Always a pleasure shopping here. I usually pick up my prescriptions at the window and the people are very quick and friendly. Same goes for inside and the store is always well stocked

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service in the pharmacy side! Called 3 x no answer! Sat on hold for over 1 hour (curious to see if they answered...they did not!) After that I physically went there and while there asked why nobody answered and was told they didnt because they were busy like nobody else has a busy life! Very rude and unorganized! Im outta !there

This a beautiful new store and the shelves are stocked except hydrogen peroxide. With covid it seems to be hard to find. I needed some because of a burn...

Even with insurance we had some really high copays. The staff in the pharmacy really went out of their way to help us find coupons and other ways to save a lot of money. The staff is so nice but you can tell this company expects way too much from them. It’s a busy place so the line can get long at times but they are still pleasant and helpful. Three stars for CVS and five for this stores staff!

Very friendly staff. Especially the staff in the pharmacy. Clean, and always up to date on pricing as well. Very nice and comfortable atmosphere here. Even though, the location would put people off, this CVS location is one of the best in the area of Wilkes Barre.

Love this location! I shop here regularly (usually with coupons) and the staff is always patient and understanding. The store is always clean, and merchandise is always in stock.

The people in the pharmacy are incredibly rude. CVS thinks its fine. I wonder if this reflects the views of the majority shareholders. They lie so much and dont care if its not even close to believable. I think that when they hire people for the pharmacy they make sure they find hateful people with unreasonable and ill-informed resentments.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Dallas was the only helpful employee in the entire pharmacy and there were atleast 6 other people working. Transferred a prescription there on Tuesday, went to pick it up on Thursday and they all claimed to have never heard of it, and then called my pharmacist and said I had no refills remaining. They were so adamant I left the store and calledMy pharmacist who informed me that she had transferred my refill on Tuesday and spoken to a Samantha who requested the refill. So I went back in to the store, leaving my friend Anna in the car. Mind you it’s 12 degree outside and our lunch is getting cold in the car. When I get in there they tell me oh now they remember but that someone must have thrown the paper work out and then asked me if they could call my doctor to explain this nonsense. As they are about to call my doctor, Samantha calls the pharmacy and speaks to Nicole who then magically finds my prescription. Mind you Nicole didn’t even talk to me once or apologize when I was standing right in front of her. This pharmacy is extremely shady!!!!! Beware! Makes me want to never do business with CVS again.

Best CVS there is! Whenever I go to the one in Kingston or to Walgreens, and they dont have what I want, I come here to get it! (I need to just start going here in the first place). The manager is the nicest guy and will help you with ANYTHING, to him the customer is always right. If there is a long line, the cashier will call for another one. My favorite store!!

I took my dog to get a picture with Santa.I left him in the car thinking I would get it printed in a few minutes.Wrong.Begore I could explain that the picture csme by email and I downloaded it an employee had me in the machine pulling up all of my pics.She saw short with me and rude running between pictures and the register.Another girl came over,tried to explain it to her.She said you need to upload not download. Surprise.She could not find it.I cannot help you unless you find it.You can go online and send it,we will print it and you can pick it up.Ummmm I do not know where it is.I leave fuming.I find it when I get home.Hmmmm,no printed picture of my baby with Santa.I will go back and this time manage it myself.Thanks CVS.
