I have contacted Customer Service 3 times now, I placed an order at 6:44pm that was supposed to arrive by 8:44pm (E-X-P-R-E-S-S). I contacted customer service around 9pm and then again around 10:30. Both times the agent was unable to gain any confirmation and when they attempted to call the store no one answered. Now it is 7:25am and I still have NO INDICATION AS to where the food I was charged for is going to arrive. It has been over 13 hours since I was charged. WHERE IS MY ORDER?!

Saturday evening, 6:00 pm, cat food shelves are mostly empty. Usually this store is much better

My husband was looking for wireless chargers for our phones. A man working in electronics named Rain helped us. He was so extremely helpful and pleasant. You could tell he cared about what he does and really wants to help people out. Great experience and a great guy!

I love this Walmart! Visit this location at least once from out of state. Rarely leave without getting EVERYTHING on my shopping list.

Walmart is Walmart. Its like a b-hole, everyones got one!(Thought that was appropriate for this one since people can basically wear nude color spandex with Xmas lights wrapped around their arms and they get popular on social media)

Had all items I needed. It would be even better if they can stock fast moving items a little faster . All in all it was a great experience.

I Love My Walmart! Walmart employees are always nice and helpful to me that means so much to me because I walk with a 4 wheeler walker. I Love the Quality of their clothes and selection of products. Having the grocery shopping in their Store with fantastic store brand foods is not only convienent for me but the fruit and vegetables and everything else that they carry helps me out with my medical diets such as diabetes and heart disease. Thank You Walmart!!

What can I say, its my go to place for everything. Groceries are reasonably priced and clothing is comparable to other higher end stores. Sometimes its very crowded but in the long run worth the wait. I use self check out because I like to group items like cold/frozen, cat meals and baked goods. I ♥️ this store!

Night and day compared to the 2 Wal-Mart Superstores closer to my home... this one was much more clean and organized. The lines were still long with few lanes open, but the cashier was extremely friendly and her personality made up for the wait. I will drive the 40mns and continue shopping here instead of Pleasantville and Mays Landing.

I did a online pick up order. They were on time as always and had most of my order for the most part. Other than that, it was a good experience. Online ordering is the way to go for big purchases if you know what you want ahead of time!

I was at self-checkout yesterday and the employee working her name was Julie went above and beyond for me. Julie thank you so much for being so courteous and running and grabbing me my half gallon of orange juice so I can scan it. I appreciate you, you made my day much better.5 stars for julie

Was at the Williamstown Walmart its a good store. It is a super Walmart but abit smaller in size. They pretty much have every thing its never really crowded most people go to Turnersville

Only reason we go there is for the convenience. Checkout lame long only one or two checkout lame open and the self checkout is a disaster

I mean its Walmart...is what Walmart is...I personally prefer other stores because their customer draws. However Lets face it. Only thing Walmart had was its close locations plus the fact they used to be 24 hours. Prices are amongst the best for everyday needs (that Ill give you Walmart) However the fact theyre not 24 hours anymore kills it for me. With this pandemic or crisis most businesses fight to stay open. Not Walmart...! Walmart wants to kill their 24hr operating schedule for good thinking its a better budget strategy. I now go a little more out of my way and just a tiny bit further to a Target store. A supermarket even.Try it yourself. Its just a better experience all around. In and out subway very fast food was good

So far I have only used the Grocery pickup and pretty much everything has been good and the employees who bring out the groceries have been very nice.

The shelves are in no way stocked up like they should be. Complete empty freezer section and 2 different spots they had Turkey bacon that should be removed its brown and over it expired date.

Compared to other stores, with many empty shelves. They seem to always have several workers stocking the shelves at all times. Ive also done the carside pickup for grocery shopping, and it was a quick and easy process. Once you park you open your trunk and let them know what lane number you are parked in. Quickly someone came with a mask and gloves and loaded everything in the trunk for us.

Terrible pickup service, had an over a hour wait. Cars arrived after me and received faster service. In addition to that they dont answer the pickup call line which further makes your wait even longer. I will not be returning to this Walmart.

Young kid at register had a very bad attitude. He double charged me then acted like he could see on the monitor what he did after him giving me a attitude I decided to have him cancel my stuff and I took it over to self check out.

Shelves empty lots of workers bringing pallets out

I went there specifically for an item as my local Turnersville WalMart did not have it nice store a little difficult to get to but extremely clean especially as compared to the Turnersville store

Waited in line for 45 minutes and just before I got to the register the cashier told the people behind me that he was closed. They had been waiting as long as me and there was nobody behind them. It would have taken him another three minutes to ring them out but he wouldnt do it so they left their car right there and walked out. So much for customer service.

Walmart is the perfect place to shop. Good prices, great selections and great prices. The Turnersville one is the best one in the area. The store has always clean bathrooms.

This supercenter has so many more items then my home Walmart which is not a super walmart..I shop there often

Placed an order via online and waited in the parking lot for over an hour and a half to receive my order. My daughter went inside to ask for assistance from customer service, only to be told that it wasnt their problem if there was a delay. Unbelievable!

I ordered a lovely item online, roughly $85, as a Christmas gift for a very special person online. I went to pick it up and got the wrong item. A green sticker was placed on the box with the word Substitute. Id been given a completely different item than I ordered!!!After explaining my plight at the Customer Service desk, I was given a refund without me requesting one. The attendant explained the substituted item was more expensive than the one I ordered. What an INSULT to my intelligence and ability to shop in a decisive manner.After explaining that Id purchased this item for myself, at that Walmart, a few weeks earlier and I didnt want this effing Substitute, an associate took me to an aisle to see if the item I purchased was on the shelf. It was not. I asked to speak to a manager to see how this situation would be remedied. (Mind you, I wasnt warned that the item I ordered wasnt in stock before I WASTED MY TIME DRIVING TO THE STORE).ANGEL, the Hispanic man in charge this night, DIDNT REMEDY MY ISSUE at all. He simply kept repeating that the mistake was made because they were SO BUSY!!! I informed him Im a consummate shopper of this store, yet he let me walk out without a solution. Guess I SHOULDT SHOP HERE ANYMORE. So much for customer loyalty.

This store is almost never stocked well. The management here seems to let a lot slide with their employees.

Every time I go in here, its dirtier and there are less employees in general, but especially cashiers. Oh, wait! The home shoppers will run you over on almost any aisle! This Walmart has gone downhill since they made the aisles smaller! That was before the pandemic. Customers who shop inside the store arent a priority anymore at this store.

The lines are always very long they need more cashers. It is a clean store and people are super nice and helpful I feel it just gets ruined at the long

Today was the first day I saw multiple registers opened at once. Just the other day I was here and only 2 registers were open and lines backed up even at the self check out. Can we make having enough registers open a trend???

Got in line to check out with a cashier. Was told by a team leader she was closed. Mentioned no other register was open. He proceeded to tell me I had to do self check out. I told him that I did not work there and would not be checking myself out. He then argued with me very rudely that I had no other options which I replied that I needed to talk to someone higher up the chain of command. He huffed at me and went and BSd with another employee for a while until he realized I was not moving out of my spot in line. He then proceeded to check myself and the guy behind me out and was very ignorant about it. Will not be going to this garbage walmart again. 0 out of 5. Higher cashiers. Not everyone goes to self checkout.

This walmart had so many empty shelves I thought it was going out of business. It was very cluttered with merchandise and items on the floor. As usual in every Walmart NO ASSOCIATES around when you need assistance.

I love that walmart in williamtown. I shop there every week. The workers are always nice 2 me. I just got my covid shot from your store this morning. I was treated so nice & had my shot right after I filled out the paper work quickly. It was nice not having 2 wait long. Other people was there before me & they were taking care of right away. They gave me & others a timer set for 15 min. before I left store2 make sure there was no reaction 2 shot. The pharmacist took care of setting my medicine up since I switched over from rite aid in a very mattery fashion. He also introduce his self 2 me today & gave me my covid shot. I was very relaxs in his presence. I feel he went above & beyond taken care of me. Hes a very pleasant man. Im glad 2 know him. Thank you 2 all who was there today 2 make me getting my shot from start 2 finish. I love Wal-Mart

I went to this Walmart today to buy a coffee pot. There were several on the shelf but when I got to the register they wouldnt sell it to me. They said it is being saved for the black Friday sale but they couldnt even tell me when that would be as their black Friday sale is all month long. So I now have no coffee pot and wont buy it there . Walmart rest in peace.
