We engaged with Orlando Outdoor kitchens to build a small grill and outdoor kitchen area at our home in Kissimmee. Boy are we glad we did! They were knowledgeable and responsive and great to work with as we all navigated the pandemic and related supply issues together!We are very pleased with the result and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I found Orlando Outdoor Kitchens online before I moved to Florida and had a nice discussion with Gwen about kitchens. I have to admit I shopped around and other builders did not offer the warranty or selection of grills MADE IN USA which Orlando Outdoor Kitchens offered. We had limited space to work with so everything was custom built and will last forever. You can get something a little cheaper but you wont get the same quality. We got a kitchen that adds value to our home PERMANENTLY!

We had a couple hiccups in the road and there was not a discussion of who was responsible, it was only a discussion of let’s take care of us. Daytona/Orlando Outdoor Kitchens just finished our kitchen. We are very happy. Gwen worked with us from the start and helped us plan the best design for our space. Gwen is very easy to work with and quite helpful. Andrew did all the construction and installation. He did a great job from installing the outdoor hood through our cinder block wall, to installing the cabinets, grill, side burner, Fridge and sink. Very professional and willing to work with you on install considerations.Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience from the beginning to the end! Gwen was able to put together the pieces and a final design from the thoughts that I had. Also she had checked in with me to make sure everything was going alright and to remind me of things I might not of thought of. I just renovated my outdoor kitchen with Orlando Outdoor Kitchens and am very happy with the results. The process stayed on schedule even during the pandemic. My installers did a great job getting everything perfect. The cabinets, countertops and appliances look amazing! Great quality, beautiful to look at and I love grilling now.

GREAT, DURABLE product.This company was outstanding, from the knowledgable sales staff (thank you Gwen), the kitchen designer, to the prompt, courteous and clean installer. I would highly recommend them.

Your website says open and when we get there, there is a sign to call Gwen only 1 minute away. Called and sent Gwen a text, I get a response that she is in class, and will call you later. You should update your website by appointment only to avoid paying customers from traveling far to see your store.

Had the same experience as the first reviewer where there were errors in accounting and inconsistencies with quoting that we had to correct Gwen each time. And then she will not refund us. And it’s hundreds of dollars for us. Not worth your time. There are a lot of distributors now who uses the same outdoor cabinet materials. Will never recommend her to anyone.

I like my cabinets but dealing with her installer Andrew was the worst experience my husband, our handyman and I have ever had with a company. I openly admit the first house he had to install 2 cabinets in was not ready for installation...our mistake, which was taken care of in 30 minutes. We ask Andrew to go to our sons house, 15 minutes away and install the first 2 cabinets first, which he did. When he arrived he pulled into my backyard, which he asked if he could. I did not give home permission to remove the footing to our new pool construction and drive his truck into the middle of where our pool was going to be dug. Our pool company came to dig the pool and he told the men and myself they were going to have to wait, he was not moving his stuff. The pool company said he was so rude they would not deal with him and walked away. They waited 1:15minutes. I had ask Andrew 2 more times to move but he would not. I along with my handyman went out and told him he needed to pack his stuff and get off my property because the pool company called and the workers are leaving. Andrews reply was I will be out in 10 minutes. Thats what they get for coming in the afternoon. He talked down to me as a female, was rude to my pool people and was disrespectful to my handyman. He drove off my property, did not put the footing to the pool back. I called Gwen and told her what happen and several days later she sent me an invoice for the service. When I called her she said to me, Andrew is sorry for his behavior and is willing to apologize to you. Thank you but no thank you. Go to Home Depot, they sell the same material now and they are much more professional.

The product is excellent. The poor review is due to the store owner/salesperson. Gwen is very knowledgeable, but has difficulty answering direct questions. She was also unable to do math correctly, present clear invoices and justify the account balance. When she entered the final payment on our credit card, she overcharged by thousands of dollars. Although she acknowledged her error and sent us a partial refund, she refused (or was unable) to justify the refund amount. There are other distributors for the manufacturers goods, although it is unclear whether or not Gwen is connected to the manufacturer, either financially or through relatives.
