I have had great experiences here, especially today! There was this really nice guy named Zach who stopped and helped me out with a really heavy bag of dog food and gave me some really good advice! I would definitely recommend shopping here! Great service!

I didnt know anything about tools when I went in, staff was so helpful that before I left the store I grew a mustache, six pack abs, a farmers tan and became a navy seal. The girl behind the register fainted and a random guy handed me a beer. I was born a girl.

This is my favorite place to shop in town. Great staff and good products. Farm, Ranch or Town, you can find what you need at TSC.

These amazing people have exactly what I need at great prices. And they are always helpful with a smile.

They offer a huge selection of animal products. Its not all about farming here. They sell rabbit food, hay, ducks, chickens, horse riding equipment, kennels, cages, litter boxes, fencing stuff, chicken feed. You name it. The staff is friendly and glad to help.

Super nice customer service! Cashier was very patient while we figured out the exact price on something that was on sale. I ended up signing up for the rewards program that day too...when usually I decline

Someone please give Robin some training on registers! Second time I’ve been in and she has no idea what she’s doing when it comes to returns or discounting purchases. First time i waited 15 minutes. No other lines open and only one person ahead of me. Tonight I waited a good 6 minutes and luckily the guy helping her decided to open up another lane. She needs some training! I would like to add that outside of that (I go very often)my experience has always been pleasant! So for that three stars

They are very passionate about customer service and they have gone out of their way to order in what I needed. The store is clean and tidy. Fairly priced items!

Went in looking for plumbing fittings. Selection wasnt bad but the service was non existent. There were employees walking around the store, but not one would ask if any assistance was needed.

Their prices were substantially higher than Home Of Economy but they welcome pets which I love!

My experience at this tractor supply was alright, and not quite as good as what Ive come to expect from an otherwise great retail chain. The store was clean, lay out was sensical, stuff was easy to locate, and priced fairly and accordingly. The staff wasnt that great. One item I needed that facilitated in my trip there was out of stock. When I asked a lady if there was any in the back she went and was gone for about a half hour, went back to what she was previously doing while totally ignoring me, and told me no when I approached and asked her again as if I was the one inconveniencing her. The gal at checkout was much more pleasant and better at her job though....hence the three star instead of two star rating.

Employee was super helpful in finding everything I needed for my project. Greeted me at the door and helped right to the end. Looking more like the old williston store again.

Love the store, cashier was very monotone and didnt appear to like her job. She never smiled or made small talk, she only said things that a person would learn in training, thank you come,again!!! Rest of my,experience there was great tho.

I enjoy being around people who truly appreciate me. TSC is shopping with family.

Always getting feed for the deer, bunnies, birds and horses. When my wife picks it up. The guys always carry it out for her.Much appreciated

All the associates Ive dealt with are always super friendly and are also very helpful. Ive never been made to feel like I was inconveniencing someone when asking for help. Also, Virgil (I think is his name) is funny and always cracks me up asking if I need large equipment (snowblower, lawn mower, etc.) when I come in for dog food.

The people knew absolutely nothing about pellet stoves. They should not be allowed to srll them.

If your looking for farming equipment of maybe just putting the ol chicken coop this is the place that will have your stuff they also have equipment for other things too and tools to purchase also if needed but overall nice clean place with people always willing to help you out!

Just stopped by for a quick visit & bought some dog food & treats, I also was able to get some card board boxes for free :)

The really help get what a person needs great service friendly people and great big animal products plus chicks in the spring chicken duck and others so get a small coup and never have to buy a egg you can sell your eggs plus never have to buy chicken again saves a lot of money plus the feed amd all plant seed all of your trailer, tool boxes generators no one can beat the price on the generac FRANK AND THE GREAT CREW THANK YOU SO MUCH

I like tractor supply company because of there same price at every store across the nation. They dont raise the prices because of cost of living in a certain region or city. Customer service is pretty good in the Williston store but could be a bit more attentive.

Went for a specific part, the first CS rep was trying his best, but did not understand what I needed. He went to get a manager, waited 10 min for the manager, she seemed to buzz around looking, but not accomplishing anything, for 15 min. Finally I was told that the part is unavailable by itself and must be purchased as an assembly.IMHO, it seemed to be a lot of show of service, but they did it politely and well, just long and drawn out.
