These guys are great! They installed quality motorized hurricane shutters on my house. They were installed about a week prior the scheduled date, work perfectly smooth and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. Quality product at fair prices. I would defiantly hire them again.

Got my awning installed last Friday and it is even better than I imagined. Already had our first shaded outdoor meal. Great service, high quality, reasonable prices and a local operation.

I have to write this review because this company was so awesome. We went to their showroom first to look at the awnings . The people were awesome .Then the owner came to our house to take measurements and now we have this incredible awning inside our screen lanai ! It is the best quality and the installers were 100% right on making sure everything was perfectly level etc.What a great customer service and company

Prompt, professional and adaptive. I reached out to New Horizons via their website for a quote on a motorized screen for our new homes lanai. We received a quick response and scheduled a visit for an estimate. Chuck arrived, inspected the lanai, drew a diagram, and called me to explain the options since I was not available to be there personally. I received a quote that was well within the budget. I made a visit to their display center and Chuck explained the different options available. The motor is quiet compared to a neighbors motorized screen. I made one change in color option after the agreed contract and Chuck was able to make those changes with the manufacturer. Both Chuck and Patty were both very prompt and thorough in their communications. The process was easy and there was no sales pressure to purchase. We look forward to the finished product and will post an update upon completion.

Scheduled an appointment with New Horizons awnings for an estimate. Chuck arrived on time and took all the measurements and gave my wife and I a very detailed explanation of how the awning works and all the color choices. We ordered the awning and two weeks later the installers arrived on time again and expertly installed the awning. They did an excellent job! My wife and love our retractable awning. It is awesome. My wife loves it so much that she ordered another retractable awning for another section of our patio. New Horizons is an awesome company and I highly recommend them.

We had 2 companies come out. New Horizons gave us so much more info on how these screens would be installed and left us a great brochure. The sales rep helped us choose the right color of the aluminum to match our gutters and downspouts. The installation was quick and we were very pleased. The neighbors all commented how great they looked on our back patio. We would use them again fo sure.

We love our new motorized retractable screens! They are a beautiful addition to our new home. The entire process was super easy. From the first visit to the showroom, to the final screen installation, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The easiest and most professional home installation process I have ever been through. Every worker was diligently working and had the project completed before the afternoon. Unfortunately the electrical company we had hired claimed they could not cut and connect the cords to the fuse box, claiming that new horizons told them it wasnt possible. Once contacting New Horizons office they let us know no one had reached out to them and immediately booked an appointment to send cut and connect the cords at no cost. Incredibly friendly, hard-working and professional company. Absolutely recommend.
