It was a bit out of budget and we didnt make a deal that day. we called several times and worked with him back and forth. after about 4 or 5 days and working with other dealers and being very unimpressed we kept coming back to this car, and this salesman. Im sure he was pulling some sales techniques but honestly he was extremely nice and understanding. We ended up making a deal and we purchased this car tonight. We call him Ron Burgundy (because the color). Its an extremely clean 2012 Honda Pilot with 112k miles. our of all the dealers and cars we looked at it was by far the best.I am happy to say we feel very confident in my purchase.We havent owned it long but being able to feel good about the purchase says a lot.Thanks again Jesus if we need another car Im sure you will hear from us :-)

Sent an inquiry which was responded to very quickly by Ramsey and we made an appointment. She sent us info to be sure this was what we were searching for. There is only 2 people I feel comfortable working with, Ramsey and Emmanuel. I watched as they both took great care of the customer with my mom as Ramsey helped with the car sale and Emmanuel helped me with unloading the trade in and fighting the dolly pull.I was so impressed me and my wife went back the next to get her a new vehicle. While the wait was long we only wanted to work with Ramsey again. We were there so long that she went and grabbed some sliders. Then came back with them to finish paperwork. This is some outstanding customer service, but while I was grateful I also felt bad for Ramsey since as soon as she gave them to us I could tell that the other sales representatives did not total agree as there was some commotion behind us and Ramsey had to go and justify while saying over and over that she had permission for her to give us those sliders.Emmanuel checked in with us again remembering my face. Like I said if you go here work with Ramsey and Emmanuel. They will take care of you. I personally would not ever work with sales representatives that makes a co-worker have to justify why they are taking care of a returning customer.

You can find some decent deals here. Have another trusted mechanic check your prospective car out. The process of flipping salvage cars sounds great but I wonder about quality assurance. This is not counting cosmetic issues you will find. I had a completely loose battery stand and fuse box I noticed looking under hood at the store. Service bolted it down when I brought it to their attention at closing time. Taking it on a longer drive noticed alignment was way off driving off the lot. I called about this and got no responses from Windsor sales or customer service.Three days of calling and I finally spoke with Melanie B from an out of state Auto Savvy who explained their claims process and was able to cover the costs of alignment once I emailed the invoice. Thanks Melanie!

The sales people are great. A lot of new employees though. The manager, Jake, was incredibly condescending when we asked him if they were willing to fix a scuffed up bumper before we made a purchase. He said this was haggling and laughed in our face. It’s so disappointing because we would have purchased if they were willing to fix it. But unfortunately their rude remarks cost them the sale. If you do use them, Carl was a great sales person.

Ramsey was absolutely awesome to work with. I felt like she was genuine and actually cared about helping me get a good car. I work as a teacher in Eagle and was not able to get out there until 7:30 PM. Even though they close at 8, her and the finance team stared until 8:30 and were helpful the whole way. I would recommend them to anyone. Even if you live two and a half hours away, the trip is worth it.

Thank you**update- I still stand by my review of the purchasing process, however, I have removed two stars and I’d like to update regarding the vehicle since driving it off of the lot.**3 days after buying the car, we got a flat tire and took it to a tire shop to be repaired. While there, we discovered that whoever mounted the tires (at the dealership) mounted them backward (the part of the tire meant to be facing toward the vehicle was actually on the outside). This cost $113 to correct.Then 17 days after driving the car from the lot, the battery goes completely out. It cost over $170 to replace the battery. The battery had been installed new on this vehicle 8 months before purchase date. It was the wrong battery, one of lesser quality that could not support the full tech package of this vehicle. I feel this is another thing that was a careless oversight by the shop’s service team.Of course, the extra warranty we purchased does not cover either of these things and the dealership will do nothing. So just be aware and prepared for out of pocket expenses due to the shop’s carelessness.

My first ever negative review but it must be done. My first car buying experience, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Granted, I didn’t do as much research as I should have so lesson learned on my end but these guys are complete scam artists, taking advantage of anyone and everyone who walks through their doors.It took over 8 months for them to finally locate a title for an expensive vehicle I purchased from them. Also, when I was buying I had looked into credit unions but they had to chose who I got my loan through and unfortunately I was too timid to speak up- never again. I am now trying to make a lump payment and the random credit union (who I imagine they’re in cahoots with in their Ponzi scheme of a of a business) doesn’t allow me to make a payment towards only the principal of my loan... meaning if I’m paying 10,000- they are going to take interest out of it. ALSO, the tires on the vehicle were barely safe for the road and needed to be replaced immediately after purchasing, costing a young mom, waitress, college student ANOTHER 1200$. Also, let’s not forget that the drivers door wouldn’t close all the way because of the damage to the frame from the accident causing the light to click on and off every time I drove- didn’t notice during test drive because it was light out which they refused to fix!Since I have to give 1 star, that goes only to Leah in the title department as she was helpful and communicated well.

I walked onto the lot of Auto Savvy and within two minutes Devaun Mireles came over to me and asked if I was being helped. I had told him that I was looking for a smaller sized SUV nothing too expensive but still had modern features. We went over to his desk and looked through a lot of cars. He was incredibly helpful! I am not the smartest person when it comes to cars and he was incredibly helpful in helping me find the car that best fit my needs. The one car that I particularly liked had a crack in the windshield. When I had voiced my concern about that to Devaun he had told me that Auto Savvy would never sell a car in that condition and that they would be replacing the windshield for me at no extra cost! After test driving a few cars, I went home to think over my decision and came back two days later and ended up driving off with an amazing car!

Purchased a car from here 4 months ago and it has been getting fixed for 2 of those months. Still at the dealership. Not once have I got a call with updates on it. Every time I get an update, it’s because I call. I have been calling and left a couple of voicemails, sent emails to Nate Perkins and I still haven’t got an update. Worst customer service at this point. The sales person who helped me in the beginning, Luis has been the only help I’ve had from the beginning. I have been giving payments on a car that I don’t even have in my possession and know nothing about.

If you buy a vehicle from them and something is wrong with it during their 3-month warranty they will find ways to talk out of it and say thats not the problem like if everything is fine they make it seem like if you dont drive that vehicle everyday and notice something different... Edit. I did call and your service manager (NATE) is not helpful at all took in my vehicle 2x and it still has a kick in the( transmission).very frustrating....

Purchased a vehicle in April of 2021. It has nearly been 4 months now and still do not have a title. Many stories as to why I dont, but no answer as to when I will have it. It is all but impossible to reach anyone to speak to about this matter. When I call the number I was given to call there isnt even a option to leave a voicemail, it just disconnects the call.

All of AutoSavvys vehicles are salvage meaning they have been in a prior accident. Prices are low and for a while I was very happy with my purchase.Recently, I had an airbag randomly go off in my car, the same side the car had been hit and repaired. Im now suffering from hearing loss. My insurance company deemed it a malfunction and it cant be covered. Nissan wont do anything because the car has a branded title. In fact, the car had 4 branded titles and I did now know this when I purchased it. Ive attempted to get repair details from AutoSavvy to see if the airbag was previously replaced (I believe it was) but no one returns my calls. If I could go back, I would not have purchased a vehicle here. I am not out a car that I cant even sell.If you take anything away from my experience, I hope its a better understanding of the risks involved with purchasing a salvage vehicle. Had I not been driving slow at the time, I probably would not be around to write this.
