I absolutely love this place and I trust Carlos to always get my car right. I have been coming here for a year and half and I could not be happier. I have gotten my oil changed here, my brakes changed, my ac etc. Every time I come everybody is super friendly and they make sure everything I ask for is done. I absolutely love the wonderful gentlemen at Tuffys. I have Carshield and needed to have Ac work done. They made the entire process easy and not only corrected my Ac with a new compressor, but replaced both motor mounts.

Ive been coming to Tuffy for the last 2 years and they have been great. Jay, the owner, is committed to customer service and providing a good experience. The lobby is clean and has coffee and wifi available. Ill definitely continue to be a patron of the place.

For getting an oil change this is a great place to do it.With a lot of new modern cars you have to have full synthetic put into them. Sometimes that full synthetic cost a lot of money upwards to $70 to $100, but this place is very cheap at $50.

Ive been taking my car to Tuffys Winter Haven for over a year. They always go above and beyond even when I am not great at explaining the problem. I was having issues with my brakes not working when I was driving slowly - like when pulling out of a parking spot or in a drive through line. I know that sounds off but they listened, without being condescending, and took the time to really figure out what was going on. They explained what they found, how it affected the brakes and what my options were. Effective, honest, trustworthy and great prices are exactly why I will continue to take my cars there and recommend them to others

My truck spent two days at this location and they didnt even touch it they never called me once to give me an update. When I showed up there two times they always had four excuses. I wouldnt take a vehicle to this location to put air in a tire let alone do any work on a vehicle. Absolutely horrible customer service and nothing but lies

Great service and even told me a belt that I told them to change due to 60,000 miles was not really necessary yet. I told them to put new one on anyway. Most mechanic places are not that honest!

The first time I came to this location for an oil change. I had called another Tuffy and the customer service was terrible. I called this one and they quickly got me in even without an appointment. The staff was very friendly so I didn’t mind driving 25 minutes further to come to this one instead. I came back to get my breaks done and they quickly got us taken care of even though they were a little behind schedule. I have to sit here with a toddler to quick is always a good thing for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing Auto service.

A competing company quoted me $80 for an oil change. Tuffy quoted $39.99. They got it done in a reasonable timeframe for the amount of customers they had. Excellent service and friendly staff!! I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend!

Very professional and courteous. The wrong type of battery was ordered and installed due to manufacturers misinformation on their system. But they made it right. Great bunch of guys! Very thankful they helped me and didn’t take advantage of the situation. Highly recommended

I been waiting for 2 days and they keep telling me it’s getting done the same day I call and they never call me to let me know what’s going on and they never get it done the same day like they say they always keep saying stuff without helping the customer and tell the truth

They did my il change in a timely manner .

We had our brakes done at tuffys in the beginning of January. They had our car for 2 days for what supposed to be a simple brake job. After a few days we developed a small vibration in the front end while braking but we were told that it was just the brake pads wearing to the rotor. It got progressively worse and we decided to take it back in and have it checked on our next day off. After a partial brake failure we called and were told we were past our 30 day warranty. We took the car to midas and were informed that our front pads were down to 2 mm of pad left and that our front rotors were warped. The brake job was either not done correctly or not done at all. Had to spend another 500 to fix what they didnt do properly the first time and refused to fix. The shoddy workmanship endangered my GF and Sons lives. I will never go there again and I plan on telling everyone I can about this

Tuffys located on cypress gardens boulevard boasts reasonable prices and friendly service for auto maintenance. I have been going there for some time now and always satisfied or they make it right. Tires, brakes and oil changes are competitive.

Not only did they change my oil, they fixed my oil leak. They also put a leveling kit and new tires on it. All for a great price that was way better priced then all the other places around. Great service and great work. They will go out of their way to keep you informed with the process and also find the best solution that fits your needs. They can do it all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Carlos and his team took great care of mine and my fiances vehicles. They treated my fiance respectfully and took time to explain what needed to be done without talking down to her because she didnt know what everything meant.I sent her there to have all of her brake pads replaced. They refused to do the rears because they still had plenty of life expectancy! They could have easily changed them(or Not!), charged her for them and she wouldnt have known any different. In this era of scammers and skimmers, its refreshing to experience this level of honesty and customer service.They will be doing all of the service on my vehicles from now on!

Highly recommend Tuffy for your vehicle repairs. My first time there I met the friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, very efficient oil service and reasonably priced. I started having issues with my AC and my first thought was to take it Tuffy, the issue was diagnosed, priced and repaired. Great service, nice and honest people. Very refreshing for this area.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My son took his car for a routine oil change. They told him his belt needed to be replaced so they next day we brought the car for it to be replaced. Within 10 minutes of him leaving the shop right before closing his car was smoking and overheating. All they had to say was it was this happens sometimes. Dont trust them with your car!!

The day I was there it was obvious that oil change with coupons was the daily deal. I had a 8am appointment with a free ac check I was checked before 8 it took 2 and 1/2 hours. 3 people that did not have appointment were done before me with oil change

Jay and his staff are great guys. They worked hard to exceed my expectations and their customer service is top notch.

Recently took my f350 diesel in for an oil change. After being there about an hour, manager (?) Comes out and says they have to get oil as they are out of diesel oil. About an hour later, a different manager comes out and tells me they have to order a filter. Why was this not ordered with the oil I dont know. Then there mechanic goes ahead and puts in 16 quarts of oil and the engine only holds 15. Now I notice there is a dent in my hood from the inside out. Apparently there was something left there when he closed it. Biggest bunch of incompetents I have ever dealt with. Took 3 hours for this oil change. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I cant speak highly enough about Jay and his crew at this Tuffys!!! I have a Crown Vic that was a problem child and Jays team fixed multiple issues that had happened due to wear and tear and others that were due to poor workmanship from another place.My vehicle runs better than it ever has, they have become the place my whole family will take their vehicles to. They repair vehicles in a timely manner and are very upfront and fair with pricing.If you need a friendly, professional place to take your vehicle, this is it!!!
