Great store for consoles, controllers and ps games and Xbox

Found exactly what my grandson wanted for his birthday! Nice helpful staff, too.

As soon as they confirm a service cant be provided they just hang up. Is common courtesy no longer the part of customer service? I already feel horrible about calling you about matters Im unknowledgeable of, the least you can do is show some empathy. None of this no *click* behavior.

Today was very good got answer to my questions today better then got over on Broadway store last night .

Both employees were talking amongst themselves (girl and guy) I waited while being ignored when I was finally acknowledged they just told me no stores have controllers and went back to talking. Terrible customer service you shouldnt advertise controllers if you dont have them. Luckily next door best buy had what I needed great customer service and faster even with a Covid checkpoint! Get your stuff together gamestop quit hiring these bums who just flirt with each other all day thank you.

Half the games they have on display in store aren’t even in stock. I asked to get the game shipped, the game I got in the mail a week later didn’t even work. I came to return it, waited twenty minutes, and couldn’t even get a refund for the shipping. Awful service and they barely have any games, just buy them online.

The store was clean but only one employee but she was nice.

Staff is above and beyond in the helpful department. The woman that helped me today was friendly and focused on finding a solution to my questions. Highly recommend this location.

Weve been to probably every GameStop in town, some many times. Most times we walk in, we dont even get a hello, much less any sort of friendly service. This store, however, is completely different. On my first visit, the employees were super friendly and gave me all kinds of helpful info that no one else has ever bothered to tell me. So, now, every week when we want to buy or pre-order something, we drive 20+ minutes to this store, even though we have 4 other stores closer to us. Keep up the good work! 😊

This location is generally pretty clean and typically has a lot of clearance collectibles trash to dig through, but also the most cringeworthy and overbearing staff. Good place to go if you already know what you want so you can get in and out.

Lol dont even bother. After being offered a loose disc for 40 bucks, I attempted to re submit my order here. Nothing but problems, 2 hours later still no game

I was just there to buy a gift card. 2 staff members were assisting a general trying to buy a console and none of them paid attention to me even though I was standing in the next register. I waited for 15 minutes and left. Btw, the store was empty and i know they noticed me standing in the register holding the gift card.

Ive had excellent service from this game stop store I go there frequently to preorder and pick up the best and newest addition of the games i like. And the Manager Michael Is always great to me and takes time to hear my questions and is understanding and patient with my disabilities. I highly recommend his store to all gamers go pro.

I have been a Power Rewards member in the past and our family has a PS4 and an Xbox One. We spend a significant amount of hard earned money on video game entertainment. My son purchased some Turtle Beach headphones that lost fidelity quality in one speaker and microphone output was gargled sounding to other uses. We are 19 days past the official 30 day return policy. The warranty is in effect with Turtle Beach. My question is thus: Why should I have to go through the hassle of exchanging the headphones with the manufacturer directly? GameStop was more than willing to be the middle man in selecting these headphones to sell in its retail locations. Why are they not willing to be the middle man when all we want to do is exchange the headphones? As a consumer, my purchasing speaks. Consumer electronics are too expensive to have flimsy return and exchange policies. To be fair, Best Buy and Amazon have similar policies. Consumers still demand service. I just cant go back to GameStop. I value my time and will not patronize lesser retail establishments. The retailers will tout their extended warranty programs. This is a horrific solution. When their advertising showed what a great price the headphones are, the price doesnt say, Oh yeah, add another $49.99 for when it breaks down.

Friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in any store across the US. Huge selection of games and game consoles. If a facility doesnt have what you want, they will call and find a facility that does. While people feel their trade in values are low, they have trade in specials that will double or triple the earned cash or store credit, so be on the lookout for that.

By far my Favorite GameStop in Wichita! The staff at this particular location is fun and enthusiastic about pretty much any game. Their knowledge base is so much more expansive than any other GameStop I have been at it seems almost unreal.

This is not your typical Gamestop. Stefan runs this one, and hes not rude. If you must go to a Gamestop, and Id recommend against it, this is the one to go to. I walk over 12 miles to get to this Gamestop. I think that pretty much speaks for itself, but if given the choice, stay away from Gamestop.

They wont take cash tell that only thing had

Corey is a horrible manager he told me that he couldn’t call his manager because he’s above me and won’t speak to me! This is the worst game stop ever!

They are helping me get my life together by letting me return all of the merchandise my former fiance bought on a manic spending spree culminating in her arrest for domestic violence. Nothing but respect for this store.

My favorite GameStop of all time, theyve always had amazing employees who are helpful and kind. Ill always come to this GameStop first.

Had a good experience here when my boyfriend and I bought a 3DS and a Steam controller. The employee talked to us about what platforms and games we liked. Overall friendly and good service.

Went in to buy 2 new games at full retail. Made an offer on a preowned game 3.00 under sticker. He said they would decline. Knowing the low ball on every game u sell them and that he wouldnt budge three dollars on a used games price. I went to bust buy and bought my new games there.

Everytime I go there the service is great. I would always go back.

My son went in and traded 5 gamming systems and about 100 games for 1 PS4... I thought to myself how sad.. But the kid that helped us was awesome and hey they go off of national trade in prices... so I really cant complain about how much we got for all the stuff we traded in. Overall my son got what he was after, now he just has to wait to go back and get some games for his new PS4 as he has none. Its like having a Bentley in the garage with no gas!!! LOL
