The guys here are amazing and very helpful. Every time I go in the pawn shop I leave with a smile. They dont low ball they actually get you the best price they can its a very respectful establishment and I will be a long time customer for them.

I got my item at a decent price however the, presumed, owner was very rude about the entire transaction as well as, from my friend and Is perspective, to his employee.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had, Ive actually never had somebody make me feel bad for buying something, but they accomplished it here. Some older lady was working in her mid-forties and she was extremely rude doesnt understand how negotiations work, so shes obviously losing business for them. Shes probably buying things for way more than it worth, if they do their research and operate as a business that wants to make profit they probably be around a lot longer. There was a gentleman that was bald working he claimed to be the owners brother, he couldnt figure out how to ring up my transaction and there was about 8 voided transactions, 30 minutes of my time wasted. He was a decent salesman if you would quit cursing in front of women and children, learn how to use the system. To whomever the owner is feel free to reach out to me, you definitely need to spend some time in your own business and see whats going on and maybe upgrade your people.

I live in the Clayton area and have never been to a pawn shop. I drove by and saw it and it looked clean and inviting. This place was excellent!. I was buzzed in and was greeted by welcome to Rock Road Pawn and what are you looking for. I said I was just browsing and they sais enjoy The place is spacious and clean and the items are presented nicely. I ended up buying a very nice road bike. Allen and some other guys were very helpful and shouwed me how to work it, explained the make of the bike, made sure it was in perfect working order and gave me a pump since the bike had aftermarket racing tires that need a special adapter to put in the air. I will be back, there were other great things that caught my eye...the main being THE PRICES! they are fair and I didnt feel I was being ripped off buying used equipment.

The young guy working there doesnt care about people. He low balled me and said he has to make money off my items but I just wanted a loan. The ladies that work there are great but this kid acting like he owned the place.

Good place to get rid of unwanted stuff in your house and also to find interesting stuff.

This place is up and down sometimes they have cool stuff sometimes people working there will run me off because of attitudes, I tried to pawn once but lady was RUDE and low balled me so I went to aok they gave me triple!!!!

Tried to tell me my gold was 10k when I knew it was 14k. Plus his scale is off. Went to another place and they offered me more than double what he quoted. This guy is a crook. Avoid.
