I ordered 30 bales of pinestraw for delivery last Saturday morning. Within 3 hours their truck was in my driveway, delivering all of it so we could spread it that afternoon.

This is a business that uses two names: NGL & Erosion Control as well as AMJ Landscape Supply. They buy their Pine Straw from other out of state suppliers and pay with checks that are returned as insufficient funds. James Scott and Amin Porbunderwala are listed as the CFO on the Secretary of State, Corporate Division in Georgia. Shady people, shady business

I sent an inquiry for price of mulch and got a reply within a hour. Chasity helped set up a delivery for the following day which was quicker than I expected. Went in for some mulch this morning. The guys there were very informative and professional. Excellent customer service and quick. They gave us an awesome deal on a truck full of mulch!! We will most definitely be giving them our business again in the future!

We are very satisfied, this is a Great company! I bought River sand and River rock to make a patio. NGLs website is organized and informative and I was able to make my choices before calling to put in an order. The prices were reasonable, and they delivered the loads on time within a few days of ordering. I am Very satisfied with the overall care that was taken to meet my needs AND with the quality of the material. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Me and my boyfriend made some deep raised garden beds. We got our topsoil and kid friendly mulch from NGL Mulch & Supply Company. The customer service here is outstanding! They stayed a little later for us to get our last load. The pricing for top soil and mulch if you need large bulk or small for flowers, garden etc...is WAY better than Home Depot or Lowes. I highly recommend and we will be back for future projects.

They must pay for reviews!! This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with! I prepaid for mulch to be delivered a week in advance. On the day of delivery I called to confirm delivery, no call no show absolutely nothing! I called 5 times and they wouldnt answer the phone. I had to call from another phone number to get them to answer . I canceled the order and ask that they refund the money. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Buyer beware!!

NGL Mulch & Supply is where you need to go for your landscaping needs. Amin and the entire crew were excellent to deal with. We ordered stone, soil, grass seed & staw blankets for our outdoor project. I cant say enough about how nice it was to work with a business like this. Amin helped us figure out what and how much we needed and he even gave us advice on what to do to get the best results. Our driveway is long, winding and not the easiest to maneuver. but the delivery was perfect. I appreciated the driver taking the time to dump our loads exactly where we wanted it and a plus during this pandemic, the driver wore a mask the entire time.. And the prices? You cant get a better deal anywhere. (We compared prices with two other landscape/stone companies.) We will definitely be using this company for all our outdoor purchases. The employees on the phone are some of the most professional people Ive dealt with. Very nice folks it seems. I just moved into the area and travel a lot so I wanted to find someone to deliver pine straw and topsoil which they did. However, if its your first time using them, you better understand what the delivery rules are. I did not. No one told me. When the driver asked me where I wanted to have the items unloaded I said; The topsoil can be dumped right here on this bare patch and the pine straw can be lined up against the fence right there. Which as literally 10 steps away. The driver looked at me and said;You want it lined up against that fence?. I dont have time for that. He could have just as easily said something like - SIr, the normal delivery is for me to place it within tossing distance of the truck and doesnt cover carrying it 10 -15 feet or stacking it. Then I would have said; Ok, I didnt know that. It would have made my first experience a lot more pleasant. Instead of him looking at me like I was stupid and then calling his boss to tell them I was asking for something unreasonable and laughing at me. Just explain it next time. It remains to be determined whether or not Ill be a second, third, fourth, etc... customer. Well see.

I got there around 8:10am, paid for my 3 yards of pine nuggets, then got loaded. I was back on the road by 8:20am. I came back to get 3 more yards of nuggets an hour later and the service was the same. The prices are on par with other places that sell mulch and pine bark. I’ll definitely be back when I need mulch/nuggets. Give these guys a try!

People BEWARE of this company and its sister company NGL & Erosion control. They will not stand by their mistakes and will ignore your calls of trying to get incidents corrected. This company was contracted in South Carolina to cut grass on the side of the road. They busted my window out of my car and failed to pay to have it fixed. Called the owner and president of these companies which is the same person for both companies. Got the total run around that they would contact me with instructions on getting my window fixed. No Call back, and refused to answer my call when I tried to reach back to them after they learned my number. Had my insurance agent call. He answered the phone because did not recognize the number. Told the agent he would call glass company and call him right back. Agent waited an hour no call and could not get back in touch with the owner. This is a terrible business that will not take responsibility for their actions. After doing some investigating I am not the only person that has had this issue with this company.

Always a few hours late on delivery. Go somewhere that cares about your business.I ordered for a family member in Bethlehem. Pine straw on one occasion and red mulch on two occasions, in 2016 and 2017. 1-2 hours late for delivery every time.

It’s easy for a business to shine when all goes well.But the shine matters when things go wrong.Things went wrong and the shine came throughI went to NGL and got some gravel. The owner loaded my new truck while I stood by anxiously.Murphy’s law struck. My back window shatteredThe owner noticed before I did, and then my composure shattered.I was there in a sling from a recent dislocated shoulder, coming off of news that I will need a invasive surgery from lumps and bumps in my lady parts, and fighting battles that seem like they aren’t just everyday life.But this was the straw that shattered the composure and obviously my back window.I burst into tears standing out in the rain soaked in my sling and completely lost.Amin sent me to Akins ford with his blessing and unpaid for gravel in my truck bed. He promised to make it right and paid for the back window.I was so impressed I completed my landscaping order (to be delivered this time lol) as soon as I got home.I will be using ngl for my landscaping needs going forward exclusively.

NGL Landscaping did an excellent job......landscaping was a learning experience for me......NGL was patient & helpful throughout! My yard went from sad to a park-like setting in one day. It is really lovely.......provides a sense of contentment & beauty. My home stands ten feet taller cause its all so doggone good lookin now! James was very helpful & informative during the job estimate process. Amin does a great job keeping things going between the office & the customer. The installers, Ray & Jake did an excellent job on site...friendly & hard working. Tessa is not only kind but so very knowledgeable on all aspects of their business. They all know the meaning of professionalism & teamwork! This company was hired to lay sod at one of my locations. In my 25 years of being in busniess, I have never seen such a sloppy and careless job be done. Without certainty, 95 % of the sod is dead. They laid sod on top of dead sod. They did not even take the time to flush the existing sod to the new one. It was just laid on top of on another.

Bought garden mix top soil from these guys and it was a perfect mixture, also a great price! Friendly and helpful staff too!
