Saw a Jeep online at this dealership that I was interested in purchasing so I did a bit of homework ahead of time. Went to KBB to get an estimate of what my trade-in might be worth and went to the Jeep website to see what options this model offered. My salesman, Phil, was absolutely fantastic! Definitely a low-key salesman who did not do a hard push to sell me something for the sake of making a sale. By the end of the day I feel as though I got a great deal and drove out of there in a brand new Jeep!

My salesman was Nick Cunningham. Best salesman I ever dealt with. Felt like dealing with a friend, didn’t feel like a normal car buying experience full of negotiations and hassle. First time ever meeting him and felt like I knew him for years. Also Phil Morton was fantastic to deal with and made the deal happen flawlessly. Very pleased with the Ram 5500 Cummins. Pulls my equipment great. Will definitely be referring friends and family their way!

We walked in looking for a specific car that showed up online. As it turned out it was still in transit and not the color we thought that it was. But our product rep, Matt, went out of his way to find one that we were after. We felt very comfortable with Matt and worked out a deal and bought a car. The sales manager was accommodating, and the finance guy, Jim, was quick and wasnt pushy. Without a doubt, one of the top buying experiences in my 45 (+) years of buying automobiles via dealerships. This was the best buying experience we’ve ever had. The sale was so smooth and the fastest end of sale we’ve ever had.The staff was very professional and went above and beyond. The manager, the salesman Luis, the finance manager Bill everyone was so incredibly nice and made us feel like we were the only people there. Even though the dealership was full of people buying. I know why…because they’re awesome!This will be the place I’ll buy my next new vehicle from. I am writing this review to let other consumers beware if you have your vehicle serviced for repairs at this dealership it will take weeks if not months to get it repaired, if you have extended warranty Dodge/Chrysler of Winter Haven The low payment kings, has had my vehicle since October 4th, 8:30am when I had it towed there and to this day October 28th my vehicle has not been touched as a matter of fact they have lost my vehicle twice I’m not sure how if it’s not drivable (smh). This experience is disappointing, frustrating, and flat out unacceptable. I can go on and on, on how this on going process has been and the lack of communication which has been like pulling teeth I can never get a hold of anyone and left numerous messages with no call backs, I could name names of people in service that promised me that they were going to take care of me and I’m still waiting but I’m not going to do that as I do respect their privacy, time and family plus I was raised right. I just wish they would have respected my time and my family since I have had to lose work to go up there and I’ve missed out on personal special events with family and friends like my own birthday party 2 weeks ago because my vehicle is STILL at Dodge/Chrysler of Winter Haven the low payment kings.

I am from Northern Canada, my truck was in a Hotel Parking lot for a year and a half when the Borders Closed due to Covid. I called a dealership closer to where my truck was parked but they would not have anything to do with towing it and getting it fully serviced. I called Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Winter Haven and they were excellent, had my Ram 3500 towed and Serviced while corresponding with me on everything they they were doing. Talked to one person who then redirected me to another who then redirected me to another and no answer, which is no big deal because people get busy, but i left a message, and never got a call back. Over all service was good . I took my Dodge Caravan in to fix driver side window motor. When I got my car back the airbag light has been on . I called them back about it and they totally dismissed my claim that the airbag sensor in the door could have been affected since they were in the door panel fixing my window. They then said I would have to pay more for them to diagnose the problem. Otherwise wouldve been five at least 4 stars.

I setup a rental car for my first visit and was told when I arrived there were no rentals left to give me. After waiting a couple of hours I was told they needed to get parts from another store. They were nice to provide a ride home and picked up again later.I came back for a separate issue weeks later, that was very minor. After more than an hour, I paid and went to the vehicle to find it wasn’t touched. When I went back in I was told there was a miscommunication and they would get it fixed right away. My vehicle then sat outside for another 25 minutes. Hours lost for a minor problem.

Bought a brand new Ram truck in 2019, they tinted the windows no problem. Went back to buy a Jeep and they didn’t even consider it, lied and told me the windows were already factory tinted which they are not. Other than that good dealership but lack of consistency.

Sheri was great in trying to help us sadly Ashlyn was disrespectful of Sheri and to us. We will not be purchasing a vehicle from them. Sadly Sheri understood our needs and was working with us. Ashlyn basically said that Sheri didnt have her numbers correct about the dealer fees. EVEN if she was wrong then she shouldnt have said that Sheri didnt know what or where she got her facts!!! Also when asked to not contact us she continued. Sheri is a professional business person and she didnt need Ashlyn to follow behind her to make sure she was doing her job. That tells us that she is not a person that respects others. Just sad.

We drove over an hour to see a Durango. The vehicle was exactly as described online (weve had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past) so really appreciated that! Very quick process with buying it and really feel like they went above and beyond for me to deliver it to me when I was in a rush and couldnt finish the whole process and had to leave. I was only there about 30 minutes to test drive and start the buying process and I had a personal reason to leave and they we understanding and accomodating to me. Everybody was nice and made it a smooth process! Would definitely recommend this dealership!

I always have a great experience when I come here to get my car serviced. My only complaint is the wait time. I understand it takes time but my most recent visit took 5 hours, I feel like they should have offered me at the onset, a loaner car to be able to go home and wait. Other than that everything was great!

There was a $30 charge for having an estimate written even tho I got the work done. The service writer was kind of rude. I’m traveling through from California and needed a headlight, to the tune of $547. He was very matter of fact and had no ability to commiserate with me on the outrageous price. I had no choice but to have it done and he knew it. If I lived here I wouldn’t go back, although the woman service writer was kind and helpful.

I normally would not take the time to write out a review of a company/dealership, but considering the complete lack of customer service at Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven, I feel this needs to be addressed.I will not be conducting any further business with this dealership. Probably, the worst experience with purchasing a vehicle I have ever dealt with. The salesman Jerome Jackson and the business manager MJ, were the only bright spots on an overall disappointing experience.I purchased a Jeep Wrangler on Saturday August 21, 2021, which should have been a rewarding time since Jeeps are a very reliable and well designed vehicles. From first dealing with Jerome about looking at the few used Jeeps that they had on the lot, it was a pleasant time. However, when I decided that the used Jeep vehicles were not what I was looking for or wanted to pay the extreme pricing that they were going for, I was brought to the Sales Manager John Vanella. This sales manager, became quite forceful when I stated that i was going to head to a different dealership due to the fact that they had a new Jeep for sale similar to what Winter Haven had as used, for about the same pricing. This man became condescending and became irritated that I was unaware that they also owner the Lake Wales Jeep dealership as well.I allowed John, to talk me into letting him get the Jeep from the Lake Wales dealership so that I could look at purchasing the Jeep. I then waiting for about an additional hour or so for this to transpire. After waiting, I was approached by Jerome, who seems, disheartened to ask me to go with him to pick the Jeep up from the other dealership. I want to see the Jeep and test drive it, so I agreed to go. I was then put into a Jeep, with Jerome, that quite frankly, I could barely sit in the seat due to all of the boxes of part shoved into the vehicle. Again, I held my tongue, at this point.After returning to the dealership with the Jeep, I decided that I would purchase this vehicle. The process of purchasing was pleasant, as dealing with MJ. He was extremely knowledgeable, and made the process rather smooth. I signed for the vehicle and thank Jerome for his help and left with the brand new Jeep Wrangler.This is where things began to go completely wrong, and as a customer feel that this dealership could care less once the sales is made. On Sunday, the Jeep began to have problems. The engine started shutting down while driving. I had to pull over to put the vehicle in park and restart. At this point the Jeep would try to crank over, for about 15 to 30 seconds, like the starter would not engage. This happened a few time until I got the vehicle home. I parked the Jeep, thinking that maybe something was not reading right. The engine light comes on the next day.I started making calls to the Winter Haven dealership to speak to Jerome or John. I continued to make calls all day long with the call center transferring me to them, however, I was never able to get to a voicemail or get anyone on the line. I made about 12 calls that day, even calling the direct lines to leave voicemails. No return call. I drove to the dealership that afternoon, arriving about 5:30pm. I spoke with Clifton Whitaker and Nicholas Cunningham about the problem. I was informed that, even though the service department is open til 7pm they stop working by six. Clifton assured me that they would look at the vehicle first thing in the morning and would call me immediately with what is wrong. Never heard a word from anyone. I had to show up and pull my vehicle from the dealership. John Vanella, proceeds to state to me oh well it happens.This is the attitude and care they show their customers. I would never recommend this business, or level or service to anyone.

Be very careful in service. Way overpriced. They find a way to add to your total when you pick up the vehicle. Priced similar work at competitive dealer would have been $1200 less. I am wrong for not comparing prices earlier but their tear down price just to determine problem put me at their mercy.

On Friday April 30, Service Adviser Luis Peña called me asking me to drop my car off to perform a recall. He told me that he was going to have a rental car while my car was being repaired. My wife dropped the car off and Luis says that hes unable to provide a rental for my wife because the car must be in the shop in order to validate a rental and that he will have one available the next day. I called him asking if I can pick my car back up because I needed my car to go to work. Then he says that he cannot give me my car back because is being worked on. I ask him for a rental since he can validate that the car is being worked on. He said that he was going to call me back and never did. On Monday May 3rd Ive been calling to find out the status of my car and to see if I can get a rental because I still dont have transportation to go to work. To this point I have not received a call or anything and everyone just puts me on hold. I was a customer there for 5 years and this would be the last time I take my car there.

I bought this vehicle from the group of dealers that this dealer belongs to. I bought it used and purchased the Platinum (best) warranty. I took it in for repairs and the ABS is not working, but they said the part will take 3-5 business days to get there. I then found out that the warranty company only pays for rental for actual repair time. Well, most repairs dont take more than a day, but there is often time spent waiting for parts or for the dealer to get to it. Apparently this warranty doesnt cover that, they only cover time it actually takes to do the job. To me this just sounds like a scam by the warranty company... buy a warranty and get a rental for covered repairs! Unless the part is not in stock and there is not a mechanic available to fix it right now!! Then, youre on your own.I like the dealer group overall, so I wont give less than 3 stars, but I think this warranty is a major fail when it comes to rental.

Update. Lack of communication and negligence on behalf of this staff is why I will never return here. My son Drove back to college after the service department failed to check his vehicle and his jeepLocked up on the interstate. It had to be towed to west palm beach dodge jeep ram where it was discovered the noise it was making was the rear differential. Very fortunate my son is alive and that his jeep didn’t roll when it locked up. Not only did Clifton not have the problem diagnosed as promised, he also never called to apologize. We had to have someone find the key to the vehicle for us 5 days later. Very poor service that could have resulted in a much worse outcome. emailing attempts were futile as the 2 email addresses given in emails fromDodge were returned marked “undeliverable”. No - I have not heard from the service manager.

The service was extremely good. They identified other problems that I was not aware of and fixed them all in a very timely fashion. The waiting area was clean and designed to support current guidelines for social distancing. My vehicle was protected with plastic convering on parts that might be exposed to other people. We made an appointment last week for general service to be done at 8:30 am the following Monday.I arrived about 8:15 and was greeted at the service desk by the most pleasant and professional service writer Ive ever encountered.Weve always had great service here but what a great experience this was.Everything was completed exactly as it was written on the order and in a very short period of time.Then the same service writer popped in to the lounge and said I was all done.I met her at her desk where she went over everything and I was on my way.We purchased our jeep here and with this kind of service why would we go anywhere else?Thank you to all team members! We had purchased a Sebring in 2007 and received excellent service from Dodge of Winter Haven. This time we received the same if not better service, and Matt was determined to satisfy our needs and he exceeded our expectations. Matt is a wonderful person who treated us with respect, and handled our transaction like a professional. He introduced us to Jim Lawson, for finalizing and signing of the documents. Once again another rude WH Dodge employee.. First was their service department a few years back and now we are in the market for a truck with a budget of 50K and the guy who assisted was rude, never gave his name and just walked away without asking if we can take his card.. he was in all green with a beard.. I really felt like we were taking up his time... I will never go back.. I only go to LAKE WALES DODGE for everything.. we already bought a new car this past year from them and will keep going back for all our DODGE NEEDS... BOOOOO WINTER HAVEN DODGE.. You need to teach customer service to your staff...

Made an appointment Sunday to look at new Wrangler. Received message will have gassed up and ready. Drive all the way from Lakeland with these gas prices, told it sold Saturday and had no new Jeep’s. Look at website showing lots of New Jeep’s. Total bait and switch.

We walked into the dealership about a week ago after seeing the Jeep on their website.We were greeted by David Ruiz, and we sat down to attempt to work out a deal trading our 2008 Jeep Wrangler in on this 2017.After throwing some numbers around and not reaching an agreement, we left figuring we would work out a deal once we got back home!I got several texts from David asking if he could continue to work on the deal for us and after a week, he had a package we could work with and today we took possession of the 2017 Jeep Wrangler with all the bells and whistles!Thanks David Ruiz and job well done!

****WARNING****Went in to get a issue resolved on my 2020 gladiator. I installed a brake controller am my vehicle threw a ABS code. Upon research I found a TBS on the issue that states the ABS needs a flash and is covered under warranty. The dealer disagreed with me and wanted me to pay for the ABS flash. I refused to pay for it and left. Thank goodness there are other dealers that know how to read and interpret TBS’s. My issue was resolved by a better dealer. Do not go to Winter Haven Jeep dealership for anything.
