the price once he w saw were the items were and that they were marked a lower price.

The rudest service desk manager I have ever encountered they totally ignore you while you’re standing there I had a question about a product and once another associate took care of my question they both turn their back on me without asking if I had any other questions which I did on a price check I had to say excuse me I wasn’t finished and then they turned around and gave rolled their eyes then I completed my shopping went to a register in the register person said she couldn’t do the return at the register and sent me to register to a student register to and the service desk person ignored me until I ruffled my bag and then she said what do you need I said I still have a return she goes register one I said I’m sorry the register person sent me to two well that’s not where you’re supposed to be register one I proceeded to go to register one and she said you need to return a cash out I said yeah she goes they could’ve done that at the register and I said well I was told she couldn’t do it at the register and sent me here and that’s why I’m here. She is the rudest service manager I have ever encountered customers do not need to know that she’s irritated or that the register people told me something wrong she should take it up with her own employees and not flinch or blink at the customer about their wrongdoing she basically was blaming me for their inadequacies

The most organized and easiest to walk through OSJL I have ever been in.

It was great! I bought some dining room chair pillows and a table cloth at a low price. I eas looking for a pair of womens yoga pants for exercise class but you did not have any and most of the pants were not petite sizes because length is most important.

Huge selection of items. Verry friendly staff whiling to help you with any questions you may have. Was a pleasant visit. Will deff recomend to shop you be surprised how nice people are .

Love it not my favorite job lot but close to it staff always friendly they smile great and engage I shop there for my friend also the new clothing concept isnt practical for job lot its pretty Ive been in retail for years however for the volume of business its not practical at all . The visual are off way to much off balance too choppy its actually an eyesore its like they hired a fashion retail manager and she/he is lost please dont do this its not practical

It’s good store, they have basic random junk that we are all looking for, only disappointing isle I think is sunglasses Lincoln mall and Woonsocket have better sunglasses

The location was an old Walmart that was abandoned. Walmart destroy the ecosystem of stores in that area and then left. People who live around there know how difficult it was to get basic goods for a while close by. Job Lot took it upon themselves to fill out most of that space with a square footage thats generally bigger than their norm.Definitely one of the better Job Lots

Best deals, great selection. Youd be surprised at what you can find here. My go-to store for when Im looking for something but am not exactly sure of what Im looking for.

Good percentage of the foods I went to purchase were expired - Park Ave location is never like that !! Neither is the Whitinsville Ma location -- for one of the larger locations near me I was rather disappointed in the lack of selection of necessaties, and the piss poor layout - had no true flow & one lady was looking for umbrellas, she had asked the young male clerk at the register & he said that if she couldnt find any they must be out and there were 2 spots filled with them one directly to through left of him & one right in front of him -- I helped her make her selection and convinced her to buy 2 -- and people wonder why brick & mortars are closing -- OSJL you can do better!!

The most amazing place on Earth. You are guaranteed to find something to improve your life here, something you never knew existed and something you never thought had any reason to exist. It is almost a religious experience going shopping here. There is something for absolutely everyone here. Great to pick up those last minute items for the beach, picnic, road trip, graduation and even wedding. Not to be missed. A MUST SEE FOR RHODE ISLAND.

Woonsocket is great.

One register open and a surly cashier at that. Please dont make people wait in long lines for a handful of items.

This store has improved in many aspects since relocating to the former Walmart (Woonsocket) facility.Its more spacious, better layout and bright with lighting. The deals are the same, but well stocked.It is a convenient go to store.

It is what it is. I buy bird seed, dog treats, odds and ends. They have a little of everything.

Went to this Job lot over the weekend for the first time. Very clean, the Staff were very friendly and as always great prices. I love the out door section everything you need. This will now be my go to Job lot.

Great prices on what i specifically go there for. i go there for bully sticks for my dog. Bully sticks are about 11 dollars ea. at some petstores. Here they are $4 here!

I hit Job Lot at least monthly. So many deals just everywhere. Great place to buy stretched canvases, etc. among oh so many things.Also, check out their dried fruit and nuts. AMAZING...

Honestly I think the store is pretty cool Im not big on Job lots I havent been there since a kid Ive been to this one a couple times and you always find some odd stuff that you didnt know you needed different types of snacks from around the world the store itself is extremely Dusty and not the cleanest store but I think all Job lots are like that for some reason the staff are nice when you get to the register but other than that theyre nowhere to be found in the store which is kind of odd the restroom was clean and the prices were good so I think thats all that really matters

This is a large store. The location was the old Walmart and now is Ocean State Job lot. Half the building is a warehouse, but I hope they will put a garden section in, the is plenty of room for it. Had everything I was looking for but did not see any coconut water or juice, maybe I just missed it. Enjoy.

First time to shop here. Nicely arranged and clean. Nice employees who were helpful and courteous.

I love Ocean State for patio furniture, pool supplies, etc. And while there I browse the aisles because you never know quite what you are going to find.

Too bright for a Job Lot bit I love all the odds and ends you find

Spacious for an OSJL. Selection is good. Clean store. A couple of minor gripes. Had to return a plastic storage cabinet that was purchased by our daughter for us. Didnt have a receipt. They would only give store credit, which is understandable. They would not, however, refund the sales tax she paid. I guess they thought I must be a thief that drove to the nearest state that doesnt have a sales tax, bought the item, and returned it for the refund. I also wonder where that ~$4.00 in tax is going to go. As for the return, it was a Keter® plastic unit. Parts were broken, many loose in the box. The plastic was poorly finished, with flash hanging off pieces and blocking the smaller holes. To call it junk would be a compliment. Dont buy that brand. Anywhere.

Great place to find cheap stuff. Everything from clothes to outdoor tools to food. I like browsing the food section for cheap stuff thats considered gourmet and double the price elsewhere. Not the cleanest store and most organized store, but I dont mind browsing.

Great place to get your daily needs. You can get food, clothes, accesories, backyard supplies, and even pet supplies at Ocean State. Plus, its pretty big on the inside. 100% recommend for casual shopping.

Nice, clean and organized. Plenty of parking, is located where Wal-Mart used to be.

Bought a backpack on wheels for $10. Filled it while shopping and even took it on a city bus . Great investment
