What a charming ice cream shop. The decor is warm, inviting and uplifting as was the service. The ice cream was delicious. I would recommend the Andes Mint and the chocolate. This quaint little area was a fun place to walk a bit, shop and eat. What a fun stop as we were traveling!

Every time it is a bad experience here. Ice cream has no flavor, cups do not have lids that fit, cups are so week that drinking a milkshake is impossible. They even forgot my daughters birthday cake one year. I almost never write reviews, however, I do not recommend this place at all. There are much better places to support.I will add that the way you respond to anyone who has a negative experience at your place of business is not the correct way, in my opinion. If your way to engage with your patrons is to insult them personally, I wish you luck in keeping your customers satisfied and coming back. I am within my full rights to share my experiences and thoughts. Most businesses look at negative reviews and see how they could improve or make things right with their customers who are less than satisfied. And I know toddlers grab at things but if you raise them right they dont none of my cousins did I didnt my brother didnt and my children dont because we teach them early on thats not okay and in these days of covid still lingering around we dont need children grabbing things off the shelf and putting them back that puts unnecessary germs where they dont need to be.

Unique store but staff ( I believe the owner) was abrupt not giving folks time to decide on a flavor and signs clearly state NO Tasting. Ice cream okay but not outstanding. Maybe a different flavor from staff would have left a better taste in our mouths. Customer service is everything!

Ice cream is okay,, the biggest let down is the customer service... The older lady that works there is very inpatient ...rushing customers... like lady picking ice cream takes a few well..Management for your business sale get rid of her or put her in the kitchen...She should not be dealing with the general public..... .we support local business but there is no warm feeling when you walk in the door, the lady is colder than the ice cream, and reading the reviews on google, Yelp, Facebook the reviews are not good, and I have no clue who is answering these reviews it’s very high school conversation with customer service.... What business you know tells customers to go to another business 🤔 Whatever happen to the customer is always right or just a sorry for the bad experience, I’m sure next time will be better simple is better.... Please get it together....

Good stuff, locally made and good vibes. I think they should have a kiddie size option but overall the staff is amazing and the baked goodies are perfection. Location is in the heart of the charming downtown. The girls went with the cookies and cream and cherries I think. We will come back and enjoy it again

Such a delightful local creamery! So many yummy flavors of ice cream! We enjoyed the chocolate caramel & the mocha; both were delicious! Also enjoyed some of the fresh chocolate chip cookies! Highly recommend!

Great ice cream; also fresh baked cookies!Since they are a small business, they have irregular hours; we have arrived a couple of times to discover they were closed. But there are other delights in Old Town so dont let that stop you.

Went in and asked for a chocolate malt shake with no whip cream from one lady behind the counter, and another lady hands me my shake WITH whip cream on it and says Watch the Lid. Ok so I go to take a sip, it’s filled to the topic goes all over my shirt, and funny thing is NOT the lids don’t actually fit the cups. After I clean up what I can, with no assistance from the workers, throw half of it away and the rest is like during chocolate milk. It all goes in the trash. Money down the drown!!!

Nice location in downtown Winchester! Delicious Ice cream (I got peanut butterfinger and it was so good) and cake pops, I live a bit far but I will definitely come again! Definitely recommend if you’re craving something sweet! 10/10

Ice cream was very tasty. We had the seasonal pumpkin and it was the right balance of flavor. I treated myself to a BlackBerry truffle, and I definitely recommend grabbing one; it was easily a two bite truffle, and I was impressed by outside.

Homemade ice cream what else could you ask for? It was great. Noticed they had a good lunch menu if you were there for lunch. However this place is on the Winchester walking mall so you would to park in the garage or parking lot on Cork street.

Im sorry, I wish the best for every business, but we did not have a good experience here. I told the employee I wanted to buy a double ice cream (two scoops in a small cup for $5.60 I believe). I was buying for my two children who were with me to share and this was obvious to the staff. The lady offered on her own accord to split the ice cream into two cups. I was clear that I only wanted to pay for one double, but in two cups. I wouldnt have asked her to do this, she offered. Then she charged me the price for two doubles... Over $13 for two small cups of ice cream. I was flabbergasted. She did nothing when I told her there was a misunderstanding. I paid for the very expensive ice cream, but wont be back.

Warning! This place will make you move to Virginia. What with its stunning location in old town Winchester, you cant drive here folks, but its just a short walk through history. Inside you will find a thematic and tasteful atmosphere that may just knock back to your childhood. The icecream is made fresh from the owners own recipes which use more cream than most icecreams. Get the coconut, trust me. There are chunks of real roasted coconut in there that might just give you an out of body experience. The staff is clearly happy about what they do and are eager to make your visit everything it can be. Amazing place!

This place is Awesomesauce! They helped us put together a birthday party for our 2 year old. Reserved the dining room for us, setup an ice cream topping bar so the little ones could make their own and even helped us get a local magician! Not to mention the ice cream and treats are fantastic!

Used to like coming here, unfortunately our recent experience here will be our last. On a blustery and frigid day my friends and I stopped in for some scoops. After my friend ordered her ice cream, I stepped up and browsed the selection with another friend of mine.After looking irritated, the woman behind the counter recommended we try the brownie batter. We went for it. After our first taste I knew something was immediately wrong. There were walnuts.My friend and I are allergic and began to have a mild reaction. I exclaimed that there are walnuts in here and there was no signage indicating this (most creameries Ive been to display which flavors have nuts). The cashier looked at us disapprovingly and said, You still have to pay for your first ice cream. This was when we were having an attack. She then said, Ugh, are you going to fall on the floor or something? We were shocked by this sudden outburst when we were visibly suffering. The owner came out and asked us what happened, I was able to communicate to her our ice cream had nuts. She went over without saying anything and wrote Contains nuts on the brownie batter sign and walked away. They didnt even offer water when they could tell we were in distress. We paid for the one ice cream my first friend got and ran out of there never to return.
