This locations service center is absolutely amazing. My mom was an extremely loyal customer to this location and told me to always go here for service. She passed away in 2020 and I brought in her car for some work. I can now understand her loyalty to the location. I worked with Mike and he was amazing. This is a great spot, I highly recommend.

I noticed an unfamiliar noise from my F150. I called Rapids Ford Service and spoke with Service Manager Mark and he told me to bring it in right away and he would look at it. They were very busy with other customer appointments but he broke away as soon as I arrived there and looked at my F150. He also had 2 other mechanics break away and to get their opinions. I was very impressed with Mark and his mechanics care and concern of my F150s problem. I have never had any other car service center give me that much attention on a moments notice for as busy as they were. I have been a past customer of Rapids Ford and will definitely remain a Rapids Ford customer. They treat you pretty good there

Had an appointment at Rapids Ford to change the oil in my F-250 diesel. There was some misunderstanding on the service agreement that I thought I purchased when I bought the truck. As it turned out I was wrong on what I purchased. I apologized to the service rep for my slight aggressive behavior. All in all my fault. Service Rep was kind and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised with Rapids Ford. I did just buy a new truck from them but it was ordered and will not be delivered for a while. While I am waiting I needed help with my other car. It is a 2014 KIA Soul. I did not expect they would work on a Soul but thought I would call and check. I got an appointment that same day. They had to order parts, but made sure my car was safe to drive, they called at 3 the filling afternoon and said if I could get there by 4:15 they would be happy to complete the repair that same day. They washed my car and truly did a Fantastic Job. I thank Everyone at Rapids Ford for the Great Service.

I had bought a 2018 Ford Escape from another dealership, and they had not helped me set up my keyless entry. Fast forward to today, I realized I was missing a panel inside my car since the day I bought it. We stopped at the Rapids dealership and were able to have Mark Wirth help us out! He explained what the panel covers and calmed my nerves greatly! He also explained the color coating of things underneath the hood of my vehicle. As well as teaching me how to set my own keyless entry!! I wish I wouldve stopped by sooner because he made this whole process a lot easier than I thought it was going to be! He was awesome!! Friendly, fast and complete service as always. The service manager and techs are very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer questions I had about Ford oil computer sensor, etc. always a great experience.

It took 4 hours for when my simple oil change was scheduled to be completed. Never received a call that there would be a delay. Was quoted $85 when I dropped the vehicle off and my bill was $117 and nothing extra was done. Poor communication and customer service.

My daughter Stephanie found her little dream car on the lot. It wasnt even for sale yet. Devin came out to talk to my husband and her about it. They went back on Saturday to look at it again, and she decided it was hers. Devin answered our questions and was nice and very helpful with the whole process.

My boyfriend and I drove to this dealership to look at a blue Ford truck and couldn’t be more dissatisfied and disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service that is not-typical of Ford’s reputation. The truck was a trade in and upon trying to understand the condition of the truck was getting very shady responses The numerous scratches and paint defects were not detailed in the description of the truck and we were told that is typically fixed during the multipoint inspection that occurs with trade-ins. Instead of fixing, it was expected we would pay to have their paint guy fix them — though after being very stern were able to negotiate them fixing the defects free of charge as that was supposed to have been done prior to selling. When test driving there was a severe alignment issue and pulled pretty heavy to the right and the driver side mirror and rear view mirror was very lose and shaking. Upon providing feedback to the sales person regarding the driving experience and voicing concerns over the supposed inspection that took place with this vehicle, Jason very candidly responded: “ I don’t blame you, that happens sometimes.”If selling shoddy vehicles at high prices is their way of doing business, for your safety and pocketbook....do not buy from here!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge there last year and I was assured by Jon the salesman that I could install a Ford hitch on it. I was disappointed when I went to make the appointment that it wasnt available for my model. Its going to cost over $1500 to fix the APIM module and screen. I feel that all Jon wanted to do was get me and my wife to sign the dotted line. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

My friend bought a car. A week later he was hearing rattling. Ford said yeah we will fix it. You gotta pay though. I believe it too because I have another friend first time buyer they said $1500 down with good credit. Then she got approved and then the dealer said oh it’s $3000. Oh no she didn’t. Sadly yes. Don’t go here they will rip h off any way they can!
