Definitely one of the best Hard Rock Cafes in Europe. The location, staff, cuisine and cocktails are excellent. The cafe has three spacious floors, and wonderful ambience and countless memorabilia items on each floor. Also the stage and live music deserves a lot of applause but the biggest applause is for the lady staff. They are all gorgeous and friendly. Looking forward to visit again...

Not like the clasical hard rocks I have visited before, not perfect, average. Meals are above average. There is too much light at the place. Staff is good and they know English, best part of the place! Maybe it is special hard rock cafe for Russia.

Located in Arbat street... Famous streets among tourist who wish for local souvenirs and arts. Walk after mc Donald and you may easily notice them here. Offered the best meals that you may choose from menu and of course for those love to buy collectible items may do so. However the goods in their outlets not that much. Less choices and sizes. (Referring to their tradition shirts).

I have visited so many Hard Rock Cafes by now but this one is really a magnificent one! The food and the drinks are perfect. So tasty!The staff is polite, helpful and so charming! Especially the lovely young lady with purple hair in the Rock Shop.It was so great chatting with her.Спасибо! I had a wonderful rocking time and night to remember. I will definitely return!

If you are a Rock Music fan, this is the place for you, period. Hard Rock Cafe is considered to be the Mecca of Rock music fans globally due to its legacy and vintage collections and the Moscow outlet is no exception. Also Note that its the ONLY Hard Rock Cafe in whole Russia, and it lives uo to it. One problem you may face is that its overcrowded sometimes and you need to adjust with that. The staff are good and speak English, and so does the menu. Food is really good to and lives up to its name. Its a 3 floor building with ample space, but is also flocked by tourist groups many times.

The place is great, the food is delicious. You can find the place easily. I love the ambiance and the music is perfect

We had a heck of a time! Food was tasty. Drinks a bit weak, so I opted for shots. Plus spent some time on a dance floor!

It’s like any other hard rock cafes around the world haha.The waitress and waiter who served us were very nice. We sat at the terrace and they’d offer you blankets too when it gets colder at night.Food was american/western as always and they’re of huge portion too.Mac and cheese was a little on the creamier side and a bit bland, the burger seemed to be the star. Our group also got the club sandwich, salmon, and ny steak, which are all ok and again big portions :DWe got their mocktails drinks and they’re all nice! Again big glasses too haha! And (i forgot the name sorry!) the white one that looks like a smoothie with pineapple was very very filling as it’s thick and refreshing!

Hard Rock CafeThis is Moscows Hard Rock Cafe located on Arbat street.If you take the Metro you can get off at Smolenskaya Station then cross the road and go all the way to the place or you get off at the other end at the Arbatskaya station.Along the road is full of souvenir shops, restaurants, and cafes.Hard Rock cafe is almost the same as in other cities, providing food and drinks and has a souvenir shop with various merchandise items as souvenirs. As a sign that you have been here, you can buy a Hard Rock cafe Moscow shirt. In addition, various other souvenirs you can buy there.While outside the air is very cold during winter inside this place feels warm so you have to take off your thick jacket so it doesnt get too hot. Service in the souvenir shop as well as in the restaurant and bar is quite friendly and they can speak English but surprisingly there is a staff that can speak Indonesian.

This was the 27th Hard Rock Cafe I have visited and while it was a good Hard Rock Experience, the location could use some TLC and help with service speeds. It opened in 2003 and it has that somewhat awkward look of “not quite modern HRC but not classic either” that doesn’t work that well without a lot of upkeep. This location just feels a bit worn down. Service was OK but slow and they were having issues with Hard Rock Rewards as well. Everything was cooked ok - but seemed less flavorful than the St Petersburg Russia location. The rock shop is nice, but has less of a selection of fun “russia” merch compared to the St. Petersburg location.

Hard Rock Cafe felt like I was home in America while in Russia. The food was great and the service was even better. I will definitely visit whenever I am in Moscow again.

I love HardRock and visit every one of them when it is possible. Foods are good, drinks are delicious..

I visited many hard rock cafes around the world but sorry none of them is look like this one. Service and music was very poor.

The restaurant is very conveniently located at the very beginning of the Arbat. Classic menu Hard Rock Cafe. Amazing staff with excellent knowledge of English. Prices are absolutely reasonable. On the ground floor there is a gift shop with a small selection. On the contrary, there are several excellent Russian souvenir shops. I recommend!

If youve been one to one Hard Rock Cafe, youve really been to them all. The drinks were as expected (and overpriced compared to other restaurants in Moscow), and the ambience was okay (we went during a quiet part of the day) but there wasnt anything exceptional about this place for me. It was more interesting to walk around the neighbourhood and people watch. Arbat Street is a wonderful part of Moscow, youre better off just walking around and finding a more down-to-earth type of place to chill.

Big place, centrally located. Good prices. Live music. These are a few of my favorite things.

Sorry but this was a disappointment. Ive been to Hard Rock cafes all over from LA to Prague but this HR cafe lacked the vibe- no music and dull atmosphere. Ive had more fun at funerals in the past!

This restaurant is in a good location on Arbat Street, it has the classic Hard Rock Cafe menu. The food is average, service is faster than the nearby restaurants -but still slow.Tip: Dont let the the host mislead you. I dont know why they do this, but the host says the outdoor section is closed, you have to go inside. The funny thing is that I and my wife went to another restaurant, and hours later we saw that the outdoor section was still open and serving :)

Great evening... We had friends from another city and Hard Rock Cafe was the best place to take them

Would recommend.We got plenty of appetizers and our burgers were plentiful - everything I asked for was there.We had a bit of an issue with our burgers since two people at our table didnt get them until the rest of the group was done eating - so we asked if we could talk to the manager. Luckily the manager and the waitress (I.) were courteous and managed the little crisis well, so we were served fast and offered dessert as compensation for our troubles. Definitely a professional response to a problem which wasnt necessarily due to the waiting staff - so everyone in our party was satisfied by the time we left.Id suggest just sticking to the burgers: they are huge anyway, so you probably wont need more than that to satisfy your hungry noises emanating from your belly.The atmosphere is also very nice, with a mixture of hard rock/rock classics playing and sometimes pop, and of course a band playing live. Definitely worth spending a little time there!PS: also has electric plugs near seating, unlike most places in Moscow. Useful if youre low on battery.

The language exchange meeting is the best of its king

First of all, I’m a big fan of hard rock. I tried it in Lisbon, Porto and in so many places. I came to this branch with high expectations. I ordered chicken wings which was great. And the original burger which was the worst experience ever, from the first bite I noticed the bread wasn’t fresh, the meat was cold and the taste just below average. I couldn’t eat half of it although I was hungry. And it was the right call, I had a severe Diarrhea after it. However, the waitress was polite. I hope they scale up the standard so no one else will suffer the way I did.

This Hard Rock Cafe in Moscow is pretty nice. I like the selection of drinks, cocktails, and good assortment of food. Every time Im in Russia I need to stop by here. The servers are friendly, knowledgeable about their menu, and make good recommendations. The girls in the store are very nice.

Fun place, cool bartenders. I’m convinced if you’ve been to one Hard Rock Cafe you’ve been to them all, but this one is located in an unusual for them older building with an architectural design matching the rest of the buildings on Arbat St. I didn’t eat because they don’t have any vegetarian options (which I’m pretty sure none of the other locations have either) but my drink was strong and the atmosphere was chill as you’d expect to find.

Used to be more fancy. Im not a meat-eater, thats why I can talk only about vegetarian burger (it was not bad). Portions are large, and you can always ask for a half of it. Prices are above average.

Staff wasnt terribly helpful, and I had to sit at the bar despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Im not sure exactly what was going on here. The positive though is that the food was definitely delicious

Hard Rock Cafe Moscow has excellent service and a good atmosphere like any other Hard Rock Cafe. The Rock Shop has a good set of collectible items and shirts.The food here is always delicious and the restaurant has plenty of space for everyone.I would highly recommend anyone to get a Hard Rock Rewards Program pass.Not only do you save points for anything you buy or order at any location, but you can also get special collectors items for getting certain amounts of visits and so. There is also a map on their website where you can see all the Hard Rock locations and which ones you have visited. This is of course only interesting if youre a big fan.If you are a VIP member of the Hard Rock Rewards Program ($25,00 per year) you also get priority seating. This means that if there are 10 people waiting for a seat when you enter. You are still the first one to get seated.As a personal tip to anyone who isnt familiar with the Hard Rock Cafe menu. The Steakhouse menu is the best. I prefer the Barbeque Pork Ribs, but if you are unsure you can go for a duo or trio combo to try out all of their amazing dishes.

Good atmosphere, similar to all other Hard Rock outlets. Beer good, service average, food above average. I had the Legendary burger which was fine but compared to a Burger King whopper (which is my benchmark burger) it was not as good.

Fantastic place, like any other HRC. Nice bonus: the waiter Sasha was hot. Big oof: the sofas feel old as they dipped really low which made it hard to sit tall enough and reach the food at all. I give 8 electric guitars / string quartet.

Very nice place with the typical Hard Rock scenario. The choice of the cocktails and of the food is similar all over the world meaning that this is not the best place for russian style food. Hamburgers, steaks and beers is the typical food here, served in a wonderful rockabilly style.

Well, what to expect? Its a Hard Rock Cafe!Drinks and food on usual high quality. The staff behind the bar was verry nice and competent. Only little low light is, they dont have the appropriate glasses for Hoegaarden.

Located in one of the most beautiful streets in Moscow, Old Arbat, is a must in the city, a cozy palce to be at. I really enjoyed drinking and eating there. :)

Big hard rock cafe. A lot of famous musicians were guests here. Their guitars are presented on the upper floor. Interesting games are organized for guests.

Always visit hard rocks when in the area of one. Visited this one there’s no big signs or flags outside like usual if you blink you may miss it. Small set of steps outside. When you walk in shops on the right and food on the left. Very small compared to others however there was a big sheet right in front of you when you walk in so might have been having work done but unsure. Staff were very friendly and food is spot on as usual for a hard rock. Beers come big! Always recommended

Nice setting. The food is extremely over priced though. The staff is very kind and friendly. It has ample space for dancing and also the music is decent. Love the sound system installed.

Decent place. They let locals host groups here, like speaking clubs. Which are more like pickup opportunities, but whatever.

Music was good, everything else, average or below.I didnt order dinner because Ive waited two beers for 20 minutes and it wasnt crowded in the cafe. This is not a mean review, ita an honest one, you can do so much better. Great potential, great location.

Unlike other Hard Rock restaurants around the world, Hard Rock Cafe Moscow doesnt have live music and is very small. Merchandise in the store are REALLY expensive. Food is average, not good and not bad.
