The Service Team is awesome. From calling & setting up the appointment with Dawn, to being greeted promptly by the advisor at the desk and then paying at the cashier window. No clue if the mechanics are good.Never made it that far.Monday morning appointment. Dropped off my truck. Don’t here much until Wednesday.Immediately want to bill 5 hours to tear down.I say wait so I can call warranty company.Warranty company asks how they know it’s a five hour year down right away? Good questionI call three times Thursday and again Friday before I can speak to someone.Lady says they can look it it next Monday Monday…..so, $145 to leave my truck in their parking lot for five days 👍🏼

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I thought Steve was the best salesperson that I ever dealt with in my life. He was first knowledgeable of the products and inventory that you had to offer. He never seemed fake nor pushy to try to get me to buy anything. He just explained everything and made sure to answer any questions that I had directly without any of the run around. He made himself available to answer any questions that I had and to help me, even on his day off. It was an overall wonderful experience, for my husband and I. We have thus referred other people to your dealership and one relative is going to stop by this week to look at some vehicles. I was charged 2 hours of time for a mechanic to drive my truck 10 miles and report no issues with the transmission. I feel the shuttering every single day. It is not perceived. In fact GM is well aware of the problem as they have issued a service bulletin for the shuttering. Barlow sevice department has never treated me like a valued customer.

Just leased our second vehicle from Barlow Buick. 3 years ago was our first time at Barlow looking for GMC Acadia. Our salesman was Ken Kolansky. He listened to what we were looking to lease and our monthly payment. With no pressure and a very pleasant experience we left with our new Acadia. This time I drove the lot found some options and just called Ken. He worked up some numbers on a Buick Envlave and we picked it up yesterday. I work in the dealership business and I have never seen a dealership treat their customers so well. Always pleasant experience at Barlow with Ken who knows his customers. Service Department also very pleasant to deal with. Barlows is the Best. Their entire staff acknowledges you in a friendly smiling way. They focus on customers and make you feel welcomed.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. when I called to schedule the appointment the service dept was very accommodating with my work schedule and I was able to get appt within a week. when I arrived at my scheduled service, the service writer (I believe her name was Melissa) was extremely friendly, super nice, answered all my questions. She got me checked in quickly and I was in & out in approx 1 hour. i am 100% satisfied with my service experience!!!

He took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I understood the mechanics of my new vehicle... Upon driving home I noticed some abnormalities of the ride home and contacted Steve right away and he assured me there was nothing wrong and that is part of the cars mechanisms... Matt Barlow himself came outside to greet us when we walked onto the lot and helped us from start to finish! We could tell how great of an experience we were going to have right off the bat just by his friendly and down to earth personality. His whole entire team was nothing short of helpful and welcoming. They even took my Kia for me to drop off at the Kia dealership to turn in my lease and saved me the trip!! We were completely satisfied with the entire process and love the new car. However we had a handshake agreement with the dealership that our credit app would only be sent to GM Financial. It ended up being shopped to Ally Bank without our authorization and 3 credit checks instead of 1. After voicing our displeasure we were blown off and told it was no big deal. So for that we have to knock off 1 star and give 4 out of 5 stars. We are still overall happy and would shop here again.

The best dealership Ive ever dealt with in my 54 years of age, which is saying alot right now during this chip shortage price gouging year right now!!!! 8 dealerships before Barlow Buick lied to me on phine and when I showed up to dealership the price was $10,000 over MSRP and what they told me on phone!!! When I told them quoted price they laughed at me as I walked out. Ken Kolansky was respectful and honest when I called him at Barlow Buick. The price was amazing on the phone, and it got lower when I showed up.bI then learned that the owners, the Barlow Brothers are Firefighters like me!!! Integrity and honor! Thats Barlow Buick! I just visited the brothers and gave them station patches from my firehouse! Great dealership, great people, and GREAT DEAL on my auto purchase! Wow! Unheard of right now with all going on!

I cannot speak to sales because I only took my GMC Sierra in for air bag service/recall. The service provided was prompt and professional what occurred afterwards was exactly why most car dealers have bad reputations. After the recall work was done the dashboard warning light was still on indicating air bag service was required. The person at the service desk said the driver side air bag sensor needed to be replaced. This was separate from what the truck was in for with regards to the recall. He said it would be $650 to repair it. Thankfully I did not allow them to do it. After watching a YouTube video and buying the part online at Rock Auto for $125 I spent a half hour fixing it myself. So, I ask you why did the dealer try and charge me $650 for the repair? They probably only pay $75 for the part and if their labor rate is $125/hr (I don’t know for sure what it is but this is reasonable nowadays) then the repair should have only been about $165 (1/2 hr labor + $75 + part markup). This is totally ridiculous and I would not trust this dealership to treat anyone fairly when it comes to repairs other than warrantee. I would have given them zero stars but then I couldnt have left a review.

Service has been great all of the times I have been there. This last time I was told that I needed new brakes as they cut into the rotors and I was hearing a metal on metal sound when making left turns. Melissa looked at my last service and this was not brought to my attention the brakes were very low. I was told that my bill would get a 10% deduction because of this oversight and this was not taken off. So this would be the first thing I have had an issue with. Thanks Pat

Sold me a car with a nail in the tire. This dealer will woo you then throw you away. After I bought the car I drove the car home and that next day the tire pressure light came on. Of course I put air in thinking it was because the car sat for a while in the lot. Also, I work from home so I do not drive and normally my fiancé does. When I got back into my car a couple weeks later my light came on again. I called the dealer to get it looked at and they wanted to charge me $360 for 2 new tires since the car is AWD. I just got the car a month ago & don’t understand why they just couldn’t provide a better deal for fixing it. I’ve gotten cars from regular dealerships that provided more assistance. You would think with it being Buick and with the prices they would.

I was taken care of of by Elizabeth she told me if I was able to leave my car she would try to have back to me bu the end of the day. Good evening.I financed a 2016 Buick Encore as a certified used vehicle. Within 10 months of having the vehicle my car started to have major issues. Once my car arrived at Barlow GMC dealership in Woodbury NJ, they refused to fix my car due to “lack of maintenance”.The manager Dawn Holders is very NASTY & Condescending! She told me that she has made an executive decision per instructions from her Director, Steve Bridge who works out of the Delran office, to not fix my car because GM refuses to pay them for the work they do on their cars. Dawn wanted me to track down the previous owners in order to have them provide their services records before they would fix the car. Basically, she told me there was NO WAY IN THE WORLD THEY WOULD FIX MY CAR! I replied to her, “that was impossible”, besides I had another warranty company that would pick up the uncovered cost, yet, she still refused. It’s day 10 and I am still without a vehicle! She refused to provide me with a loaner as well. I was told that this was a service covered under the warranty, however, I was denied this service also.They refused to fix these specific items.- Replacement Cam Shaft- Turbo feed line- Bypass valve cleaningThe only part that was repaired was a purge cylinoid.Before this happened I was proud to be apart of the GMC family. This situation has proven the lack of concern and assurance that Buick has for its products, moreover, the lack of sensitivity Buick has for it costumers, rather that be the new purchasers, leases, or certified pre-owners. This is very disappointing to me.

Horrible experience. Called, was told I didnt need an appointment. Came in and was told it would be an hour to fix my car. Waited 90 minutes to be told not only did a part need to be ordered (that would take 3-5 days to come and Id have to come back) but also that it wouldnt be covered and Id have to pay. Ive had the lease one year. The trim on the 2020 terrains are JUNK and should be considered a manufacturers issue. This service department assisted in the dealership losing a customer the next time I need to lease or buy.

This is the second time that I have brought my 2019 GMC sierra truck into the dealer for issues with the brakes. At a full stop the brakes make a noise.This issue is still not fixed, the dealer swapped out the front pads and rotors, they stated that GM put out a recall on them, but I still have a issues.Very frustrating,

Just traded my 2014 Silverado Z71 LTZ truck and purchased a new 2017 Dark Slate Metallic Denali 1500.....AWSOME !!! truck LOVE IT !!!!
