I got in they had exactly what I wanted customer service was great they had plenty of people there to help everyone was really nice and helpful the store was not really crowded very friendly people very helpful they made sure they pointed out there discounted items first which I appreciate it I did not take advantage of the discounted things but I did appreciate them pointing them out to me very nice clean store everything was sanitized

I wanted to buy a specific shoe model which wasnt available, but I liked another show which was on display and when asked for my size, one of the representatives said that theres a stack behind there and itll be difficult for her to find my size. I wanted black and she gave me a yellow instead. Then she said, may be well find it after a week, which was kinda rude. There was a sale going on and I was buying a $79 shoe. I dont think she put any effort in finding my size. Otherwise, everybody knows, Converse is a good brand otherwise.

The wait time in line to get in wasnt as bad as Nike or Under Armour. I found the exact Chuck Taylors I was looking for and was out in less than 30 minutes.

Website says open....drove up from Albany at 2:00 pm on Saturday and the whole complex is closed. You should update your website!

There was a huge sale going on and the store was still clean and organized. All the employees were friendly and super helpful.

Converse is the only shoe I wear they are comfortable and they dont slow you down when running they support you in every way and on top of that they make you feel confident in everything you do they also look good so converse all the way. They really are a ALL STAR shoe they have been around for 102 years 1917 keep up the good work never change.

Converse are basically the only thing I wear other than my work boots. Ive been needing a new pair for weeks and finally treated myself to a trip here. These guys made my day! I was prepared for the possibility that these guys were gonna give me a hard time cause Im a dude wearing eyeliner from the night before. NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. I had so much fun with Jack and Jesus as theyre helping me pick a new pair. Jesus took a pic of my old pair cause Ive had them for years but theyre tough shoes and still look pretty good (on the outside 😂)Thank you guys so much for making my day. I really needed this. 💜💜
