The Pharmacy at this Rite Aid is AMAZING! They are always kind, patient, respectful, and on top of it! I sincerely appreciate that they are willing to help, and answer questions. I have never felt that anyone of the permanent staff has been disrespectful, belittling, or simply not doing their job. I am very grateful to them. It is so difficult to manage multiple maintenance medications for multiple people. They make my job so much easier. Thank you Kris, Maria and the rest of the Pharmacy staff!!

Three times in a row, rx not filled 2 hours after stated time upon dialing in a refill. Last prescription was under 2.00, gave them two dollars, and they didn’t have change. Rob the gum ball machine for pennies!! Twice I have been asked to go to the back of the drive through line. WTH

I appreciate that the pharmacy is always helpful. The cashiers, are patient and willing to explain my sale receipt, when I have questions.

This rite aid is very helpful and always has my meds with other rite aids dont. The pharmacist is very good and hes very helpful.

Store staff are oftentimes clueless. Regular staff is very good, but younger staff just can not be bothered to do more than minimum if you ask pretty please. Raincheck policy seems to be imaginary or at least very inconvenient.

This pharmacy provides mediocre drive-up service when a recurring prescription is refilled, on a regular basis. However, when you or your children are sick, and you need a prescription after having been to the hospital or urgent care, it’s best to go to Corner Drug on Main Street (first choice) or Walgreens as the (second option). They’re teriffic.The folks at the cashier station at this Rite Aid are perfectly fine. However, the pharmacists themselves (namely Kris) are slow and aloof at best. 45-60 minute waits being quoted for a seven day, standard antibiotic.

Imagine my disappointment upon arriving at my local rite aid store (Woodland CA) in search of my favorite black cherry ice cream from the old Thrifty brand, only to find a near empty freezer!!! Overhearing my disgust, George, the store manager made a trip over to me to inform me that there was a new truckload due the next day and he provided me with a two for one rain check. He was obviously extremely busy and the fact that he took the time to rectify the situation left a lasting impression! Thanks George!!!

I had a adventure at Rite Aid last evening Saturday 2/16/2019 I need to share. It was around 9:00 pm and a light shopping crowd. Thank God for small favors. I am on foot and I use a walker, when I started shopping last evening.all of sudden I became over heated in the worst way. I realized I had overdressed for my outting. I only needed a few things but was touch and go for a minute but thank God for the the young lady who was working the floor.she helped me immensely I was so hot from all the clothes It was chore just get out of my walker. This sweet young lady was trying to do her job. I had to ask her for some help.First she got me a super good deal on half priced candy.VDay leftovers then about 10mins later Im bugging the poor maintenance guy mopping the floor because I cant find the personal lubricant.the the nice lady came from across the store to direct me. Picture this #oldslowbadtypist.guy all over heated sitting in his walker with messed up hair asking you where the personal lubricant is located. She was so friendly and helpful and of course I forget her name.I am starting to feel sick I stop and take my jacket off. Need to get toilet paper and I am outta here locate the TP headed to check out then I realized not T P I picked up paper towels by mistake have you seen a grown man cry? Im so over heated I just want go home. This young man came by he was the Manager he helped me with paper products he carried my things up to check out for me. Gave me a discount on my order and sent me on my way Outside cool air helped a great deal, Rite Aid really knows how to pick their employees.Rite Aid had some really good deals last night. Those young men and women that helped me last night left a lasting impression this #oldslowbadtypist.will carry around for the rest of my life. Thank You 😊❤️
