Wanted to change the car locks with a brand new one. Found these guys on the internet and decided to contact them. They replaced the car locks, gave me a new key, and provided exceptional service.

I have a vintage car from my dads garage. It needed repair and restoration of locks. The model is a Chevy Camaro. I was worried that locksmiths could help me out or not. B & P Locksmith offered excellent service for my vintage car locks. It works fine now. Would call them again for any locks issue. Would surely recommend them.

I would advise others to not use this service unless the technician provides you something in writing prior to performing the service. The technician who came to repair a lock was dishonest. When asked about the total for the repair he did not include the cost of the service call in that total. I also had to insist that he install it a striker plate on the door jam which he begrudgingly installed, slamming the door repeated to see if it closed properly which it does not. His response to my questions did not convey any level of care for a job well done. I called the company to request that someone other than the technician who came out could come to fix the problem with the fit on our door. I called 3 times and never received a call back from someone to come to fix the problem. I requested a different technician and I was told I would have to pay for a different person to come. I insisted that I had paid enough that someone should come to fix the problem without additional charge. I assume each technician is allowed to charge as he pleases and this company has no authority over their work. If you call this company you take your chances with the quality of the work and the attitude of the tech. Poor customer service and deceitful in quoting prices.

My transponder key was malfunctioning and I was stuck in the supermarket parking lot. The B&P locksmith was the quick one to respond to my call and their technician arrived at the location to fix and reprogram the transponder key in half an hour. I am very thankful!

Was charged $130 for key plus $89 to program for Honda Civic. Was told $100 was the cost of the key, programmed. Was also told that technician would let me know of any additional charges before work done. Total was $324. Technician told me that man I had spoken with twice on phone was wrong. Could have had car towed 4 miles to Honda dealership and gotten correct key (with door lock buttons) for less.

Called to see about having someone come to my house to help me out and the guy who answered did not like my question so he just hung up on me. I just asked will the price he is saying right now, will the tech be able to tell if he can fix my issue. His answer to just hang up... Really good customer service

They gave me a price and then doubled everything to change one front door, deadbolt and door knob key came to $700. That’s just wrong. I asked them to lower it and it was arguments and finally they offered to except $620. This company is highway robbery and scam type. I couldn’t understand him so it was unclear. The figures he gave me were doubled. Times two.

After spending a great time with my friends, I lost the keys to my car, and therefore, I called B & P Locksmith. The locksmith came to my current location within 30 minutes and have unlocked my car quickly. The soundest point was, he didn’t charge any kind of extra fees for his services, unlike other locksmiths. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

It is my good fortune that I called B & P Locksmith in the emergency of losing my car keys. Despite being hard to open the high tech locking system, they unlocked it very smoothly. I am pretty much impressed with their command in work.

I am impressed with the advanced security door locking system installed by them. It is very robust and no one can open it without using their actual keys.

So i got locked out my house and called B&P When I called person said $35 service call and price started out at $60 I said I would call elsewhere because I didnt like that they couldnt give me a staright up price so call was ended he called me back said they can give me a 15% discount I said you know what fine. A female gets to my home and bills me for $210 I was shocked it was that much took her 1 min to get it opened and she said it was that much because there was no damage I said it was too much she said thats how much it normally costs so i had to pay and she said that was with the discount on service call only everyone was nice but price was too high for me.

These guys are awful, I had 2 different people hang up on me because they couldnt do the work, all I was trying to do was get a car key replaced, I dont usually leave reviews, but I had to let people know not to use this company

Before the technician left I asked him for a receipt and he just got in his truck and drove away. I have called the company multiple times to get a receipt emailed to me and they hang up on me every time.

Got the job done but I would not recommend at all. Gave me a different price then what i called, The man didnt Know much English, Prices are way to high. They said that they cant give you an exact price until the man gets there and gives a ridiculous amount. Plus theres is an estimate fee. On the phone they make it sound cheap.

I recently shifted to a new place and it had old and jammed locks. I called these people for installing new standard locks and they arrived immediately. The techs were very friendly and explained to me how every lock works. Best auto locksmith services!

Rude, called and said I have a Land Rover Discovery... and the man just said Im sorry we dont do that and hung up on me within 3 seconds while I was mid sentence.

I called this service to unlock a deadbolt on a cold, rainy night. It took 1 hour 40 minutes for the technician to arrive after being told 3 separate times that it would be 20 minutes. A young man who could barely speak English arrived and gave a different price than I was told over the phone. It did not take long to open the lock; however, the service was terribly inefficient and expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

MOST I HAVE EVER HAD TO PAY FOR A LOCKSMITH! They tried to charge me $200 to unlock my door. I told them the most I could pay was $100. It took him 1 minute to unlock my door and their headquarters are only 6 minutes away....this isn’t reasonable pricing at all

Silly me locked my keys in my car. Called B & P for an estimate. Was asked a slew of questions unrelated to an estimate (e.g. what color is your car?), given a starting price (which will change when my car is unlocked), and although Maps said they were 2 miles away, they had no idea how to spell a main road. Fishy. I said No thank you and went with Louie the locksmith (who was awesome and fast and had a set price). Then a supervisor from a different number called me to haggle a price if I paid cash. I said No again. Then yet another number called me (twice back to back when I didnt pick up) to ask if I still needed help. No - for the third bloody time, man! This place seems sketchy to me. 2 stars because at least they care about trying to provide service.

Customer support after the work was a joke!!!Called this company to schedule to have an auto unlocked since they were in Woodstock and this was where the car was location; this was no emergency and I informed them they could do whenever. They were very professional and responded promptly to my request. I was instructed of the service call fee and an hourly rate based on the time it required on-site. I had an associate meet them while they unlocked the car since I was traveling.I returned to work on Monday and reviewed the charges; they charged my credit card $170 ($20 service call and $150 lock open). I called seven (7) times to get clarification as to why it was so expensive; each and every time I called, I was transferred and left holding with background music. After 5 or 10 minutes of holding, it either disconnected or stated that the person at ext. 201 is unavailable.The last time I called, I told them of the transfer problem, and why I was calling, and that I was going to dispute the charges if someone didnt speak with me; the lady informed me someone would call me back in 15 minutes...…..still no call or response 2 hours later.The charges will be disputed, and hopefully this will prompt someone to call me back.I recommend getting the exact $ before they perform any work.

Showed up prompt, repaired my lock problem and make a actually great suggestion to improve the safekeeping of my front and back doors at low cost. I would contentedly hire them again.

So nice on the phone, estimated me price for key extraction and was capable to send somebody within 20 minutes...locksmith responsive, quick, gave me recommendation for changing the broken key...great!
