Mary was very helpful with selection of carpeting & bathroom tile. They worked with me on my restricted schedule. Installers were very efficient - true professionals. Results were fantastic!

I just want to say the owner is a great citizen! I work in the real estate office next door and I got locked out of my building into the backyard of my office trapped with no phone. He saw I needed help and agreed to open up the front door and get in the building to rescue me. God Bless him, I would not hesitate to give this gentleman my business for flooring!

I have purchased flooring here on at least 3 occasions. Each time I was greeted, received the right level of help and received a call for follow-up on my order. Mary is very knowledgeable about flooring and trustworthy in what she says. I would highly recommend.

We purchased tile from Classic Carpets about 7years ago. During installation, we noticed that they nailed quarter inch hardy backer down instead of screwing it down and should have been using half inch because our house is on a raised foundation. Also they suggested not to have grout joints and that the tiles can be butted up against each other ; on a raised foundation. They claimed it was okay and we wouldnt have any problems. They came out 3 months after the installation and repaired 8 tiles. They have been out at least 4 or 5 tiles since the initial installation to repair tiles. Now that the tile has been discontinued we are unable to replace the cracked tiles. We have tried to get them to replace the floor and they claim no responsibility for the cracked tiles or the improper installation. We now have a broken floor and more tiles each year continue to crack. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They are dishonest and do not install up to code. Please save your money and go to a trust worthy company.
