Not many reps help us get what we want at many of the other AutoZone Ive been to. These guys did to a great extent. Highly appreciate it!

Nathan was incredibly helpful with explaining my DEF shortage. He explained the two kinds available and after I purchased he helped refill my Sprinter. He went over and above to help make sure I understood that truck stops have it available at truck pumps the next time I needed it to warn me of the perils of running low. Go here for great customer service and any low fluids for your vehicle.

1st time I called I had nice and great customer service! Now going inside a whole different story an older gentleman greated me rudely & when I was trying to describe what I needed he said cant get that you need to go to a glass shop rudely.... how come every other autoparts store was able to try and help me.... not impressed at all & I WILL NEVER shop at AutoZone if they treat younger woman with disrespect & rudeness... I felt hurt the way I was treated by this older gentleman & yes I went in with a mask.
