Fantastic customer service and great, transparent (!) pricing. No other landscape supply comes close to being as friendly to work with as these guys from the front desk to the delivery driver. Delivery was on time and the driver was very good, careful to set the load gently to minimize spread and accurately to keep stone out of the yard. I highly recommend them for stone or mulch purchases.

I was helped right away and both employees were as polite could be. They had the product I was looking for and showed due care loading that product into my pickup truck right away. The price was in-line with what I have paid for mulch at other places. I see no reason to not return next year when I need to mulch my yard again.

This is my favorite spot to get mulch, rocks, or other land scape needs. By leaps and bounds better priced then any big box store - their delivery fee is also reasonable.The staff are always helpfulI can not say enough good stuff, they also have pavers, blocks etc.I have been using them for yearsOpen to public, not only landscapers.

Ordered 4cu yards of black mulch from Woodstock location. Super satisfied! Fast delivery, great product. I am glad I decided to skip bags this year. High quality, clean mulch, no mold, no debris, finely shredded and great price. Highly recommend.

Second year getting composted top soil from this location. The homogeneous, inky black look was a little too artificial for me. Had this top rated, grows huge tomatoes (per the salesman) soil tested and it is void of any life. EXTREMELY low in NPK, no microbial life and slightly acidic PH. Theres also an auspicious piney scent if you wet it and allow it to sit. If youre looking for soil with life, find a small organic farmer or vermaculturalist. Customer service and delivery are always top notch, but this product is not!

Went to buy some stone to use as cap on our wall. From the get-go, the sales person didn’t want to be there. Said his wife wanted him to be home. Place was very busy. He gave us a price per foot and then showed us another option. He left to help another customer and eventually got back to us. We told him what we wanted and he said he would have to check on the price again. At that point, he said they could not break up the pallet and that we had come to shop at a bad time. They clearly had sold pieces from other pallets and we were going to buy about half a pallet. Guess they prefer customers to come when they are closed? Horrible experience.

Customer service is not a high priority for this company, I arrived at closing time and it was not convenient for them to service me so they said sorry tough luck. I did not need much just one scoop of dirt and it was an opportunity for them to provide a 5-star level experience had servicing the customer been a priority for them.Im a small business owner and I do my best to anticipate my customers needs and to give them the most exceptional experience even when it may not be convenient.Ultimately I left feeling like they could care less about their customers, let me just get done with my day and to hell with anything that is going to stop me from doing that.I and beginning a rather large landscape project and they prove to me that they do not deserve my business and that I should go to their competition to find the service that they are lacking.

Super friendly and helpful. Unlike some rock suppliers, they will let you buy a few rocks or a pallet. Very competitive pricing and will help you load. This was critical for my inability to lift heavy objects. Great to do business with!

These are the easiest guys to work with for landscaping products. Ive used them for gravel and crusher run the last couple years, but they have numerous types of stone, rock and other landscaping materials at the ready. The prices are excellent and they get you in and out quickly if youre picking up or having product delivered.
