This place is amazing. They helped fix my bike and they did it very well. No delays. Nice bikes to look at. Nice employees too. They know the problem and solution. I want to say thank you for fixing my bike. I can really have a nice ride with it. Overall, a 5/5 stars.

These guys know their bikes! Garret, he’s the man! He’s a bike mechanic magician who can problem solve bike issues like ... well like a magician. He fixed my Marin up tip top shape.. don’t believe me? Come race me! If you buy a bike online it’s going to need serviced so give respect where it’s due and these guys can help BUT you should probably buy your bike from this shop in the first place and you won’t have to worry about your ride from the jump to the bump. Added bonus is they have the coolest and nicest customer service I’ve seen. Stay Ridinn 👍

Incredible customer service! I’ve purchased two great bikes from here. All maintenance and tune ups were completed within the same day. They even gave me a part off one of their new bikes so I wouldn’t have to wait 3 weeks for a back ordered component from Giant. I really do enjoy my visits to Element Sports. Josh and Gary were both amazing. I stopped in just to look and Gary dropped everything and spent over an hour with me. I ended up renting a mountain bike so that I could get some miles in before purchasing. Today we returned with the entire family. Josh spent an hour and half helping my 5 year old daughter try every bike close to her size. He also helped my wife try a number of bikes. I then test rode a number of bikes. After an hour and a half we purchased each of us a bike. Amazing customer service, not once did we feel rushed. We are looking forward to the many family adventures to come. Thank you Josh and Gary!

I needed an emergency bike repair and Josh opened up before opening hours to help me.

Just getting back into cycling after not having been on one since I was a kid with no clue what I needed. Gary treated me like a friend and explained everything in terms I could understand. He offered to let me test ride any bike I wanted. I wasn’t sure I wanted to buy anything just yet but I left with a bike rack which was fitted and mounted for me and an order for a new bike! I felt no pressure to buy and there was no attempt at upselling. I love supporting local shops and Element Sports will have my business from now on. Solid 5/5 and I will recommend this shop to anyone.

Ive only ever had great experiences here, whether shopping or getting something fixed. The owner and employees are the most honest, friendliest and helpful people Ive ever dealt with. And the rewards program is a great too.

While in town for business I had some time in the evening and decided to checkout Element Sport’s rental options for a road bike. Although it wasn’t a true road setup the Jamis Renegade delivered on what I needed, which was just some time for clarity on the road. I can’t speak enough about the friendly atmosphere when I entered the shop. You would have thought that I was a regular customer just stopping in for some supplies. Gary was very helpful and recommended the best option that he had available and the rental fee was reasonable for 24 hours. Gary and another customer were very helpful offering up some options for rides in the local area. I would definitely recommend the services of Element Sports to my fellow rider friends and will definitely return when my travels bring me back to Winchester. Thank you for helping me see some beautiful countryside!!

This is definitely the best bike shop in town. All the employees are respectful, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Theyll sell/order you just about any bike you want, and they also sell accessories and skateboards. Its a small place, but its great.I do not recommend Blue Ridge Cycles or whatever it is across the street, and down a ways. The employees there are scumbags. They wont welcome you into the store, wont engage in small talk, and they treat you like an idiot. Theyre your typical arrogant bike bums/hipsters.
