Greetings!I just want to say that this location in general is & HAS AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. each of the employees were helpful in everything about my car today..For YEARS WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES HERE WITH EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS!..The REVIEWS THAT ARE NEGATIVE ON HERE NEED TO BE :ERADICATED...DISMISSED...something is amiss or was lost in translation to have written what some have wrote..the customer isnt always nice nor understanding. This is just my opinion on what I was reading last night... RIDICULOUS.If the issues existed & they were not satisfied a manager should have been contacted to help remedy the situation..My family has used this location for our car care needs as I have while Im in town for years.Today I went in at 7 am. worried with my 1 tire losing air, turns out a nail was on the edge..not repairable, I had some other questions..I experienced total satisfaction. While on warranty this was nice to know, it was covered. They checked the other 3 throughly & the oil so I can feel safe while returning to Tennessee..They didnt mind explaining treads to me & how tires are in general. Very respectful of my questions and of me being a customer thats a woman knowing little about cars ..I feel I know more after talking with each of themMany places lack the customer service this place isnt that place ..try them out if you havent already ..wont be disappointed!This review is going to be sent along with names of the employees that helped me to corporate. This place is a joke and trusting them with my car was a mistake.I came here to get tires put on my car. Less then an hour later on my way to work, the low tire pressure light came on. Upon inspection, One side of my car was at 30psi and the other was at 40psi. The manager claims It was a faulty gauge and will look into the matter, but who knows. Hopefully this doesnt happen to you, but you might be better off going somewhere else.

I came here with a nail in my tire. They said that it was too close to the side wall and couldn’t be patched, that I would need a new tire. Also, the tread on the other side was low so he recommended 2 new tires to keep things even.They didn’t have the tires in stock and offered to special order them, but I needed this fixed right away so I tried elsewhere.Well, elsewhere patched the hole, no problem, cost me $20.I dodged a bullet. Would never trust them with anything now.Added one star because the gentleman who helped me was very professional and friendly.

Went first thing in the morning, had to wait for someone to come to the desk, about 10 min. oil change took about 15 min, which worried me a bit. customer service was ok, but not great.

Please don’t go here, save yourself the headache. They have screwed me around several times with tires and trying to charge me more so I ended up having to go to Crystal Lake to get the problem fixed because the people in Woodstock turn people away and do not want to work

****PLEASE be careful. Had my oil changed here next day my egine seized. 2016 Yukon, towed it to dealership mechanic said they did not replace the oil, there was no oil in it at all. Called Wal-Mart they where so rude and nasty to me even the Manager guy who kept telling me he was a coach and when I asked for a Manager he said ok speaking. Amazing!

Walmart has its followers and some just dont feel for it but in the end, they do have great prices. Service could be better but all in all, great store.

Liars! Called down told them i have 4 tires to be installed. They told me $10 each. I come in it goes from a $40 bill to a $70 bill to $115!

Had all my tires replaced 2 weeks ago. Had to come back because they didnt have stock even though their website said they did. Biggest problem was they dont stand behind their work unless you buy their Warranty. My wife was stranded with a flat tire due to a defective valve stem they installed. Then they charged me for the repair on their shoddy work / parts

Great service ! I was advised that I need a whole new set of tires at NTB, pep boys and was given high prices. I decided to go with Walmart’s auto service and I was impressed ! They asked why I was requesting a full set, as only 2 new tires were needed, and they rotated the ones I had on my car. Stephan and the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable

I ordered 4 Hankook tires through the Wal-Mart Auto Care Centrer on Thursday with arrival Friday afternoon. I set up a 2 Pm Saturday afternoon. I requested a tow at noon Saturday through AAA that should have arrived about 1:30, but didnt arrive till way past 2:30. I called the Care Center & told them Id be late. They were most accommodating & installed my tires with skill & care. I was able to get in some shopping and enjoyed moving through the aisles until the car was ready. The price was right on with the estimate. I was & am quite satisfied. Id recommend this Care Center for tire replacement & general lube/ brakes & other general maintenance.

There was a wait but they staff cant control how many people there are ahead of you. The staff is friendly and the manager is available to explain things if necessary.

Probably the most incompetent set of Walmart auto techs Ive ever come in contact with. I have gone three times during normal business hours far before close to get a simple oil change done on my vehicle. each time these guys have told me its going to be a excessive 2 hours or have refused to do it because of understaffing issues. I have gone during off-peak hours each time and always had an issue. unless you have 3 hours to sit in Walmart I wouldnt suggest taking your car here

I waited 2 hours for an oil change. The people are nice but thats too long to wait.

When I was at Walmart I had to go buy some tires the guy was very helpful I got the tires I had somebody else install them because they were a little busy otherwise I can the guy five stars

Dont know what happened with this place. Service used to be fast, now you go and they always tell you it will be like 2 hours for a oil change or tell you they cant take anymore cars....and there are NO vehicles in the lot..so what are they working on??

Purchased tires on-line from Walmart had Woodstock install damaged a stud on my tire and then said they couldn’t put the tires!! Drove my car to another Walmart and guess what they had no problem happy with Delavan Wisconsin Walmart!!! Any other Walmart other then Woodstock IL

I will never trust the auto center at this walmart again. I brought my car in for an oil change and I had a brand new gallon of oil in my trunk, they stole and used half my gallon and charged me for it. The oil I had in my trunk was actually the wrong oil so and i had planned on returning. They lie about checking everything they are supposed to and have one rude employee who is a blonde woman. Whoever did the oil change ruined my car. They didnt even put enough oil like they are supposed to after they stole my oil from the trunk so my car was smoking.

Called in made an appointment. I got there and a guy walked in looking like he was stoned or half asleep. Told me he would help or answer me until he punched in and talked to his manager. Then proceeded to come back asked me twice for what kinda car and tires I wanted. Then told me it would be 45 minutes for tires to be changed and done. When around the store for over an hr and a half and they still didn’t have my tires done after 2 and a half hrs my tires were done. A week after my tire pressure light came on and the tire pressure on the new tires were at 26 lbs they r supposed to be at 30-36 lbs. The young man that helped me here was not nice he was rude I will not be back here for service again.

Went there to go get new tires put on my car after I ordered them off of their website. The experience was great, but the customer service wasnt the best.

Replaced my old battery. Did a good job and said it would be an hour but got it done in a half an hour.

Brought flat tire for a repair (no car install was needed), initially I was told 2 hour wait time (4-5 cars ahead of me). It took well over 3.5 hours... for a single flat tire that was carried in...;-(

Went in the early am on a Thursday. Was out in about 30 minutes with a new 16 inch tire installed and an oil change done for under $100.

Booked Saturday all day so I tried Sunday and they said same thing. Went to Jiffy Lube. 30 minutes in and out.

Excellent store assistance.
