My son was moving and gifted us his pool table. We called Kornerpocket Billiards to move it from his house to ours. The entire experience from price quote, scheduling, and installation was seamless. The customer service is excellent and the techs did a fabulous job removing and installing the table. In addition, they helped us determine the best location for the table and how to care for it going forward. I would highly recommend Kornerpocket if you want to have a table moved! Buying a pool table became a challenge for us as we got a very bad experience from one of the sellers on Etsy . Not only did Kornerpocket Billiardz quote me the most affordable price for moving my pool table; they did a great job. This is the second time Ive hired them to move my table. Its so easy to cause damage to the table or to the home when moving something so large and intricate, but last time (3 years ago) and this time the move was done completely without an issue. Truly Amazing company!!!Thanks to Chase and the Kornerpocket team. They provide the absolute highest level of service one could imagine and frankly went beyond even that. I bought an air hockey table from them several months ago and felt that the puck kept getting caught in the middle of the table. They came out several times, leveled the table and made other checks but the issue persisted.Chase and the team agreed to order in a table from a completely different manufacturer and switch it out if it was better. This was after me having my table for 3 months. When the table came in, i went to try it with my son and we figured out the problem was actually the puck that shipped with the first table. With a new puck, problem solved.But Chase was willing to swap out a few month old table to keep the customer happy. I moved back to Seattle from Denver in May 2020. I had lost my job due to Covid and had sheltered at home for 3 months during the initial lockdown. My Husband and I were in the market for a Pool Table and when you google for locations you dont get many options. KornerPockets is one that came up and right off the bat I loved that you could actually see prices listed, no other site did that, you had to call to get them. We lived in Seattle and decided to drive to Woodinville even though there were places closer and Im so glad we did. From the minute we walked in the door we were impressed. Not only by the amount of inventory you could actually view but they had many other fun options from shuffle boards, arcades, darts, even a cool little putting green. Chase, who greeted us at the door, was wonderful with walking us through what KornerPockets had to offer and when we told him our budge, he kept us in line ;) And regarding pricing, for what we were looking for, they were $1000 cheaper than another store we had checked out ...cant beat that! As for delivery and setup, Mike and his crew were amazing!! Very Professional, took more care than I could have imagine I needed when it came to protecting my home and my new table. This place is great! Our Salesperson was very knowledgable about all of our options and choices and helped us choose some great games for our game room. The guys that did the installation did a wonderful job and made sure we knew how to take care of our items and answered all of our questions. There hiring process is confusing i was told to come in on a Friday which is the next day but told if i couldnt make it to txt the manager chase. they said if the newer guy didnt show that id be some help. I texted as asked to do cause i had issues with my children. i never got a texted back so i assumed like he said to show up Monday at 8 am no one showed. later i called and was told by the receptionist that he must have forgotten to call me saying it was a shop day. i couldnt even talk to the manager chase cause of him being on the phone. i was there ! and was waiting for a callback. i got a text the next morning saying i wouldnt be working here. no call back, no immediate text. chase said he was a man of is word so i expect a quick response. a person like him saying his word is important. when someone says if i couldnt make it to text him and explain but then say its not a huge deal if you have to reschedule its ok. means he doesnt keep his word. clearly he doesnt. Do not work for this company cause his words are cheap. Thanks chase.

I had bought a pool table from this seller. Mikael was such a nice person. She kept the store open for us after closing(10 minutes). She was informative and very considerate as we questioned her about the pool table we would like. We purchased our table 6 years ago from a third party.Kornerpocket installed the table. They were on time and very curtious of our home. Making sure to use their blankets to stage their tools.the two gentleman that came were also very polite and knoweldagble.Since then we have replaced the floors in that room and Kornerpocket came disassembled and stored the table for us. Again very cautious of our home and curtious. When the table was reassembled we had the cloth replaced.It looks like a new table.They have been great to work with. I wouldnt anywhere else.We highly recommend this company.

This place is open from 11am until 4pm. I try to visit at 12 noon and theres a sign on the door saying they are out to lunch... seriously? An hour into opening and you close up for lunch, great business decision. Lost a potential customer.

Kornerpocket from day one with insurance headaches and just the sadness of seeing our beautiful table on the ground! Made the transition bareable! Incredibly bad experience.I sent an email to Kornerpocket on 7/7/16 requesting a rather expedited table move which had a hard deadline of 7/12/16 (today), as the seller was moving and needed the table gone. I planned with the seller to try and come get it that weekend and looked to Kornerpocket to assist - as they are pretty close to my house.I received an initial response from Stefanie Howard stating that they had no availability until the following week but may be able to squeeze me in if I absolutely needed it to be moved sooner. I did - so I requested for something to be done that weekend and received acknowledgement that I would be able to get my table moved on Saturday 7/9/16 between 1-2pm. Great! I sent all details of pickup location, drop off location and contact information. It was set.Saturday comes and at about 12noon, I begin to drive down to the pickup location to meet my seller and Kornerpocket - as I lived about 45 minutes away and I wanted to make sure I was there in case Kornerpocket arrived at 1pm. I stopped at the bank on the way there and while I was at the teller, I received a call that I couldnt answer. On the way out, I checked the voicemail that was left and it was Chase from Kornerpocket. Maybe they were on the way already?! Nope - they were cancelling on me - 40 minutes before they were supposed to be there and after I was already in route to the pickup spot.Chase stated that someone injured themselves during the first move of the day and was in pretty bad shape and the other crew was tied up too far away to accommodate my move, so they were not going to be able to move my table that day. He requested for me to call back to be rescheduled and mentioned on his voicemail that even though they dont work on Mondays, he would move my table on Monday if I was available - either that or he could do Wednesday.So, I called back about 45 minutes after he left his voicemail. No answer. So, I left a voicemail with my availability for rescheduling. SIX hours pass and I still have no response. Its 6:51pm, so I sent a text asking for some sort of communication to know if I can get rescheduled. Nothing.The next morning, 7/10/16 @ 9:14am, I received a text from Chase saying that they will not be able to accommodate my move based on the availability required. That was it. That was the last I heard from him. I sent 3 follow up text messages to him - even mentioning that Wednesday (7/13/16) had now opened up as a possibility for me, figuring that may warrant a response since he mentioned that he could move my table on Wednesday in his original cancellation voicemail. Nope. I also had sent 2 emails to Stefanie, whom I originally contacted to get scheduled in the first place, and once again - no response.I completely understand that my timeline was pretty aggressive, but Kornerpocket initially made it seem as though they would be able to accommodate and make it happen. Even after they cancelled, they made it seem like they wanted to reschedule - but ultimately they just avoided me.So unprofessional!No other companies in the area had the bandwidth to accept my job last minute or were ridiculously priced - so that is why I was hoping to work with Kornerpocket.But, due to this interaction with them and the runaround I had to give my seller because of it, the table was sold to another buyer since I could not get it moved as previously agreed upon.So I lost out on the table - and Kornerpocket has lost out on a customer, forever. I will never do business with them, and Id suggest that, if youre still reading this, you dont either.

I ve used a few different places in the area for my cue work. New tips, ferrel replacement, and reconditioning the shafts ect... Korner pockets is my go to place. Tips have always stayed on, tight, with no gapping. The ferrals are tight with no ledging. Stephanie does a great job and stands behind her work....just dont stand behind her bwhen shes working...she knows what she is doing...lol... A great place to buy a new cue or pool table or yet your existing equipment booking and feeling like new... High recommended

Hired them to disassemble and reassemble a custom pool table for a client. They were very professional! I would recommend them highly!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner, Chase, is extremely unprofessional & rude. He treats his paying customers like he is doing them a favor by doing what theyre actually paying his company to do. In our case, Chase came to my parents house with two movers & determined they couldn’t move the single piece slate top table. He told my father he would take a significant amount off the cost of moving the table if our hired movers moved the tabletop instead. He initially said hed take $1000 off & now denies that saying he only said “a significant amount.” My dad paid our movers $350 to move the table top downstairs to the truck. Chase took off the cost of moving the tabletop down the stairs & acted like that was a huge favor to us. Of course that would be taken off, the crew didn’t move the table down the flight of stairs. That’s a favor, that’s standard customer practice. When I explained that we still had to pay someone to move it down the stairs, he actually said “see! I saved you $150.”***I will update my review to respond to the company’s comments: You are posting things that are untrue. Again. I NEVER said there were 3 stairs & another 5. What would be the point of me telling you there are less stairs than there actually are? You would obviously figure it out when you got there. I said there were 3 stairs, a small landing & a turn to go down the rest of the flight. I, in NO WAY refused to be upfront about the table. I called & asked right away if you moved single-slate top tables & was told you do. We have a flat moving rate of $595 & it would be an extra $100-$200 since its a single piece. I hung up with the nice woman on the phone & called right back to tell her there were stairs. She said she should have asked that. She asked me to send pictures of the table. I did. I asked if you needed pictures of the house to see the way out, you didnt. No one asked me the distance from the doorway to the truck at either house. In fact, you had direct communication with the new owner, you could have asked her about the exact specifications for the delivery of the table if you needed it. You didnt. I told you what I knew, but somehow this makes me deceptive.I cant control the weather, but I can assure you the deck was not covered in moss & algae. Id be happy to provide pictures.You even said it in your response- Chase told Ashleys father, that if the movers could get the table down the stairs we could finish moving the table to the new location and assemble it and give him a significant discount since we did not take the table down the stairs. Removing the fee for something you didnt do is not a discount. Its standard practice. There was no discount as promised. You have insinuated that we are liars & said Im deceptive. Youre saying the conversation I had with Chase didnt happen. Insinuating that I am a liar is exactly why I said youre unprofessional. I DID NOT beg you to move our pool table. I asked you if you performed a service & was grateful when I was told that you were available.You DIDNT request exact access for my house or my neighbors house. You had plenty of opportunities to do so. There would be zero benefit for me to deceive you when you would actually have to move the table at some point.I spoke with my neighbor after the table was taken to her house, I have the supplies for the table, I didnt sell her a table in bad shape nor without equipment. She didnt appreciate overhearing Chase say he was going to take a sledgehammer to it, but youve called her a liar too, saying that didnt happen.I am not writing a bad review to hurt your company, I am writing a bad review because THAT was my actual experience whether you chose to acknowledge it or not. I was very upset after the way we were treated by Chase. I wrote you an email first in the hopes that we could resolve some of it. I NEVER demanded money. You continue to blame me & make things up. Responding to my review by making up lies & saying that I am a liar & I deceived you is exactly why I wrote the review that I did.
