5 stars!! This was my second time coming to Mavis, and I left just as happy as I did the first time. Sebastian was great; he greeted me before I even made it to the door! I went for a windshield wiper problem (which he fixed in like 2 seconds) and then he kindly informed me about my brake light being out ( I didnt even know it was out ) and fixed that with no problem. I didnt even have to go in and sit and wait. It was quick, easy, and the customer service was fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody.

Mavis Tires and Brakes was great. They got my vehicle in quickly and even we’re able to add brake service for my vehicle on a busy Saturday. Got it done in a timely manner and at a great price. Highly Recommend. Thanks for the great service Simon and Chelsea!

I had a great experience here. They check out all of the concerns you have about your car. I went in for struts, after they recommended them after I got my tires done. My car rides smooth now, and they said everything else was good on my car.. I always receive the best treatment. Keith is my favorite to work with.

I stopped by to ask about getting air in my tires. I met two courteous young men who helped me get air in my tires. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

The tpms sensor I brought in to have replaced on 1 of my wheels was my primary concern. Also some vibration while at speeds 60 or greater. Keep in mind I have air suspension installed on my rear.I left with the sensor replaced but they didnt train the new sensor because their machine was broke. So I manually retrained it myself in their parking lot.For the vibration, they started saying my tires were rubbing the upper control arm. I concluded that since the tire didnt have any area on the sidewall where it wouldve contacted that this was not my issue. The conversation went from front strut replacement to rear shock replacements when I mentioned they were the last ones to rotate and balance maybe 4-6 ago.The final straw. I have rear sir suspension I paid good money to have for towing support. I profusely asked the sales, the tech, the mechanic, PLEASE LIFT BY THE REAR AXLE BECAUSE I HAVE AIR SUSPENSION ON THE REAR. DO NOT ALLOW THE BAGS TO BE PULLED APART BY LIFTING FROM THE BODY. I was walked to the truck while it was up in the rack.. the suspension was fully released with my airbags being stretched beyond normal range of motion. They can attempt to blame each other and the new tech.. but why were they monitored if theyre new.. and why is it so simple to apologize and move on.Not happy with this location. Not going to be returning for any services in the future. Zero trust.***** I recieved a call from their store manager this morning. I accepted the offer for a refund for the service in question. Management apologized and offered the refund. This follows my calling their customer service to explain my dissatisfaction. Although I appreciate the follow up apology and refund, I stand by my refusal to return to the location in question.

I called this location to buy some tires and was told they had none in stock at the price I wanted (call was made at about 12:00). I received a call from Kamau about an hour and a half later and was told that he got tires from another store so that could get them today.I got to the location at about 4:00 and they were slammed, still they told me they would try their best to get my girlfriend’s car done by the end of the day. Unfortunately they had so many other cars that they couldn’t get to it before closing. HOWEVER, Ethan came in and offered to stay past closing to put the tires on. I accepted this offer and I can only say positive things about this location. I bought four tires, and got a $20 discount on an alignment in the meantime.They also didn’t try to sell me any air filters or other items while I waited. I told them I did my own brakes, they respected this and notified me of some unusual wear that I should take a look at. I’m very happy with my visit and I will recommend it for all of my friends.

Called to get a quote for some brake work. The manager Keith asked if I had time to bring my vehicle in for an inspection. Keith stated l needed brake pads, rotors and struts. He was very knowledgeable and has a pleasant personality, gave me a very fair price on repairs. Will be taking all my vehicles for all my service needs.

We blew a tire on our camper on 575 on a holiday weekend. Mavis was closest for tire repair. They knew my husband was on the side of the freeway and they had me in and out in 5 minutes. Beware of the store manager.The tech that took in my car quoted me one price and I came out paying 150% above quoted price.When you go in make sure you tell them to inform you if they have to do more work, b/c they will do it without your authorization and expect you to pay.The manager will then without taking your concerns into consideration give you a 100$ discount even though you are still paying 60% above quoted price. Doesnt even address the issue he simply says Does that work?Im like this doesnt fix the damn issue. But whatever, Mavis tire is all around a good company but beware of this locations manager

Worst tire buying experience of my life. Actually, worst attempt at buying tires. Actually, worst multiple attempts at buying tires. I went in during the week to order tires for my wifes car and make an appointment for the following Saturday. Went in for Saturday appointment and no tires. Was told that tires would be in later that day so I made an appointment for Sunday. Went in for Sunday appointment and again, no tires. Was told that the tires I ordered were out of stock and would have to be ordered from another supplier. I told them to forget it and left. Been coming to this location for 20 years, but not coming back any more. The worst thing is that they had my phone number and NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL, instead letting me make two trips for nothing.

Came to this Mavis location (next to cfa) for an oil change and tried to charge me $60 when i already had my own oil... So i went to another Mavis near by (next to Aldi) and they charged me $20. This location is a SCAM! They also tried up charging me close to $100 for parts and labor on a radiator when i ended up doing the job myself and payed a quarter of the price.

Took my brand new Toyota Corolla Hatchback here to have them swap my tires to my new wheels I purchased, the car only has 4k miles on it. Everything seemed to go well at first besides the fact it took them 3 hours to swap everything. I went to sell my old wheels a day later and noticed that they chipped the OEM paint on one wheel to where I could not even resell the wheel. Keep in mind the Nightshade package wheels that come factory on that package are $580 a piece through Toyota. Called them and they really didnt seem to care. Fast forward 2 days later my TPMS light comes on and I cant get it to clear, checked all my tire pressure and it was holding with no leaks. I thought it was a reprogramming issue only when I took it to another shop the RH Front Sensor had no Frequency which would indicate a faulty or broken sensor. I bought an OEM sensor just in case and sure as hell they broke the sensor right down the middle. I called them to explain and they simply said they have aftermarket sensors that will work... I cant put a aftermarket sensor on my car as it would void the warranty on that particular part. Dont bring your car here to have wheels swapped, take it somewhere else.

I just started coming here about a month ago and they always go above and beyond with their work. Keith is always here and Bryson does amazing work on the tires and Ethan does amazing on the breaks and alignments.

Sebastian greeted me as I was getting out of the car- very professional and friendly. He carefully listed out and went over all the options I had with what to do with my car. Thankfully, it was just a nail and some cosmetic damage. I appreciate the honesty and quick service. Joe, worked on getting the tires fixed and I was out in less than 20 min. Pretty upset after my visit here. So this started w me just needing 2 new tires. I ordered them and they had to go to a dealer so I chose Mavis because its close to home....I am used to/expect certain things as a woman walking in and that doesnt really bother me all that much. However, I run a large company and maintain a fleet of trucks and my dad is quite the handy mechanic so even though I rarely SAY anything I actually know more than most people about cars.This started with me being told I needed new brakes. I know what my brakes are rated and Im busy so I knew I was within 8-10k of legit needing them and since I was there I was like sure. Them I get hit with, you need to replace your rotors. I told them absolutely not. New car and we are switching out the pads with almost 10k to spare. Not doing rotors.....it all went down hill from the moment I called them out on that.I didnt put a ton of thought into it. I deal w maintenance all day at work. I just wanted it to be done I work 65hrs a week. I just NEEDED THE CONVENIENCE so I could have some time to eat dinner w my family instead of dealing w car maintenance.Then I was told more tores needed to be replaced due to abnormal wear because of my struts. I let the 3rd one fly even tough I really didnt believe it but when they kept push just tacking stuff on, Im like jeeze yall just put the dang tires on and give me my car back. Then they are like no you need 4 tires and I straight up said no. Then when I told them I wanted to see the abnormal wear no one could find the other tire the took to show me. The car very new so I was suspicious after all the back and forth.Get the car back with 3 huge black hand prints on the tan leather and dash and at this point I take it to another place where I do all my oil changes only to be told that the forth tire is so new that you legit had to pull dates because you could tell a difference in the treads on any of them.I will never use this place again. Yall played into a stereotype that drives me crazy and then on top of it doubled down with bogus stuff after being called out just to get the money one way or another.I would never trust this places diagnosis. If you know anything about cars, I would say this is not the place for you to go. They are obviously used to dealing people who just say yes and they will get mad if you challenge anything and as a contractor these type of tradesmen make a bad name for us all.I know the difference between what you need to suggest to avoid liability as a company this was far from that. I was told by my oil change place I should get my money back and sand my 3rd tore back. Insanely disappointed and a waste of my time and that o value more than money. I came in for 2 tires to be put on and was held up for rotors and 4 tires and then had to detail me own car.

I went to Mavis Tire Supply for a flat tire that needed patching. Even though they were very busy, they took my tire right away and told me to come back in the morning (I went there around 6 pm) and it would be ready. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, kind, and helpful. They fixed my tire and put it back on my car the next morning and I was good to go. I will 100% be returning to this location in the future! Thank you for great service.

My rear side tire was completely flat. It was 6:17 p.m when I arrive at Mavis which means they were already close. Sebastian was kind enough to help me even though he was literally getting ready to go home. Although he wasn’t able to sell me a tire because the store was shut down. He used my spare to replace my flat and disposed my old tire and advise me to come back tomorrow. He didn’t even want a tip. Best customer service. Thank you Sebastian.
