I came to DriveTime unsure if I could get a newer car with my current situation and they took great care of me. Ernest was phenomenal and worked diligently to get me into a 2018 Corolla with just 24k miles. I can’t say enough good things about Ernest and the process, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a newer car and stressed about the idea of a dealership. These guys surpassed every expectation.

If there were a way to give negative stars there still would not be enough to express the fraudulent claims this dealership makes. I was sold a vehicle that supposedly passed a 150 point inspection only to find out, less than a week later, it had a broken axle, motor mount, rear differential, it needed all new brakes...there is no inspection in the world that would have missed this stuff. Wil was the salesperson. Do not use this salesperson or this dealership.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FINANCING WITH BRIDGECREST. I GOT A CAR AND 2 DAYS AFTER THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON, THE AC ONLY WORKED LIKE FOR 2 HOURS. ALSO I HAD THE CAR FOR A MONTH AND THE BANK REGET THE PAYMENT SINCE THEY DIDNT KNOW, THE DEALER CAME AND GOT MY CAR WITH ONLY 5 DAYS BEHIND AND NOT ONLY THAT IN OTHER FOR ME TO GET MY CAR BACK I HAD TO PAY THE WHOLE LOAN AMOUNT. THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND NOTHING FROM MY DOWN-PAYMENT EITHER. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REALLY RUDE AND DIDNT HELP WITH NO INFO THEY ONLY WANTED MY TO PAY THE WHOLE LOAN AMOUNT. Almost 2 weeks ago my girlfriend Tara and I came to the Williamstown nj location and had a good experience to start we test drove a few vehicles and then made a decision .Our salesman Solomon went over what the next steps would be . We put a deposit down 2016 Honda CR-V because we knew the breaks would have to be looked at only to find out the front differential was bad, the front axel was bad and the suspension was bad . We spoke with the GM and said we want to look at another car because we didn’t feel comfortable buying a junk car . We came I got the dealership 8/17/2021 test drove a car that we have alway liked just never had the Opportunity buy . The salesman was anxious to get us into a car that car it seemed but ignored it because our main objective was to look at a different car .We decided on a car and started the paperwork maybe an hour later we had the temp plates on the car but not a single bit of paperwork from the salesman showing we had bought the car we then seen that they didn’t get it inspected when it had arrived to the dealership. My girlfriend and I aren’t very happy how everything was rushed .I can’t drive the car because there is no inspection on it and have to get a rental car to go to work until someone from the dealership calls us back . It’s almost like they don’t want to hear about anything as long as they are able to sell a vehicle.I expect a call after this review because this is not how you run a dealership to handle this appropriately.

ON MARCH 3, 2020 Me and my husband was looking for a car so we went to drive time. The people were nice music was homely and we were comfortable because they beteyed themselves to be for you and on the job. So we got a Chevey Equilox it was blue and beautiful we were so happy until we got 5 minutes from our house and all these lights went out and the car stopped on us. We took the the car back they gave us another car same one but white. There was some problems but it was good under warranty, but after one year of having it went hay wire we went to there shop because it was in network cone to find out they dont cover anything so we paid 1000 to get fix and it still came out the same way we gave it to them. Then we went to Chevy so we could get the car fix right we paid 847.00 to get fix. When we got it back it was worse plus it was rubbing on the side. We tried to do everything to get the car to work we called everyone Silver Rock, drive time and Whom ever would listen but at the end to know avail. We had to give the car back because we could not afford to be paying full coverage insurance, and 462.00 a month for a car nobody could fix. Now our credit is tore up and we are driving a car that is better then what we got from drive time. I tell you do research before you enter in an agreement with these dishonest people theyre only there to get your money.

Reading is fundamental, friendly salespeople great sales pitch just make sure you ask the final dollar. I didn’t take my deal hopefully my review helps you make a choice. Not a bad place to shop just read the paper because they won’t tell you everything.
